This is the only place you should go whether you need a new watch or just a battery. Honest, fast and the most reasonable rates I've found. I went on today for a battery for a cheap watch my husband uses when he gardens and a bottle of Lavish Jewelry Cleaner, a great product. Penny noticed that my Tissot watch was pretty dirty so she cleaned it for me. She saw the pins on either side of the face were bent and asked if I'd like her to replace them for $2 each. I said please do. She showed me the pins she'd removed and they were indeed bent. She also cleaned my rings and necklace while she was at it. The grand total came to $25.95. I own two watches, and I'm in no way an aficionado. So, when Penny and her team gave me a quote for a spring replacement and cleaning, I had no idea just how good of a deal they were offering. I spoke to my father, who IS an aficionado, and he said, "Don't look any further, that's an amazing deal." I'm glad I listened. Not only are their prices great, they are knowledgable and friendly. They replaced my watchband AND ordered me a spare band for a price that was HALF of what I paid to order just one band five years ago. In addition, the screw on the buckle of my other watch fell off. They found an identical replacement and fixed it within minutes. They charged only $10. I can't imagine what it would have cost to try and replace it through the actual manufacturer. TimeLand is a wonderful watch repair business. I took a very special watch there to get repaired that my mom had given me years ago. For the last few years it simply stopped being able to keep time or hold a charge as it is a Citizen Eco-charge watch. Until TimeLand, I was taking it to FastFix watch repair in the Fox Hills Mall. I am very attached to my vintage '87 Tudor and have been looking for a repair shop that specifically worked in house. The thought of sending my watch "out" for an undetermined amount of time with no clue who was working on it was not for me. This led me to Timeland. First impression was how clean, professional and welcoming the shop was. Penny then walked me through the issues with my watch, timeline, cost, making me feel very comfortable with leaving my watch with them. The lume plots on six hour markers had fallen off. Five were floating in the dial and one had been removed by a prior repair job (who told me the only option was to remove them). The Timeland team was quick to point out the lume could In fact be put back in place - I was so happy to hear they could make it look as new as possible. They also told me my spring bars were mis-matched and too short, and my original bracelet had become very dirty over time. 7 days later the watch was back on my wrist.
