It is too bad the lowest rating is only one star! (See update below). Their Rolling Hiils California Store is absolutely useless and their answer when dealing with their rewards and "Moola" is "Oh you will have to call corporate." WTH? You mean to tell me you can't explain why I have spent hundreds and received nothing even though you can see the issue on my phone. They are sure pros in the "delegate up" style of managing. Their customer service online is even worse and when you try to call the corporate offices, well.... good luck with that. Tilley's is the absolutely worst run retail company I have ever dealt with. Employees in the Rollings Hills store are hit and miss. I wish I could remember their names, but there is a young Hispanic gal and a tall, thin African American young man who are awesome. Cheery and helpful. Others, rude and act like you are inconveniencing them by asking a question. Manager is useless. I have had numerous issues with them, but the worst was their rewards and "Moola" system. What a joke. I have spent hundreds in their stores and online and never once received rewards or alleged "Moola." The computer shows online that I have 24 points, customer service shows I have well over 137 and my receipts shows hundreds. Then they will tell you, "Oh yeah you do have they points and rewards but they won't come until April or September or..." whatever and they never come. For me it isn't about the $40 they should have sent me or given me in rewards credits by now, it is the principle of the thing and their incompetence. Hate them now and will look at Pac Sun, Zumiez, Macy's, Vans.com, Neff.com, etc to buy my teenage son's clothes. I have had it! Yay yelp for letting me vent. I feel better now. Update: I just got off the phone with Ericka (sp?) from Tilley's Customer Service which is located at the Corporate office. Ok, she rocks. She listened patiently and was super nice. I told her I could take a screen shot and send it to her. She admitted there was clearly an IT issue which no one else would. She also issued me my rewards and apologized for all the hassles I have gone through. She has restored my faith a bit. The RH Store Manager still deserves zero stars, but Ericka gets 5 stars so I will update the review to two and call it a day. read more

Claudia makes this a total 5 star store. she goes above and beyond to help you get what you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else, unless of course she was somewhere else lol. and to make it even more special, she's absolutely beautiful. read more

The employees are nice and friendly and there are a variety of clothes that I usually prefer to buy. The clothes are perfect if you're trying to grab the casually look or when you just want to relax. I personally hoped that they have a variety of shoes/sneakers in the store. In conclusion, I totally recommend this place for shopping clothes. read more

3 STARS IS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I shop at this Tilly's probably at least twice a month. What's really annoying is when I go to the cashier to pay the cashier never fails to ask me, "did anyone help you/" and almost always I say, NO and cashier response is absolutely nothing! not a word. Why bother asking the customer if you are not going to say, oh sorry about that or something. Cashiers never fail to ask that question and floor associates almost are never around or don't ask you if you need help. I usually just grab the "stick" and get down my clothes myself. I really don't mind what I do mind is being asked that question and when i say, No. They have no response back. Don't ask if you don't care. I feel as if these young employees its their first job and really need some REAL training in customer service. Today I went to this store around 5:30 a young man asked me that annoying question and told him, no and what was more annoying there was a young lady also behind the counter who looked like she could be a "manager" heard me and also did NOT say a word to me! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do continue shopping here because of the good prices and love the clothes. read more

Deceptive sales signs. We saw the sign for Levi's jeans for $29. Bought two of them. They charged $29 for one pair, and $40 for the other. They were both the same jeans, just different color, and were in the same area of the store. read more

We bought most of my daughter's summer clothes there this year. They do have great looking, quality clothes. Very colorful. It is my daughter's favorite store. All of the people working in the store were helpful. My favorite shorts that she bought were hombre shorts, white and light blue and then darker blue! This is the only place I can find clothes that are fashionable for my kids. I go to Target but the girls clothes are too frilly. They like to wear clothes that are not pink. I always find reasonably priced items and accessories here. I highly recommend them. read more

Always a good time coming in here. Got excellent service from an employee named jasmine. She was very helpful. I came to return shorts and walked out with 2 T-shirt's and a new pair of shorts. Easy to talk, knew about the products and had a friendly smile! read more

Poor customer service! They can have 8 employees with only 1 person at the register while there is a line forming. And the male employee with the crazy high eyebrows is so dry. I dont know his name because he never told me. Watch a youtube video on how to work in customer service. Love the new remodeling that they done with the store. The store overall is okay, they only have one register open and sometimes there not even at the register. Employees walking around asking for help which is good, very clean, and organized. Just wished the checking out part was better. read more
