I called to schedule a repair of the heater and backup camera for my 2022 F250. Service writer said I would have to bring it in for a diagnostic - seemed fine. They said after the diagnostic I would have to "get in line" for about 5 days until they could start the repair - also seemed fine. Here is where they lost me...I was told that they wanted to keep the truck for the five days it was going to take for them to start the repair. I asked if I would be given a loaner- service person confirmed that my service contract included a loaner BUT I couldn't get one until they actually started the repair. Why would anyone let them keep their vehicle for a whole work week waiting for repairs to a non-safety issue like a heater and a back up camera? To confirm - I asked if I could take the vehicle home after the diagnostic and bring back on the day of the scheduled repair and they refused. I will never use this dealership for any future purchases or repairs. read more

I've had nothing but problems with my vehicle and the service I've received from this facility. The latest problem was when I brought my vehicle in, they fixed the 4 recalls it had and when I got the vehicle back after missing 2 days of work for them to service it, the buttons to roll down the window didn't work on the passenger side. They replaced them with new buttons (one of the recalls) but it won't roll the window down. All my windows worked fine before I took it in. When I called to see if I could take it back in they told me it sounds like an electrical problem and it'd take another 3 days just to diagnose, let alone fix what they screwed up. My truck is currently at the service department for an engine misfire and transmission shifting issues. This is the second time it's been here for the transmission and first time for the engine. I have an extended warranty up to 100k miles. I received a call today from the service department stating I'd need new plugs and wires for my engine as well as a fuel injection system cleaning. When asked about it being covered, I was told it wasn't covered and would be $2000. However, the maintenance schedule for plugs per the owners manual is 100K miles. So somehow I'm on the hook for plugs that are expected to last 100k miles per the owners manual that only lasted 67k miles. I also know there is a TSB for the wires to be replaced to a category C wire (commonly used on RV's with the 7.3 gas motor). When I asked Phil, the service advisor, he stated it's "not his job to find the TSB's" but the technicians job. Ok. So who is going to find it? I'm being given excuses on why the plugs should be changed before 100k (even though it's documented by ford at 100k) because it's "hot here and we idle vehicles longer". What a joke. To top it all off, because I'm not paying $2000 for plugs and wires that should be covered, they're refusing to check the reoccurring transmission problem, also common with these 10 speed transmissions. I'm basically being pigeon holed to spend $2000 for them to acknowledge a known transmission problem. If you need service work done on your ford, stay far,far away from Tim Moran Ford in Hemet. Their unethical business practices will cost you more than you should have to spend. I was a repeat customer there when it was Gosch Ford. I'll never buy another vehicle here again. read more

I appreciate what he was able to accomplish, but I would caution prospective buyers to make sure that both the buyer and Gosch are very clear about timeframes and expectations when a Due Bill is involved. read more

I recently traded in a truck I bought from Gosch Ford a couple of years ago. I went in today to get a refund for the remaining time on the extended warranty I bought with the truck. The finance manager, Rahuel Bustamante, helped me immediately without an appointment. He completed the paper work in about ten minutes, and it was done! From the time I went to this dealer, ordered the truck, bought it, got service for it, all visits with everyone I dealt with were great! Both times I saw service writer Daniel Ventura for needed work, he was great! I believe almost all car dealers I've dealt with in the past twenty years have had some kind of negative issue for me, especially in service. Not Gosch Ford Hemet! Terrible dealership! I had a p0456 code popup for my 2017 ford focus st and found out that most focus had similiar issues with the evap system. After looking it up, I found out that there was a recall for the focus for this issue and called up Tim Moran Ford to get it fixed. The staff told me that the previous recall isn't honored and that it's "vin specific" and that my vin wasn't showing up under the recall, even though my car was having the exact same issues. I looked up my issue and found the parts needed for this issue and installed it myself but my car was still running rich and dying randomly so I had it towed to this dealership. After a couple days and almost 300 miles being driven on it, they "couldn't get the problem to persist" so they just charged me for a new battery I didn't need. A week after I bringing the car there and $400+ later, I get a notice from ford saying there is a recall for my car for the evap system! I reached out to Tim Moran for a refund per the letter's instruction and I was referred to K Foster who told me to email him and that he'd process the refund. I sent several emails and got no reply. I then mailed in my information to Ford headquarters and waited for months just to get a single letter in the mail telling me to talk to Tim Moran again. At this point I can't even get a refund back because I had until the end of the year and they intentionally wasted my time so that I wouldn't have time to follow up about the refund. Will never deal with this dealership or this company again!! Absolute joke read more

Terribly frustrating experience. I was calling around various dealerships about a Ford Maverick as an extra car for my mom. Most Southern CA dealers are marking these up pretty considerably, mostly defeating the idea of it being an economically priced truck with good mpg. At first, I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Matt at Gosch who told me they don't do markups but do have a single $2800 dealer package addon that is required. His words were, "we don't charge you for air". I told him I was over an hour away from Hemet so he said we could work all the numbers in advance to streamline it when I get there. He sends me the price breakdown via text which had way more dealer options than the single package he told me about (such as a $4k extended warranty). I responded and asked to remove the extra stuff we didn't talk about and he just ignored me. Literally no response. Tried calling him, nothing. Tried his cell phone, sent to voicemail. The next day he texts me saying he's sorry, they sold the truck to someone else. Wow. I was over it. Then a couple days passes and I get a call from Melanie telling me they have 2 more XL models including the hybrid available. I couldn't answer she called so she left a voicemail and she also sent a follow up email. I tried calling her back, no answer. I responded to her email no answer. Tried calling her again the next day, no answer. So I end up just calling the sales dept to speak with anyone and it so happens to be Melanie. She apologizes and basically says she was busy and was just shit to check her email. I go over with her what I was looking for and she places me on hold for nearly 10min. Finally someone picks up and it's an entirely different guy, who's name currently escapes me. I speak with him and go over everything again. He tells me that they DO markups on the Maverick despite what I was told and wasn't sure why I was told that. He then says it was a misunderstanding because the truck Matt was pricing for me was a non hybrid (which wasn't what I asked for), which this guy said they still mark up but sometimes have more flexibility than the hybrid models. I let him know this was all get frustrating because it wasn't what I was told and I literally had text messages showing no markup. He told me he wants to try and do right by me so he was going to look into some things and call me back that day. Never calls me back. Seems like by do right, he meant just get off the call. Through my experience, this dealership was extremely disorganized and untrustworthy. I would have been even more frustrated had I drove more than an hour just for them to pull a bait and switch on the price. Their ability to communicate was abysmal. It seems with vehicles like the Maverick, which sells itself, the idea of customer service has left the building here. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I will back up Robert's experience with Brandon and Tim Moran Ford, as well, the sales manager is dishonest and will lie to you and then go and hide, he is a con artist and a chicken, I left him 3 messages without a call back that Octavio promised was coming, another lie. My wife and I both told Brandon we did not want the extras, but he snuck them in anyway and the finance officer did not disclose the added cost or go over the contract that did not have my signature on it but an auto sign one. I did not see the final numbers until I was home and opened the sealed envelope they gave me as I left. The dealership practices a scam in which they pre-installed an active alarm that adds $3,000.00 to the bottom line. When I called back after discovered it was not removed as requested, my sales representative Octavio said you cannot have it uninstalled without penalty and you don't want to do that because it gets you a discount on your car insurance, I am still waiting to confirm this is true, but have my doubts. Bottom line, Sales person, Sales manager and finance officer all hid the added cost and then refused to talk to me when I wanted to discuss it. They are deceptive and engage in fraudulent behavior. I have also fled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this dealership and there dishonest practices. read more

I heard on the radio today about Tim Morgan Ford of Hemet having 0% APR on all vehicles there. Me being interested I looked into it via online put some information down and was contacted by a salesman. At first I didn't answer but texted them then later was called and I asked if the 0% applies to all loans the response was "yes when can you come in the apr only available before the year ends" so I drove an hour out and spent 40 mins there looking at the broncos and check my car for a trade in. Once all was done it was time to talk numbers which to my surprise the apr deal only applies for 24 months. Once I heard that my business was done. Even if I heard wrong, the phone call conversation could have cleared that. Even while being there I mentioned the 0% apr and the salesman didn't mention it to me. It would have been nice to know prior to coming and wasting 3 hours out my day. read more

Terrible experience! I did my first purchase in 2020, seamless transaction. I decided to return and support them as they treated me well the first go around. In August of 23', the service department took amazing care of me. Kudos to Amray! Sales department, not so great. In September 23, I was working with a salesman about a specific vehicle. I was told in person that I could bring in my own financing. I'd have "x" amount of days for the paperwork to go through. I was only able to negotiate $500 of their listed price. I agreed. The following day the salesman came to pick me up from my home to do paperwork. It was about 1hr 45min drive on a Friday afternoon. Everything was going great until it came time to do the paperwork. They were offering me rates 4%-6% higher than I was approved through multiple banks. After three attempts to negotiate the rate as close to what I had as possible I let the salesman know I'd like to go with my bank and I'd like to get the paperwork going. Salesman returns from speaking with his "manager"...this specific vehicle isn't eligible for outside financing. I thought he was kidding as he once again had told me it'd be no problem on the ride down to the dealership. I was beyond frustrated after 4+ hours of trying to make a deal. I let them know I could not make a deal at those rates and we were done. I also let them know I had no ride and they said there was nothing they could do. I called an Uber to pick me up and drive me back in rush hour traffic for 3 hours on a Friday evening. The manager, Brett never once came out to talk to me or even explain the financing. I was completely let down. They spoke about how they were in a small town and really relied on return business. They valued the customer service and experience most. They lost a loyal customer. Purchased a vehicle 2 weeks later at a SoCal Ford dealership that played zero games and made the car shopping experience a positive again. I do not recommend GOSCH Ford Hemet unless you want to waste your time and try to get taken advantage of. New dealer even got me 2% lower than I was able to get on my own! read more

Absolute worse service department. I've taken my truck in several times to have a front end steering noise diagnosed with no success. One diagnoses was they informed me I had 4x4 wood blocks in the bed of my truck. THANKS! Then they replaced a steering stabilizer and when I informed them this did not correct the issue, I received a response of "Thank you for letting us know". Not bring it back down so we can look again. Just took my truck to Les Schwab for tires and within 10 minutes they informed me where the noise was coming from. Pretty bad some tire techs could identify the issue where Certified Ford Technicians that work on nothing but Fords couldn't find the problem. Big thumbs down for Gosch Ford Hemet! read more

Literally the worst dealership I have ever been to. Bought a car last night with my dad on the pretense of a college program where I signed a contract for 3.9% only to find out the next day my documents wouldn't work to finalize the deal. Drove the car back to the dealership to unwind the deal only to be harassed by salesman named ocea and the sales manager BRANDON. Long story short the finance manager promised me and my father we would be able to get our 2k cash deposit back within 45 min to an hour. Only to find out that was a lie and now we have to wait 7-10 business days for our cash back when it was literally 30ft away from us at the dealership and it hasn't been moved or touched at all. The kicker of all of this is once I called BRANDON the sales manager to get my money back he stated over the phone "I could've shoved that higher interest rate of 8% up you and your dads ass so be happy we have you your original car back" which I know for a fact is illegal. Do not do business with them unless you wanna be harassed by their employees who barely graduated high school and will steal your money! I made an appointment and drove 2 and a half hours to see a used Honda Accord at Gosch Ford. I arrived to a mafia like atmosphere of salesmen who seemed more concerned with looking cool than selling cars. I made an appointment the day before, so I would have expected to a clean and well prepared offering. Instead I was shown what I presume to be the sales guys lunch getting ride. The Accord was filthy inside and out. It had low air in one tire and worn treads. There was mud and weeds in the wheel wells. I ran like the wind. The finance manager Brett is the rudest person I've felt with in a professional business. I've had to deal with this dealership twice for buybacks on TWO different vehicles due to them being lemons. After being told through many departments in ford that Brett was the one to handle my warranty buyback Brett felt he was above that. This dealership is hands down the WORST Dealership I have ever dealt with, and I have been buying cars at dealerships for 40 years. I purchased a used truck from them back in September and actually had a good buying experience, but after the sale, all I have had is nothing but problems with the service department and the minions sent from the higher-ups supposedly that have straight up lied about so many things. To make matters worse, I have been lied to so many times from pretty much every person I have spoken with, that I am filing a complaint with the BAR. My frustration level is through the roof with them and every time I call to speak with someone, all I get is either lies or voice mail, of which I never get a call back from anyone which includes the GM, which is who I asked for several times and gotten 0 response from, or anybody else. The service department is a joke. I would not trust them to replace a gas cap. I have yet to hear from anyone with authority. I even have it in writing about the repair that was supposed to have been taken care of months ago and is still NOT done! I will not ever recommend this dealership to anyone, ever! The next day the price was changed online and increased more than $2000.00. and the sales on site tried to say it was a weekend special , except for the fact it was a price from that Monday. definitely , not trustworthy and thier word is not worth anything, so I walked away from that trap.
