One guy called me at 10:15 on a Wednesday night trying to get me to buy the car they had, even though I had told him twice prior it was the wrong trim level and color. I wanted a Red Touring CR-V for my wife and this fool keeps telling me we have another one you would like better, I think it's a white Sport. Damn man, that one doesn't even have leather... (He called about 3 times with no answer on vehicle or price.) Do you know your cars? I found out while looking around that I knew way more than most of the loser salesmen did about their products, not only here but several other places, too. A month after I bought elsewhere Honda I-T keeps sending computer texts and they never reply to the responses I gave them proving that no one is reading them. Maybe they read this one. I told them how much better the other dealer was and even sent back pictures of the Red Touring CR-V I had purchased. I never really thought they had a chance to earn my business but I tried to get a price on what I wanted anyway, never got a clear answer. Visiting Honda of I-T will be a complete waste of anyone's time, I'm glad I figured that out before I even went in. Honda I-T runs about $3000 to $4000 higher than all other dealers in the one hour driving radius. I did my homework and I'm glad I did. Then there is Trent from "customer care" who sent me a text asking for a call and feedback about my experience...He had no clue who I was or why I was calling back, then hung up when I told him I bought one somewhere else. That was the wrong move. I'll tell everybody how there "customer care" is now. They have proven twice to me now not to even think of going there and will never get another shot at sales or service from me or my family. Save your time and money and visit Tim Marburger Honda in Albemarle! In my life so far, I have owned or currently own at least 11 Honda Products (vehicles and offroad) of some sort or fashion. Luckily I happened to find CLTMobile online! I actually invested in a mobile brake repair business about 3 years ago but have often thought how great a full service mobile mechanic would be! I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself.
