Need a place to go and relax? Timbers is my "go to" since it's right around the corner from my house. I decided to go back right after phase 2 of openings. I mostly come to gamble but their food is great too! I walked in and I am always greeted with friendly "hello's" and smiles. Customer service has always been a great! I ordered the chicken fingers (medium) with fries. They are excellent. Food is always hot and tasteful. They have dining areas incase you don't want to be with "the fun" gambling crowd. They do have hand sanitizer to use on the walls. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, was because of the lack of cleaning the machines. I saw people come and go and I never saw them disinfect the buttons on the machines. Now, you can ask to have them cleaned, but when I did, I had to wait and then someone took my spot. This is a great place to get some delicious food and a cocktail. Tonight, I am very disappointed in the service! I've been here many times before and service was great! My girlfriend and I waited over 30 minutes for service and the waitress ignored us. It wasn't busy and the football crowd was flowing out of the establishment. I asked the bartenders were they serving food and the bartender stated "yes". She went to locate the waitress and after a few minutes the waitress did not come to our table. My girlfriend and I decided to leave. I'm totally sad, due to this issue feeling (discriminatory). I would definitely like to discuss this issue with a manager. read more

I met some friends for a casual night out to watch the Vegas Golden Knights and was pleasantly surprised to have such an enjoyable time. I was getting over a cold and had mentioned to our server if it was possible for the bartender to whip up a concoction that would sooth my throat - she immediately smiled and said, "of course" and brought me this delicious whiskey drink with lemon and honey. Our food was served quickly and there wasn't ever a time we were waiting for her to replenish our drink orders or ask if we needed anything. I didn't give it much thought...I simple was excited to get out and watch the game...but I feel compelled to share me experience because it was a great night out! I had the BEST brisket hamburger at this restaurant!! Nothing on it, no sauces, just the burger!! So delicious..Kudos to the chef!!! My first brisket burger was in Tupelo, Mississippi three years ago. Better than Kobe burger!! And their kettle chips are awesome!! Just wish they would add a baked potato to their menu. read more

Place is right down the street from my house. Sometimes I'm in the mood for some good bar food and this place is closest so I've given them numerous tries, but this might be the last. Service is the absolute worst. Called in an order for pick-up and was told it would be 20 minutes. So I went a half hour later cuz my experience is the food is never ready on time. Same this time....I order a beer and wait for my food. After about 10 minutes food comes out. Girl drops it off, I pay, waiting for another beer but never offered one. Nobody came around for another 5+ minutes as I sit there staring around waiting for another beer. So I left. The food was decent (although 12 bucks for 3 fish sticks and fries is a bit pricey) but it's time to try another place. read more

Stopped in for quick bite to eat. Ordered chicken wings. Medium. Order came out rather quickly. Wings looked "different". You order medium wings, your expecting them to be deep fried, and tossed in a sauce. Plain and simple method to cooking wings. The wings came to me kind of dark looking with more luster than my waxed car! Okay, I figure, they're hot so I'll let them sit for a few. Good idea I'm thinking. I Eat some fries which are very good. I grab a wing and it isn't even close to hot. It's on the cold side of warm. No problem I generally like cold food sometimes if it's cooked throughout. I have two drumsticks and the flavor isn't bad, it's very good! They're just cold. The ranch won't even stay on the wing from the cup to my mouth because the wings are actually that cold. I have a flat wing and now notice the wing is not cooked all the way through the joint. Very strange as the flat wing is Much smaller than the drumette. At this point I'm sorry but I certainly don't want to get sick. The staff was very accepting and understanding. They were awesome I've ate here many times before, usually much earlier in the day. read more

When asked if tje ball of the inauguration could be watched, the bartender on the evening of the 20th yelled at a customer that she would not allow Trump on "her tv". Really? I live up at the west end of Cheyenne, by 215; I worked all day, finally got done and coming down the 95 so I can stop at the Target up the street and I'm dying for a beer and burger. Mind you, I know I'm gonna be passing the whole crowd: Steiner's, Putters, Timbers - never seen a town with so many "chain" bar establishments and I'm kinda partial to small locals joints so I've never been to any of the aforementioned despite living here the past few years. Anyway: I decide to stop at Timbers, and this location ruined it for the entire bunch. They have some booths and tables, but I'm a single guy and I like making it easy on everybody and just sitting at the bar, so: I avoid all the empty video slot seats that have a thoughtfully placed plastic placard over the screen reminding me to not even bother sitting in the stool to buy food and drink from the bar (because that's just small change) if I'm not gonna pour money into the game, and steer for a non-gaming commoner seat. I pull the bar stool away from the bar and climb on - I'm excited: hungry, thirsty, let's DO this. Blonde chick bartender walks over right away, says "can I get ya something to drink?" and I reply with "got a menu?" - "sure!", and she turns to the bar, grabs one and puts it in front of me. She waits, expectantly, and man - I knew I wanted a burger but I open the menu anyway cuz maybe they got some good shiznit in here, amiright? So after it becomes obvious I'm browsing, she's out with "take your time, can I get you a drink while you look at the menu?" Well hell yes. I ain't here for the huntin'. I say "yeah - whattya got on tap?" "You sure about that?" she says. -blank stare from me - "I just made a pot of coffee, it's fresh and hot. You were kinda staggering when you came in here." What. The. #%$&. Did you just say what I think you said? You think I'm drunk? Obviously you don't know I just got off work. You don't know I'm recovering from what the doctor said was the worst ankle injury he'd ever seen in his career. And you clearly don't know how to spot intoxicated patrons, because that evaluation is based on multiple criteria. Was my speech slurring? No, because I'm not retarded or a stroke victim. Or drunk. Was my hand-eye coordination off? I seemed to grab the menu and thumb it okay, I could read, after I removed my glasses and DIDNT drop them. Did I walk funny? Yeah, I'm #%$&ing disabled, maybe you could go check my license plates or something. I explained that I just got off work, I had an injury causing a limp, thanked her for her concern, and repeated my beer request. I ordered my burger, which was overcooked and overpriced (medium doesn't mean cooked all the way through with not a trace of pink in any menu I've seen) and was mostly served by the laid-back dude bartender after that, probably because I was such a painful customer to deal with. Despite the MULTIPLE loud-mouthed, OBVIOUSLY-drunken pool players, I'm sure I was the biggest pain-in-the-butt to serve last night because coming in with a big pocketful of American money to buy a burger and a beer makes me a potential new customer and apparently that might threaten someone's comfortable little kingdom. Way to not know jack about customer service, boneheads. You probably think I'm an @$$hole for writing this, and believe me the feeling is reciprocated after paying you to serve me dinner. If it's any comfort, I've already learned my lesson and picked up some ground beef on the way home - damn good juicy bacon cheeseburger sitting on my plate as I write this, at least one Michelin star better than yours - we'll have to agree to go our own ways: I'll keep my money and you can keep your stanky smoke-stained prima-donna saloon. read more

Cassandra, the waitress at this Timbers was the ultimate server I've ever experienced! I brought a client there for lunch on October 17th and not only was she fast and efficient, she was cute and funny and personable! Always a happy smile on her face!!! Sometimes this client and I will stick around an hour after eating just chatting and drinking ice tea and Cassandra made sure our glasses never ran out of tea! She did this even AFTER the check and her tip were paid WHILE she was busy with other customers! Can't remember how good the food was or wasn't (must have been good However menu needs desserts! ) but remember thinking that this waitress should be in a 5 star restaurant and whoever hired her get's a big thumbs up! read more

This visit started at a 1. Service here is usually average at best. This time I came after work on a Saturday night about 10:50 PM. It wasn't busy at all. Me and my boyfriend sat in the restaurant section and there was one other table. After getting us our drinks, the server came back to our table to take our order about 10- 15 minutes later. We both ordered sandwiches with modifications. His no onions, mine no cheese. After waiting about 15 minutes for our food, both our orders were wrong without the modifications honored. I can't eat cheese because I'm lactose intolerant so this was an issue. After waiting what felt like forever for her to come check on us, she said she would have them remake the food. She blamed it on the cook but said the manager would take care of the food for us. What bothered me other than our food being wrong was the fact that she came to our table not once, but TWICE with a mouth full of food. I understand being in the middle of a shift and needing to eat but don't come to a table you're serving with a mouth full of food. The only reason this is a 3 star review, and not a 1 is that we didn't have to pay for their mistake. The manager did his/her best to correct the mistake. Expect sub par service when you come here and you'll be fine. I'll probably be back at some point if only for the fact that there's not much else on this side of town when it comes to good food and good service. read more

My wife and I just moved to the area and thought we'd try this place for dinner. It was a Friday night and a good crowd was I side, but not so busy that it was too loud like some places can get. My wife ordered the mini sliders ( small ) Oder and fries. I had the fish and chips, and we shared a deep fried cheese appetizer. The sliders had good taste and the fries were cook prefect. My fish and chips was very flavorful and the fish appeared to be very fresh. I was disappointed in the size of the appetizer as we got 2 pieces and the size did not match the small serving. Over all we spent under $30 for dinner and sodas before tip so overall it was a enjoyable evening and we will be back to try other items in the future. read more

Went here on a Saturday evening. The place was pretty empty. Not a lot was going on. The decor resembled that of a dusty old cabin, and smelled of stale cigarette. No specials of any type going on. I immediately regretted coming in. The service was quick and polite. The food was reasonably priced...but HORRIBLE. The fish in the fish and chips was previously frozen. The meatballs on the meatball sub seemed previously frozen as well. Food was overall bland and tasteless. We will likely never return. Way too many other places to try. read more

This was the first time I visited this restaurant and bar. It was terrible. We where never greeted when we arrived. After 15 minutes my best friend went to get an ash tray and let them know we wanted to get drinks. When she went it up there she was stared at by some of the waitresses and it took them another 10 minutes to get our orders. We got sliders and maybe 20 if the nastiest fires in bar history. And the drinks where not mixed well. Not to mention the HORRIBLE customer service and the fact that every time our waitress came to our table she had a "body guard" behind her. read more

I like this bar and find myself there fairly often. The staff is good overall but there is a female bartender (short and possibly east coast Italian. Long dark hair) who has now TWICE taken my cash when I paid and didn't bring back my change (just assuming it was her tip). Both times it was a $20 bill on a 5 or 6 dollar tab. You can't just assume someone's going to tip you $15 on a $5 tab. Especially when you aren't at all an attentive or friendly bar tender! read more

Absolutely a terrible evening once Jessie came on shift. Megan was great. We gambled continuously and ordered food, but yet we were told we had to pay for our drinks (which some were during happy hour). We will not be back to this location. Jessie was very confrontational and tried to humiliate us in-front of other patrons. It's a shame, we were enjoying ourselves and now $15 is causing us to not return. To add, she said we didn't lose/play enough on the 45 minutes of 'her' shift, even though we had already lost and played for more then almost 1 1/2 hours prior to her arriving. In her rant to defend herself, she was mentioning the 2 drunk guys next us, how she comped their drinks. I mentioned that they didn't even play, she said, oh, well one of them did. They were only there for maybe 30-45 minutes and we never saw them put money in the machine. They loved Jessie, and we believe she used our play to comp their drinks- she even tried to combine our bills, twice, when we told her we never had met them before. Something shady going on during the graveyard shift. Please forward this to Josh or corporate, etc. In addition, the 2 guys were way over served, but yet, Jessie kept serving them. Not good. We had gone to Timbers when it was a "Bears" place but hadn't gone for while. When we did go back we had the sweetest, most attentive waitress named Kieli. Now we come back a couple times during the week just because her vivacious personality is so heartwarming! I love the high quality and variety of the menu items, which are reasonably priced.
