It was as good as many full service Indian restaurants I've been to plus they have some fusion dishes on the menu like chicken tikka fries and naan tacos. The food is cooked to order and there are plenty of vegitarian and vegan options. I also love the idea of accessible Indian food. Tried this place out for the great reviews...MEH!! First of all, it is food court but neither faster nor cheaper. Only main difference besides the cafeteria ambiance is the LACK of flavor, which is hard to do with Indian food. The daall/sag was too salty NOT rather than flavorful and the chicken Tikka was completely bland (although my hubby was less disappointed with the flavor than me). Sadly they did not even have condiments to offer me to attempt to add any flavor. A failed experiment for me. read more

The food here is amazing and a great alternative to the traditional food you see at Victoria Gardens. The rice and curry is cooked perfectly. The tacos are really filling and each bite leaves you wanting another. Understand that the food does contain a lot of spices and unique flavors that may not fit your palate but if you're adventurous, already have a love for this type of food, or wanting a new vegetarian spot I'd highly recommend this. read more

Tried this out for the first time with my mom last weekend and we already came back to try some more! Excellent place located inside Food Court. Very clean and food is fresh. Service does take a small waiting time but that's how you know it's fresh. Prices are great for the food quality/quantity. An authentic Indian subcontinent fast food restaurant. This tasty restaurant is located in Victoria Gardens shopping center in the Food Hall in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I have found that most fast food Indian restaurants prepare bland ready food prepared in cream and really does not represent like an authentic Indian, Pakistani, Afghanistan, etc.. spicy food -- and thus I normally avoid them. In spite, I gave it a try as we were shopping in the center late afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to taste the delicious Chicken Tikka plate and my partner loved the vegetarian plate of Garbanzo beans with rice. However, I had to wait around 15-20 minutes since they cooked during that time and both plates were accompanied with rice, Naan and fresh salad - the wait could have been due to late afternoon around 2:45 PM. Portions were of good size - I also liked non creamy taste, fresh juicy spicy chicken and spicy garbanzo beans with thicker curry, which can be as good as home made that is spicy. I would return to the Tikka restaurant and recommend it highly. read more

I'm so glad I gave this place a chance! It's located in the Victoria Gardens food court right next to the Hot Dog On A Stick. There are so vegetarian options like the chana masala, paneer, and potato samosas! So hard to find genuinely delicious vegetarian or vegan food but Tikka is one of my new favorite places because the food is freshly prepared and tastes authentic. My favorite has been the chana masala bowl (medium spicy) which consists of chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro sprinkled on top and basmati rice. Super filling so the bowl is actually two meals for me. I'm really impressed with this place and will continue to tell everyone about it and support them! read more

So good. We got the chicken masala fries and a gyro to eat. Only complaint is some of the chicken was bland and had a boiled taste. We got the mint lemonade to drink, it was so refreshing and yummy.
