So I've driven by this place a few times on my way home and I can't believe I've never stopped in to try this place out! First of all this place is tucked right next to The Blue Fish and looks closed due to lack of Open signage and the black windows and doors but open that door and go in for quite a treat!!! The selection isn't vast but what they do have and make, they make very well. We tried the Tiffwich and Tiffblitz and both were amazing! The Tiffwich allows you to pick your own cookie flavors and they warm em up and stick em between vanilla ice cream and the results are amazing!!! Definitely the best I've had to my recollection. The Tiffblitz is also very good. It's hard to describe but I'd say imagine a blizzard with chocolate chips, cookies, ice cream and sugar cookie crumbs on top. I don't really know how they make it, I just know it's good! I will be coming back for more... soon! read more

3 words: Worth. Every. Calorie. Tiff's Treats started in Austin, catering to students who studied at night by delivering warm cookies to their dorms. The concept is simple enough: Everybody likes fresh, out-of-the-oven, warm cookies, but why not make it more convenient and have someone bake it and deliver them to you warm?? 1. The Good!! Now, I definitely didn't indulge in Tiff's Treats when I lived in Austin but holy cow, they're all I order these days for my clients or my teams at work. Based on my personal experience and what my colleagues rave about, Tiff's delivers warm, soft, buttery cookies. My favorite is the white chocolate almond, but there are plenty of other flavors to choose from as well (e.g., chocolate chip, peanut butter, m&m's, oatmeal raisin). Cookies are also available in bundles accompanied with milk, bottled frappuccinos, balloons... so really Tiff's can be perfect for any occasion. 2. The "Ehh" The only caveats are ordering restrictions and price. You can order in 1/2 dozen increments per flavor for pickup / delivery orders. This limits the possibility of really diversifying flavors since you have to order a minimum of 6 for any one flavor. The only exceptions are a la carte orders, but those can only be done in-store and it's usually for the cookies already sitting in the display case and they just heat it up for you in a microwave. And if you did want to order a 1/2 dozen of several flavors, the price really adds up! My order of 2 dozen cookies came out to almost $35 after tax, driver's delivery fees, and tip. As a tip, definitely follow Tiff's on social media (Facebook, Instagram) to be notified of any deals / promo codes! 3. The Verdict Overall, Tiff's delivers (no pun intended) delicious cookies and convenience (5 stars!). In my opinion, Tiffs Treats cookies are way better than Mrs' s Fields! I never knew about Tiffs until about 3 months ago when a women came into my job with a handful of coupons. They were all for local foodie places but Tiff Treats was the only coupon where they were offering food for free! 6 cookies of my choice. I had to take advantage of that! I checked the website to see what my options were before calling in my order. My favorite cookie is white chocolate macadamia nut so I was disappointed to see Tiffs made hers with almonds. I decided on peanut butter. I called it in and ordered with no problems. After picking up the cookies I was so hungry I sat in my car an dived in. This cookie was heaven. Warm and soft. They simply melted in my mouth. Even when you warm these in the microwave, they are just as delicious. They're warm all over not just in the middle. I would have ate these cookies within an 5 hour time period from when I picked them up if i had'nt offered them to my parents. Probably less time than that. lol. Are you getting the point! I have eaten Tiff's Treats many times but this was my first time to order, and I could not have asked for better customer service! I wanted to surprise my fiancé with Tiff's for his birthday, so I didn't ask him his office address. His company purposefully made their address hard to find online so I wound up sending the delivery to an incorrect P.O. Box not once but twice before finally getting the address right on the third try. Customer service called me after each failed delivery and patiently offered to cover the cost of the cookies and delivery fee. All I had to pay was a small tax each time. So they ended up covering the cost of 3 dozen cookies for only 1 dozen to get delivered to the office! They were so patient and understanding each time we talked. THANK YOU TIFF'S TEAM! read more

I came in a couple weeks ago and got 1 1/2 dozen of what they had to pick from and wasn't impressed so I gave them a 2 star rating. The owner was very nice and reached out to me and offered me to give them another try on them. So I finally came back in today but I order my cookies ahead of time for pick up. And It was like day and night compared to the last time! I ordered 1 dozen chocolate chips, 1/2 dozen peanut butter, and 2 brownies. They were hot and fresh out of the over when I picked them up! It was super yummy! I was very surprised they gave me all that on them! Over all I'm very satisfied with their customer service. I love cookies and I'm pretty picky about cookies. I am a cookie snob. I love all kinds of cookies: homemade, boujie, and simple cookies, as long as the butter content and textures are good. With that being said, Tiff's Treats are good in my book. I would classify Tiff's Treats as a good simple cookie. Their chocolate chip and sugar cookies are my favorite. What really makes them stand out is the fact that they are served warm. I haven't stepped in to this particular store, but my coworkers and I got the cookies delivered to our office which was very fast. The cookies were served warm and were perfect. I think I ended up one too many cookies that I had promised myself to. This shop is located near Granite Park, among other food spots. I am torn on the review. The pictures attached are a gift we received. (We also order personally from Tiff's.) We had the annual pass but I chose not to renew. The cookie presentation & taste/quality is always top notch. The cookies are warm & fresh. My only issue is because they are stacked, it's impossible most times to separate. If you are getting all the same flavor or it's just for you, it's no big deal. However, we usually get several dozen variety for numerous people. My issue is they are hard to separate. As you can see in the picture, an M&M, oatmeal raisin & chocolate chip was all stacked. As careful as I tried to be, they stuck to each other & crumbled. Well, it's hard to serve the final result. I don't necessarily have an issue with the price, but for the price, I don't want a mouthful of 3 flavors at once. Nor can I share this with neighbors or split with friends. The review should be 4.5-5 stars...but my frustration separating them & trying to separate 4-5 dozen is too much. With all this said, we'd still order...just not as often & only for personal...not for sharing or entertaining--which is a shame!! I wish I could give 3.5 stars. read more

*UPDATE While we haven't been able to sample the cookies, yet, I will say that the customer service I received in response to my previous review was over the top. I truly believe and hope they were just having an off night, and I can't wait to try to out the cookies and report back on that part. We just tried to go to Tiff's Treats in Plano off DNT and 121, as I've been hearing how great the cookies are. However, we walked in and we were told our order wouldn't be taken for 10 minutes. I asked even for a couple of cookies just to go from the already prepared cookies in the display case, as I was dumbfounded, to which the gentleman replied, yes, that's correct. Wow! We were in shock. To verbally tell me you are too busy with other orders to take 2 minutes to ring me up for 2 cookies is very disappointing. I guess Tiff's Treats will remain a mystery to me, because that kind of customer service is just sad, and we won't support that type of mentality. read more

Tiff's treats are the treats you actually want! Yummy warm cookies or brownies delivered or pickup! This location was a little busy when I went during the lunch hour, but I've been there in the evening and they are more attentive then. Cookies are amazing, service is not horrible, but feels like it because I'm usually in a rush when I'm there picking up. I usually don't get it warmed up, so it saves some time. 1st order and it couldn't have went any worse . Delivery set 6:15-6:45. At 6:55 I sent a email because they weren't here At 7:05 I called . At 7:10 someone answered and said they would be there in 5 mins or so but they were running behind . We had a movie that started at 8 but had to leave by 7:20 at the latest . I waited .. and waited . We were literally driving away we waited until 7:40 we were late to the movie and our cookies arrived cold . Totally bad experience . It was for a family member who was celebrating their birthday. I love Tiffs Treats whenever I have a sweet tooth craving, and recommend them for any special occasion. I've tried most of their flavors, and though I like them all, butterscotch chip is my ultimate fave. I usually order online or on the phone, and the cookies are still warm and chewy by the time I get home. The staff is nice, but it takes them a while to get to the front, and greet you when you walk in. When I'm feeling extra indulgent I add a tiffblitz to my order. If you have never had one, add it to your bucket list. Their tiffwich is good, and I definitely recommend getting it heated up (unless it's a scorching summer day). The only thing I'd skip on here is the brownies. The one I got was kinda dry and hard, and they have better options. read more

So so SO yummy. Stopped here on the way to the airport because I absolutely HAD to try the cookies that my friend (who doesn't even like sweets) raved about. Apparently this place's niche is their delivery of freshly baked--and still warm!--cookies right to your door. I didn't have time for that so we stopped at the storefront and ordered some from their case. The cookies are $1.25 apiece or $13 for a dozen. They come in these cute boxes with colored ribbon which I loved because I was picking some up for my aunty in California. I ordered a bunch for her and then got some for myself because like hell am I missing out on an opportunity to eat warm cookies while they're fresh. I had gotten a white chocolate almond and butterscotch chip. They also have chocolate chip, snickerdoodles, m&ms, mint chocolate, and a few others but I only tried the two that I ordered for myself. The white chocolate almond was easily one of the best cookies I have ever had - highly recommend! There's a lot of parking out front so don't worry about that either. I guess you should get them delivered (since that's their thing) but if you do stop by the storefront, there'll be lots of room for your car. read more
