I recently had a birthday and received an email from Nothing Bundt Cakes for a free Birthday Bundtlet! I was near this location and purchased a couple of bundtlets. Hubby chose carrot cake and I always get my absolute favorite - chocolate chocolate chip. We even ran into a previous coworker while we waited in line! They were having a birthday too! The servers were all very friendly and helpful. J'Haila took excellent care of us. I didn't have to show them my email, I just provided my phone number associated with my account and sure enough, my free bundtlet showed up. You now have to ask for points from your visit to be applied to your account. Points earning rewards are no longer tied to your credit card automatically. I'm just shocked that one individual bundtlet costs $5.89! That seems like a lot of money for a 3" diameter cupcake. One benefit is that on your printed receipt you can take a quick survey and get a coupon for a buy one bundtlet, get one free for next in-bakery purchase. Didn't get any pictures but tried the Dubai chocolate along with banana pudding with Nilla wafers. My favorite was the banana pudding although the Dubai chocolate wasn't bad, for me it was the textures weren't blending with the crème and the shredded phyllo (kataifi) used. Would try again though. Very helpful in putting together the prefect gifts for an after interview thank you gift to three people I knew very little about. We decided the receptionist should get Oreo with a pink bow, the Director who loves yoga and number received the white chocolate raspberry with the Tiffany blue bow, and the CEO received the Red Velvet because she seemed to have a flare and sensesensed she loved chocolate with a red bow. Super kind, friendly, and personable. She informed me of all the flavors they had, which ones were popular, and quickly took my order. We had small talk about and I was out! The shop is really cute and set up for you to browse their selections of goodies like cute mugs! Since it was my birthday and I had signed up for their rewards program, I received a little bundt cake (regularly costing about $5). I stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes at approx 10 a.m. to order a cake for a small gathering of 4 couples to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary with my husband. I explained exactly what I wanted to the Nothing Bundt Cakes employee and paid for the cake before I left the store. It seemed a little more expensive than usual. $40 for a small cake...but, since it was for a special occasion...I didn't question it. (I should have.) The Nothing Bundt Cake employee told me to pick it up later at 1 p.m. When we got it home, my husband & I were disappointed b/c it wasn't what was ordered at all. It was just a plain white cake. There was nothing special-order about it at all. I could have opened a box of better crocker white cake mix and achieved the same results. Immediately, my husband called Nothing Bundt Cakes and began to explain to their employee that it was NOT what was ordered. He began to explain exactly what the problems were and he was placed on hold. (?????) So, I told him that I was going to take the cake back to their store. When I got there, I asked the Nothing Bundt Cakes employee if she had spoken with my husband. She never really answered my question. I explained that we wanted a refund for the special-order cake b/c there was nothing special about it. It appeared to be one of the cakes that they have on hand...already pre-made...nothing special at all and certainly NOT worth the forty-dollar price tag! She argued with me about the refund. She refused to refund the purchase! I told her that my husband wasn't happy with their special-order cake and that she should call him back instead of arguing with me. But, she refused to do that too. These employees are NOT professional people. Finally, after 10 minutes of arguing with her, she VOIDED the purchase which I was unfamiliar with since refund was what I had requested. Then, she refused to give me a receipt for the VOIDED TRANSACTION. All of this nonsense over a cake! I insisted on a receipt. Finally, she went into the back room (?????) to get the VOIDED RECEIPT and brought it out to me. NOTHING BUNDT CAKES should change their name to NOTHING BUT CRAZY! The cake was not what we ordered. The cake was not worth $40. The employees did NOTHING to make it right. The employees refused to speak with my husband over the phone & placed him on an extended hold which forced me to go to their store again. We made 3 trips to their store...one trip to order the cake...one trip to pick up the cake... and one trip to return the cake. The employees refused to refund the purchase even though the cake was returned to them. They argued about the refund. They refused to refund the cake. Instead, they VOIDED the transaction! They refused to give me a receipt reflecting the VOIDED transaction. All things considered, WE WILL NOT BE BACK! I went across the street to Whole Foods and bought a cake from them for twenty dollars so that we would have a cake. HALF THE PRICE & IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. The cake from the store across the street actually looked like a special-order item. It was lovely and tasted great too. Don't pay $40 for a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes. It's a rip off! Lastly, I contacted Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate Office and they never called me back. They don't care about their customers at all. Or I should say...former customers. OMG! I absolutely love this place!!! I went here after a recommendation from a friend and decided to head in. This Nothing Bunt Cakes is such a cute little shop. As I walked in I was warmly greeted by the smell of sweetness. To my right was a sample tray of their double chocolate bunt cake. It was just so delicious and melted in my mouth! I decided to make my way to the counter and I was greeted warmly by one of the ladies. After a couple of minutes of looking at the smaller bunt cakes I decided to get the lemon bunt cake. I love that you could get a smaller and individual bunt cake for just $4. They of course had larger cakes for more, but since it was just me I decided to get the smaller cake. The lemon cake was a nice hint of sweetness and it was not too overpowering. The size is great to eat individually as well as share. Walked in a few days ago on a whim with a friend who had heard that this place was amazing Note to self: when you're bored and have fifteen minutes to spare, don't walk into a cake shop. Except that Nothing Bundt Cakes was worth it. We ended up buying a small lemon flavored one, which was absolutely delicious. I usually hate cakes because they tend to be too sugary but this one was all lemony without any sickeningly sugary sweetness. The cakes are always consistently delicious and are moist and full of flavor. Do keep in mind that they close at 6 pm every day and they are closed on Sundays. I was coming to the store for a last minute birthday gift for my daughter's coach. 3 employees are in the store and I request for 2 buntlets, 1 happy birthday holder. They ring me up and I ask oh can I get it how it's on display with the cellophane wrap for a birthday. The lady at the counter says oh we will have to charge you for that. I agree no problem and then she proceeds to walk to the back and bag the cellophane and ribbon to hand to me. I look puzzled at the 3 bags she is handing to me. That's what I just paid for" The associates response was oh in order to do that I have to void the transaction and re ring it up. I've never heard that and honestly she didn't want to help me. The store has 3 closing employees and 2 customers in the store. It was around 6:15 pm they still had 45 minutes before they closed. Her response made no sense. My children love the cakes, but unfortunately I won't be returning to this location. When I asked for a fork, I was told they no longer provide forks. When I questioned this, I was told they are not a restaurant. They may not have tables, but they do serve food. I realize costs are high for everyone, and small businesses must make adjustments, but this is not a good decision for a company selling individual- sized cakes. The worst part was that they recommended going to nearby McDonald's or other restaurants (where we were not patrons) and take utensils. Poor managerial decisions and poor leadership. read more

I came by this location since it's close to my office to get a quick guilty pleasure and ended getting more than I wanted. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They even had red velvet to sample! I Love the bundtinis! They're the perfect size & the cream cheese frosting isn't too rich at all. Great place for desserts. I've only ordered the small cakes but for $4, it's bigger than a cupcake and can feed two. They are light and fluffy with great frostings.
