This place is adorable and perfect for ice cream, pastries, and coffee/tea. It's pretty small and only an outside window for to go orders. The service was good and next time I would like to try a cookie or coffee. The reason for 4 stars is no prices on the menu and only one non dairy/lactose free option for ice cream.

Super duper delicious!!!! There was a line , but service was quick. The cashier was amazing, unfortunately I didn't get her name. The price a really reasonable and worth it. The tomato danish is so fresh. Savory sweet and creamy. Then the vanilla scone. I wanted the rosemary cheese scone, but they were out. The little shop is clean and well organized, to find all the things you need to eat your food in your car. Because, I was not to wait to get back to my sister's to eat.

Tiny's Milk & Cookies is in such a quaint house with a walk-up counter that serves cookies, ice cream, and pastries. The Cookie Crew run club meets here every Monday morning, and the chocolate chip cookies are discounted to $2 instead of the usual $3. The chocolate chip cookie was so gooey and soft, and the soy milk was somehow the tastiest soy milk I've had. It was so good. There is a parking lot as well as plenty of free street parking. There is little seating, and it is all outdoors as you cannot go inside the house. There is no restroom. They could really use some more tables and chairs for people to sit and relax or chat because the ambience is so nice.

Sweets are better on Sunday. Stopped in for some ice cream and a cookie and stumbled upon the honey lavendar chai tea. It's like a hug in a cup so relaxing and creamy. The ice-cream reminded of cookie dough which I'm not a fan. It's not too sweet so if you prefer something with a light flavor this is for you. I also got a traditional chocolate chip cookie and a brioche bun. So decadent and rich. Such a great neighborhood spot

My favorite location of all time. I always get the freshest cookies, baked goods and iced lattes. The staff here are always so sweet, no matter how busy it is. I usually purchase 1 dozen of the chocolate chip cookies. I would pay top dollar for the recipe. The cookies are always so soft, chewy and gooey. I purposely stay away from this place because my addiction to the cookies is REAL

This was my first time here and I love this place already. First, the cashier was sooo nice and friendly and allowed me to sample some ice cream flavors. I just got the Milk and Cookies Ice cream, but I will definitely be coming back to try the other flavors and pastries. The cookie pieces were so yummy with the soft vanilla ice cream. This is such a cute spot.

Another great Houston staple for me! As a person who loves sweets, this is one of my favorite spots. First, I love the aesthetic of this spot. It's a cute, quaint building that gives off "walk up" bakery vibes. There's also fun places to snap pictures on the side of the building. There is some seating outside to enjoy a nice day after grabbing your sweet treats. They offer a wide assortment from ice cream to cookies to bread loaves to cinnamon rolls and coffee. My favorite and forever go to are the chocolate chip cookies and the cinnamon rolls. I have tried a few other items like their sugar cookie with icing and the morning bun, and although they weren't bad, I prefer the CC cookie and cinnamon roll. The cookies also travel super well as I've bought a dozen before and traveled 4 hours with them and they still tasted great.

Yums! Loved the ice cream (texture and flavor) and friendly counter service. Birthday cake + milk and cookies did not disappoint. Hubs tried an iced mocha and enjoyed it also! We'll certainly be back, often. Simple, yet satisfying!

I really like Tiny's. But I think this was my first time to Rover Oak's branch. This is just as cute spot like their other spots. I got mango passion fruit sorbet and really enjoyed it. I felt like tasting Alphonso mangoes with hints of passion fruit in it. I really enjoyed it and the serving was quite generous for me anyways. I also ordered chocolate croissant and focaccia to go for breakfast the next day. If you didn't know, you can also just buy cookie dough from Tiny's and bake cookies at home by yourself.

Tinys Milk and Cookies has been on my "Places to try" list for a while now. I had cravings for a chocolate chip cookie and thought I'd be a perfect time to give them a try. I went mid-week around 6pm and it wasn't busy at all. I'd imagine there may be a wait on the weekends because the parking lot was fairly large. There doesn't seem to be any indoor dining. You just order your food and go. There were a variety of ice cream flavors including a seasonal flavor which was lemon tart. I decided to go with the strawberry which was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. The texture felt like a hybrid between a Sherbet and ice cream. I would order it again. The star of the show was the chocolate chip cookie. It had huge chunks of chocolate chips which I loved. The edges were crispy but the cookie was chewy. It had a nice balance of salt so it wasn't overly sweet. The middle of the cookie is sort of some shaped and it feels like a nice surprise getting "extra" cookie. The cookie wasn't warm which was somewhat disappointing but it was so tasty. It reminds me of Chick-fil-a's oatmeal chocolate chip cookie but better and of course without oatmeal. I plan on coming back and bringing my friend!

Gotta knock a star off because the brownies were dry and crumbly today. Stick with the cookies

The cookies were freshly baked soft with the slightly crispy exterior. Ice cream was also good but a little too soft for me.

I also heard great things about the mango mochi so we couldn't leave without those. Thankfully they still had some in stock. I heard they sell out quickly especially on weekends. Those also lived up to its hype. SO YUMMY! Tastes so fresh including the mangoes. My kiddo who LOVES mango anything loved them so much! My husband also got 2 savory pastries (I forgot what they were called and I forgot to take a picture) and those were yummy too. Perfectly flakey crust just like the egg tarts. We wanted to get sesame balls but they were sold out. Customer service was great. The guy that took our order was very nice. It was pretty busy but he moved through the line quickly. There's some seating inside if you want to eat there. Prices are very reasonable at $2 each for the mochi and egg tarts. The savory pastries were $3. It's located in a shared lot/area. Parking can be tight and limited on a busy weekend day but they have parking right out front for the Eck bakery customers. Also note that if you pay with card it's a 2.5% charge so cash is better if you have it. We didn't but we know now for future. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back.
