I was down here for a week. After the first visit, this was my place for breakfast. Every morning, I was greeted with a great attitude. Can't remember everybody's name, but everybody I met just felt like they wanted to serve me,everything was great ambience was excellent. Well, it's 17 June had come back to get stitches out of course US Egg was the first place I came for breakfast. Madeline was our waitress, what a great attitude. Thank you for chasing the chickens and the pigs for us. We feel special. We'll be back for our last check up in July. Looking forward to seeing you all again. I like how expansive their menu is with options to choose a mix and match. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, and it came with sausage gravy, two eggs, hash browns, and toast. Their Chicken Fried Steak was perfectly fried with a tender interior. The sausage gravy on top was savory and creamy. Anywhere that has a good Chicken Fried Steak is a win for me! Kudos to the cooks for frying my hash browns just the way I like. It had a golden brown exterior and was extremely crispy. I haven't been to U.S. Egg in a very long time and, with so many breakfast eateries around the area, there is a lot of competition. I forgot how great their food and service is and will be back more often.

For me, it is like eating perfume! I did not know that the homefries were cooked with rosemary! A lot of it! There were a half a dozen sprigs of it in my potatoes! If I ever eat there again for breakfast, I will be sure to order the hashbrowns. Nowhere on the menu was rosemary mentioned. One last thing is the name! Big Breakfast! I think that this is a misnomer. I think there is more bang for the buck at other restaurants, especially at Ronnie's Cafe, where we ate this morning! But, we had to give Matt's a try!
