This was the BEST experience. These people are very honest! I took in two watches, one needed the band adjusted and the other wasn't working. As it turned out is was working and did not need repair. They could have taken it in, charged me the labor for inside cleaning, etc. but he told me it was running fine. He took time to take a link out of my watchband and then do an additional adjustment, no charge. I asked how much it would be if it does stop running, he said $150. (very reasonable). As it turns out it is now running fine but I would have just left it there and paid the $150. had he not have been so honest. I highly recommend this business. While I was waiting, they replaced four batteries for customers (only $5 each). One customer dropped his watch off and said I'll be back in a week. I love this place!! The gentlemen working here are the best! I've been in on two separate occasions in the past three years. When I was in today I was bringing in my watch that I dropped which resulted in the back of the watch refusing to go back on. I handed my watch over and the gentleman told me it would be a minute or so. There were quite a few people in the shop at the time. A few minutes later I was given my repaired watch back with an explanation of what the problem was. When I asked how much I owed he told me nothing. The previous time I came in I needed a link for a watchband and he replaced it free of charge!! I heard both gentlemen returning repaired watches to customers at no charge! I have gone in with a watch that isn't working, and they will test the battery, see that it is good, and tell me that. I read all the excellent reviews and decided to go to replace the band on an old watch my grandfather gave me. All the positive are very well deserved! They were extremely patient with me when I couldn't decide which band to pick. They replaced it in 5 minutes, shined the face and charged me $20 for EVERYTHING. All the 5 star reviews are true! I went in to have my watch battery replaced. I had my sleepy toddler in my arms (it was about time for her nap). The gentleman behind the counter fixed my watch in under a minute and said, "that will be five dollars." Unfortunately, I realized at that moment that I only had credit/debit cards with me - no cash. I offered to run out and get cash from the bank but he said with a smile, "don't worry about it, get your little one home for a nap!" That was two weeks ago and I'm finally put $5 in the mail to them as a thank you. This is customer service at it's finest - the way it must have been during my grandparents' time. My $5 is just a small gesture to ensure that these guys stay in business for many years to come. I will never go anywhere else to have my watches or clocks serviced. read more

This neighborhood store is fantastic. I've come here several times to have watch batteries replaced and they are always fast and charge $5 which seems very fair. They never try to sell me extra services. On a recent visit I watched another employee fix a man's clock for free. read more

I took 4 watches in this morning that needed new batteries and some adjustments to the bands. I expected to hear a time when I could pick them up the following week. He did everything including set them to proper times and dates in under 5 minutes. Total was $15. I asked if they took credit cards and he said "No, just mail a check or drop it by next time you are near here." Wow!!! I went to my bank and stopped back 5 minutes later. I left a $20 on the counter and told him thank you for the excellent service. When I was driving out of the parking lot he chased me down and snuck a $5 bill into my window as change. This place is just the best. Last time my "fancy" watch broke I had to bring it to the jeweler I bought it from, they mailed it to Canada, got it fixed, mailed it back, I picked it up. It cost me $50. Time Keepers fixed my watch on the spot and didn't charge me a penny. Now I WANT my watch to break so I can go in there and actually PAY them something - Such a great shop... I had several watches that needed battery replacement..including my Tagheur and Movado..I was amazed!!! All these years having spent all these dollars in other places just to have the batteries replaced...$5.00 per watch..HOLY COW!! :)The replacements were done quick and efficiently. I love coming here!! The staff is funny, kind and the person I was dealing with, so so very generous. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
