Great bagels! Always fresh and also, surprisingly great coffee. Visit here a few times a month.

A welcomed place early in the morning on my way into work. Easy to get to near I-295 the bagels are fresh enough to eat just from the bag or made into a sandwich. The service is fast and the lady and gentleman who were there the times I stopped were both friendly. It was a pleasant experience all around and the food was excellent. There is one small table to sit at in this part of the building. The bagel side is really intended as a grab and go type place and not a sit and enjoy location. read more

Tina's is a good spot for a bagel-ish breakfast or even other simple breakfast fare. My first visit after wondering about this place for years. I knew the restaurant portion was decent so I figured I'd finally give it a shot even though another really good place is nearby. There was a slight wait when I entered due to only 2 employees being on duty. And one of those was manning the flat top( aka plancha) He was working on tasty looking home fries that go with one of the egg choices. It tempted me to come back again to try them. I have 3 go to bagel choices, and was happy that they offered rye which is one of them. Even without toasting the outside was slightly crunchy and inside slightly chewy which is just how I like them. I got it with veggie cream cheese and enjoyed thoroughly. On the plus side was that prices here are cheaper than the shop down the road. On the negative side was the longer wait due to making more elaborate offerings. One more employee would have remedied the situation, perhaps that were taking a break when I arrived. In my search for the best bagel in the Trenton/Hamilton matrix, I stumbled upon Tina's Bagel Factory. It is attached to Tina's Italian resto; and they no doubt share their pizza oven. While I did not expect much, it turned out to be the best bagel I have tried so far in the area. Not too dense as most of the other purveyors are; Tina does not over knead the dough, leaving air pockets throughout to keep the heart of the bagel light and the skin crunchy. Kudos! I will be back as time allows to see if I just got lucky or she really knows what she is doing. But, for now, Tina goes to the head of the bagel class. Nosh on! read more

I can't review their bagels but I can say I was not fond of their breakfast sandwiches and their breakfast platters. I got a pork roll, egg, and cheese and it just was meh. Also, the french toast platter was as generic as they come. They were also extremely disorganized inside with no difference between who was waiting in line and who had already ordered. read more

We have had lunch at Tina's several times and always found everything delicious, with generous portions, but we had never stopped in for breakfast until yesterday. This is now our official go to place for breakfast. Everything was perfect. There's not one thing I can think of that they need to improve on. Even the staff treated us warmly and they were very attentive. We're looking forward to returning. read more

Worst bagels in Mercer county! They are only good when they buy them for resale. Luckily a few times a year that actually have good bagels.

Came here around 12:15 on a Saturday for fresh bagels (Yes, admittedly, that's DEFINITELY late for a bagel run...) Knowing this, I had called ahead to check if they had any bagels left - I was told they had "everything" left; the man who answered the phone proceeded to list a variety of flavors, including plain and everything. When we got there in the next 15 minutes, they were completely out of both everything bagels, plain bagels, along with a variety of other thigns. This is only upsetting because I was told they had them. We ended up ordering a variety of blueberry, egg, garlic, onion, poppy, rye, and pumpernickel. We ordered a dozen (the lady helping us threw in some extras as well), and the bagels were really good! Not the BEST bagel I've ever had, but the crunchy outside and dense doughy inside was yummy! I might come back earlier this time, to try a fresh bagel to see how it compares. Overall, it's a solid back-up option. However, I do want to give it another shot. read more

I like there bagels, but the breakfast sandwiches are not so hot. My wife and I order a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich. When we got our food. They had 1 piece of cheese and 1piece of porkroll. The egg was bigger then the pork roll and cheese combined. For $5 definitely not worth the money. Looks like we will stick with the bagels for now on. read more

Grew up ordering/eating breakfast at this place my entire life and me and my wife would order from this place multiple times a week for our family. Then one day I placed a order and could not pick it up because their parking lot was filled and was running late for work. A few days later I called to place a order and they said they would no longer take orders from us even after I explained what happened the previous time. Keep in mind that this was the ONLY TIME we never picked up a order. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and our family and friends have sworn off ordering from Tina's bagels or other wise. read more

I've been eating Tinas MY WHOLE LIFE, so im sad to write this review but its necessary at this point... The new owners have really ruined a neighborhood staple.. countless times of them being rude and/or messing up my order.. i always give them another chance because it is right across the street from where i live. After today No MORE CHANCES. They messed my order up right in front of me more then once.. tried to give me a bagel that was toasted sitting there for almost 10 mins before the spread was put on, for got my toppings opened the bagel up and shoved my toppings in sloppy. My breakfast is a mess..so over them. BAGEL STOP has better bagels anyway so i guess its now I'll be taking a drive. Tina's bagels gets my business NO MORE. read more

What Happened???? Tina's Bagels used to be really good. The bagel I bought today was more like a stale Kaiser Roll. No more chewy crust with a softer inside. Have they stopped boiling them before they're baked? Please GO BACK to the way Tina used to make them! Todays was awful. And I am over-looking the fact that the walnut raisin cream cheese had not 1, not 2, but THREE pieces of plastic wrap in it. REALLY disappointed. Go back to the original recipe, PLEASE. read more

Being from NYC, I am a connoisseur of bagels; the bagels at Tina's are pretty good as well as the different flavored cream-cheeses. I, unlike many of the other reviewers do not enjoy their egg sandwiches; the yolks are always overcooked and chalky. Since there is a flat top grill, the assumption is there should be no issue with fried eggs but sadly that is not the case.Their cheese selection is limited, the ham is super chunky, never enough bacon, or pork roll if you order it in a sandwich. Since it's really one of the only places around it's really popular but it could be better. read more

My first experience at the bagel factory was great. I was trying to feel the place out to possibly get monthly catering for my staff meetings. The cook was great, he had a energetic personality. I would come almost every morning until I encountered the cashier from hell. I assume she works the AM hours in the bagel section. Heavy built short young woman whose clueless of her surroundings, very nasty ,rude attitude. I thought she was just having a bad day, only to find out every day was bad for her. I came the next day and she presented the same attitude, so I decided to no longer support the business, and move on to better. read more
