I placed an order for a Father's Day package (2 dozen cookies in a "happy Father's Day" box, two milks, and a cheesy "Greatest Dad" mini mylar balloon) a couple of weeks ago. The delivery was 10 minutes before the scheduled time, but that was just fine. The cookies were nice and warm and the milks were cold. Their regular chocolate chip cookies are VERY good, though not the best I've had. I'm a baker myself and thought these should be just a weeee little more on the chewy side, but that's just my personal preference. The oatmeal raisin were great too. What lost them that fifth star were the white chocolate almond cookies... quite disappointing. I couldn't even finish the one I started eating. Luckily I only ordered half a dozen of those. We happened upon this while exploring the neighborhood. It appears mainly to be a delivery service or takeout as there is no seating. Dont let that stop you from trying it. We had an ice cream sandwich, you get to choose your cookies (which are warm BTW) and they create the sandwich. Guy who served us was super friendly. Yummers! I just checked this place out for the first time this past weekend after hearing so many good things about it, and I loved it! The fam and I walked in and were greeted immediately by the freshly baked cookie heaven smell, then by man who was a tad awkward and not as "sweet" as the treats behind him. Anyway, we got some oatmeal raisins, chocolate chips, and m&m cookies. They were warm and delicious! They were 90 cents a piece or you could get a dozen for $9.95 or something within a couple cents of that. I never knew warm cookie delivery was a thing until I moved to Texas. We saw Tiffs Treats driving by one day and I was curious so I googled them. Next thing I knew, I was ordering cookies online!! I love the fact that you can also get milk, or even ice cream -the perfect sidekick to warm cookies! Warm cookies...Yum! Picked up 1/2 dozen chocolate chip and 1/2 peanut butter cookies along with 4 brownies. Also tried an oatmeal cookie. While it doesn't get better than warm cookies, in my opinion, both the peanut butter and oatmeal cookies could use a little more peanut butter and oatmeal flavors respectively. During the Christmas holidays, I picked up a few peanut butter cookies from Bake Rejoice and you could actually smell the peanut butter while they were in the bag and they were also huge. The brownies...This may be more of personal preference for me, but I like more of a cake texture for brownies. Tiff's brownies were more of the fudge texture. Love Tiffs Treats. I bring my hubby cookies from here a few times a month. My fav is peanut butter choc chip. I bring him sugar, snicker doodles, peanut butter, and butterscotch chip. They also have oatmeal, oatmeal choc chip (or is it raisin?), m&m, choc chip... Anyway, love the cookies. And on special occasions I get myself a tiff-wich which is two cookies with ice cream in between. I first heard of Tiffs because a friend received them delivered warm to the hospital (with milk) after she delivered her baby. We stopped by to see about picking up some cookies about 2 months ago. The website makes it sound as if they don't always have cookies made and available to just pick-up without an existing order. We walked in, and saw there were plenty of cookies inside the case. We ordered 4 dozen mixed flavors for my doctor's office. Everyone loved them. I tried the M & M cookie, and it was very good. Like other reviews, I will agree that the service was slow. he girls in there had no sense or urgency whatsoever. Now, I'm not expecting you to be dramatically flinging cookies in the box like your being timed to win a new Maserati, but for crying out loud, moving at a speed that would make a sloth say, "Damn slowpoke!" is simply unacceptable. Never thought I would write a review, however, things need to be said about this location. This is my third time coming into tiff treats and probably my last time at this location. Today's visit I have placed an online order online and was supposed to be ready in 40 minutes. I have come in a timely manner when my order would be ready. Instead, the guy told me it was going to be another 10 minutes. I waited and the guy there left me by myself waiting. That 10 minutes turned into 20 minutes still waiting for cookies. Nothing hard I order just 3 different cookies. I wouldn't recommend going to this location. And I hope a manger from this location sees this message. I am disappointed. read more

We are at blue fish and we're excited for tiff treats for desert. Went over at 930 and the guy working there said he had a dozen in the oven and would not be ready for 20 min. I told him I wanted the dozen he said they would be ready by 945, (looking back I should have offered to pay). He didn't ask if I wanted to pay or anything so I came back at 942 and he had sold everything he had. You would think that at 30 min before closing you would make a few more cookies especially since you know someone is coming back for them. When I went back in there were customers in there and he was telling everyone he was out of cookies. Went to this location about a month ago walked in at 945 and was able to walk out with a dozen cookies with no problem. They had plenty made. Not sure if this guy was just not interested in working but it was super disappointing for my whole family and I am sure everyone else in the store. read more

I'm immediately greeted either by The manager Chris or someone from his friendly staff. Every staff member has a very welcoming and positive energy. My husband received a box of Tiff's Treats with M&M sugar cookies from a vendor at work, and brought them home the same day. My daughter and I were delighted -- until we took a bite. Honestly, I don't understand the rave reviews. Granted, our cookies weren't warm, but were still eaten the same day. They tasted like salty, made-from-a mix cookies with no butter taste whatsoever. I definitely MUST try another batch again before I pass final judgement on the Tiff's Treats in Plano. The cookies were a bit hard and didn't have that gooey-to-die-for consistency that I know Tiff's Treats is capable off. Really like their cookies! First off I really appreciate the "normal" size that they are. Sometimes you don't want a huge bakery style cookie. I've tried just about all the varieties and they have all been good, but my favorites are the m&m,chocolate chip and snicker doodle. I love how they will warm them up for you if you want.
