Her shop has a large variety, is displayed in an attractive way and offers fun things outside of just plants. I have bought many gifts such as candles and pots here as well. Also her prices are very reasonable. The quality at the price point is better than nurseries and comparable to pricing at Amazon for things like pots. Plus I think her taste is similar to mine so I like the aesthetic of the things they sell here Shelle also offers a plant RX service which she helped revive my neglected Pink Princess, so don't hesitate to bring in a plant that needs a bit more love Planning on getting some plants to pick up for my new house where I can show them love and sunlight. When I noticed the wall of loose leaf teas behind her, she quickly let me know that if I wanted a smaller batch, they have pre-packaged teas too. The tea that I chose was the 'Cramp Comfort' tea, which contains hibiscus, lady's mantle, licorice, lavender, red, raspberry leaf, fennel, cramp bark, and raspberry flavor. It's been really helpful for my period cramps too. :) You can also find crystals, incense, candles, perfumes, and oddities here. The staff member told me that they are all ethically sourced items- e.g., the butterflies and animal bones are from animals that already passed away. Lastly, I have to say, their prices are very affordable compared to other shops. I found a preserved butterfly for $10 and I got a pack of organic loose leaf tea for $8. I will be back again soon.

They bring gorgeous artisanal materials from various regions in the south, and they really get a lot of great stuff. My living space is getting progressively more Mexican despite my best efforts to avoid buying more. They also do workshops in the fall to make sugar skulls, pinatas, and those papel picado (paper cut banners) as well as paper mache skulls. Super cool. Wish I had an 8 year-old to drag with me. Kind of like Vintage Religion on 30th, except this place is more specialized, more quaint, and though I like Vintage Religion, I just like Back from Tomboctou better.
