One of the best services in watch repair and fantastic relationship with customers. They remember their customers all time and always offer their bests to them. I drive 60 miles (in traffics and crazy gas prices ) to renew my watches battery only because of their friendly services and best prices. These guys are amazing. Definitely my go to place from now on. Been here a few times to adjust the bracelet on my Rolex. Not only they took care of it in minutes and it was the least expensive out of all the other places I checked out first (the others wanted to keep the watch for 3 hours and charge me triple the price). Finally, on top of that, the second time I went in to adjust the bracelet on the same watch (it was still a bit loose), they didn't even charge me, even though it was almost a month later! I came in to have the batteries to both my watches changed and have links taken off. Penny was helpful, quick and honest. Not only was the price reasonable and fair, she showed me how easy it was to get the links off and didn't charge me for it either. I would recommend anyone looking to fix, repair or even to simply change out the battery to your watch to come here. The atmosphere is also super welcoming.... she didn't make me feel silly for not knowing about the snap-able band extenders and also gave me additional info I needed for other repairs. Been years since my Michael Kors watch battery died. Yesterday, my teacher tells us we need a second hand watch for class ( today ). So, ofc I come to Yelp to look for a good place. Read all the positive reviews and decided to check out this place. So happy that I did. Came around 10:30 only one other customer. New came to help me was so friendly and great. Within 2 minutes or so he changed my battery. It has to be the quickest thing I have ever done with my baby. Thank you new for being so professional and greeting my baby. $11 bucks to change my battery so reasonable. I will definitely be coming back to get my other watch battery replace. read more

I've been here on a couple of occasions to have them size watches that I had purchased elsewhere, and they do it quickly, without issue, and for $6 a pop. They always seem to have really incredible sales going on, like 20-35% off on Citizen, Skagen, Fossil, etc. Because of their great sale, I scored one of the new black ceramic Fossil Allie watches: http://www.zappos.com/fossil-ladies-large-ceramic-black Retail is $195 but I got mine for $156 at Timeland. It's gorgeous and I love a good bargain! Bring cash because the percentage you save is bigger if you deal in cash vs. plastic. Parking can be a little nuts because they share a small lot with an ice cream parlor, a tanning salon, and a couple other businesses. read more

Excellent service. Brought in a vintage Movado watch I did not know how to work and had a couple questions. They answered my questions immediately, showed me how to use it, ran a time test on it to see how it was running, and gave me a bunch of tips to keep it running well. Then didn't charge me anything! I love a solid family owned business in LA! And this is one of them that has been here for years. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Such a great shop. I appreciate her honesty the most. The watch needed some love and Penny switched the battery, replaced the pin, cleaned it, threw in some extras and replaced the straps for a great price. I brought in a 40 year old Rolex that stopped running. The good people at Timeland serviced it for a fraction of what is being charged elsewhere. Old parts were replaced with real Rolex parts, the band was adjusted, and it was cleaned and buffed. In short, it looks and runs like new. read more

These people are so good. All I needed was a battery replacement and had made no previous purchases from them to warrant what they did. They replaced the battery for a fair price while I waited, but when I asked if they had an empty watch box I could use to gift an old watch of mine to my daughter, they asked me the brand of the watch. They then searched for a box and came back with a beautiful, brand new box of the same brand. No charge. And they enthusiastically wished my daughter well for having her first child the day before. I want to have to go back. read more

Timeland just saved my watch's life! I put a massive scratch in my new SRP773, and took it to Timeland for a crystal replacement. It turns out, the watch needed extensive work on the bracelet, which they caught and insisted on correcting. I had purchased my watch on a whim from another (MUCH lesser) store. When I got the watch sized from them, for some reason, they put the wrong pins in the links, and fudged their errors with super glue (pic attached of a damaged, glued link from another store). Timeland took the effort to clean out the links, replaced pins and collars, and even replaced a link that had been scratched by the other shop. I'm left feeling foolish for buying my watch elsewhere, but so grateful that Timeland fixed it within HOURS, with a very fair price. I can not recommend them enough! read more

A+ Customer Service Hands Down. I came in at 5:26 on a Saturday (4 minutes before they close) to ask how long it would take, and if they'd have time, to change my watch battery. At 4 minutes to close, I was honestly expecting them to say they couldn't get to it today (and I wouldn't have blamed them if they had), but the man behind the counter took a quick look and said "sure! I can do it right now." I barely took one lap around the showroom before he told me it was ready and after paying, I was back out the door at 5:30 on the dot. He had even set the time and date on it. It really says a lot about a small business and it's employees when they're willing to do even the smallest service (that honestly probably doesn't make much of a profit) when they're literally minutes from closing on a Saturday and off the next day. They definitely have my business and recommendation from here on out. read more

I'm really looking forward to having them make a custom piece for me with some loose stones I have. The entire staff is just such a pleasure. I have been going to Timeland for over 13 years. I have taken a 1948 gold Lord Elgin to them for complete overhaul including painting the face and replacing the glass. I They did amazing work for half the price.The watch looked like new. I also have a Rolex President. When it stopped working two years ago, I was apprehensive to take it to Timeland but I had always had such a good experience with them in the past. The father did a complete overhaul of the inside of the watch and charged only $400. This same service at Rolex would have been over $800 and would have taken two to four weeks. Timeland did the repair in four days. I have also taken my wife's Cartier to them for stem replacement. Again, the repair was done flawlessly. I would not hesitate to take any brand of watch to them now. They are good people and have earned this review, the second I have ever given since Yelp started. read more

James helped me and was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. Not only did he size the bracelet to fit just right, but he also went above and beyond to double-check that all the pins in each link were secure. A wide selection of watches. A family owned business that has been around for quite some time. Previously they were located at Wilshire and Wilton. The owner is a master watch maker. Much care and pride is taken in selling and caring for your watch. Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along. When you go in, you want to make sure you know what you want as you can be easily guided to buy a watch you didn't intend on getting. Something that happened to me that I regretted. If you know what you want and stick with the plan, you won't get side tracked on the great selection of product and accessories. Overall experience has been very good throughout the many years of buying through Timeland. They have the ability to service on simple to complex expensive watches. read more

I didnt like the parking here. Its pretty hard. Dont go on any day thats hot because the yogurt place will be packed and the parking line goes out to the street. If you're coming from the western side of the city, dont take Olympic its bumper to bumper when I went it was 5pm. This place didnt have a good selection of watches and didnt have very many high end watches. Their prices are ok. Personally, it was a waste of time, 30 minutes in traffic to get there, 10 minutes just to get a parking spot and they didnt have anything that I wanted. The people there werent friendly and didnt recommend a place where I could find the watch that I wanted. read more

Took me about 10 minutes to eventually get a parking space here. It was a hot day and there were a lot people going to the yogurt place next door. Parking was really bad. Who ever designed the parking lot must have been one of Schwazeneggers advisors. Anyways, I got my battery replaced here and a pretty cheap price. Later on, my watch got water in it. My watch is waterproof and I've been using it for years swimming. I took the watch back and they wanted me to pay for the repair. They must have not closed the watch right and water got in. I took my watch and left and got it repaired at the mall. read more

I went today for enlarge my watch band. While I was waiting (10 minutes) more than 8 customers visit the store for different service with their watches (2 of them with gifts for the owner). I was very surprised for this large customer quantity. They know what their doing (they told me that the replacement that I bought online was a disaster, and it was), they are very reasonable. I know that they don't need my recommendation, but I highly recommend TimeLand. read more

I sent my Tudor heritage chronograph to two watch markers to estimate service cost. One can't do the good job over 3 weeks, then they can't charge me a penny. The other one gave me a very high price. I am so lucky and finally find Timeland. Timeland did great overhaul service on my Tudor Heritage Chronograph. And later on my Panerai Pam 159 too. Timeland is the only place I have gone to in the last 15 years for watch purchases, repairs and batteries. The batteries are high quality and Japanese make which are the best in the market. I have a 20-year-old Movado Classic, recently went to several watch repairs in the area for service. The price for a battery and servicing ranged between $275-$318. I found Time Land online, I brought my watch in, they check out the problem, fix the problem, got a new band, and out the door within 40 minutes. My boyfriend bought me a Michael Kors watch for Christmas and I brought it here to get sized and they scratched my watch. Its a brand new watch and they damaged it. They wouldnt fix it or replace it. Excellent watch repairs and inexpensive watch sales. Discounts on Seiko, Citizen, Casio, etc. Knowledgeable watchmaker who has repaired both a Rolex and Zenith for me at reasonable prices. His work is always first rate and they tell you to come back if there are any problems. Only sorry they don't carry a few "boutique" watches for me to drool over. read more
