The salon was clean, organized, and had a nice, relaxing vibe. Nancy took care of my pedicure and did a great job! Very thorough and gentle. Minh handled my full set, and I loved how my nails turned out! The cat eye and chrome combo came out super cute and exactly what I was going for. Service was professional, and I didn't feel rushed. If you're used to a more one-on-one private setting, just know it's a different pace, but still a solid experience. I'll definitely be back!

My concern is that when I arrived, your staff already knew you were short-staffed. It would have been courteous to let me know upfront so I could decide whether I wanted to receive only a pedicure or go to another salon for all of my services. I've been a loyal customer since your salon was located in Pearland, so I'm certainly not a new client. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and consideration for my time. According to the technician, Executive N and S had been open two months when I came to try them out. People were nice and all, but the vibe was off. This is just how I felt. I did get my complimentary alcoholic drink which by the way they have a whole menu to choose from with a 3 drink maximum. Unfortunately I think the Bahama Mama had an ingredient in it that I'm allergic too because I started sneezing after sipping on it. I have alcohol at home so its not a biggie to drink while I'm getting my nails done, but I would like to use the massager, which I was in desperate need of to relax. Before I could figure out how to turn the chair on, the manicurist started on my nails and they had a really nifty mechanism that lays across the chair to make it easier for them to do the service, but it covers up the masaage chair buttons. And no one asked me if I wanted it turned on. You may ask why I just didnt ask. I like to see what kind of customer service a new business provides. Surely making sure I have access to all the services I'm paying for should be a given, but it wasn't. Once more I felt rushed. Wasn't even 5 minutes after my pedi was done and the the tech slide on my sandals and messed up a nail. Had to do it over. I really wasn't too concerned about the fix because I figured a place that looks so high end would have a nail dryer for the feet... Nope. The tech came with the good ole' spray can to dry my nails. Honestly I think the prioroties are mixed up to invest money in a full bar but not invest money into having a nail dryer for people's feet. Maybe its because they think it will make people switch to Shellac if they are scared of messing up their nails...Maybe, but I'm not one of them. I like the regular polish and so does my pocket book. Anywho, although there are several Executive locations in the Houston area, I'm not moved to come back-especially when I was charged to cut down fee. It wasn't even a true cut down. I could have kept the length I had verus paying the cut down fee. What did it for me that made me decisive that I would not come back is the pedi tech challenging me about what color I choose. When he opened the bottle the show me the shade of the color, I didn't like it. He kept saying you choose.... and I'm telling him yes but I don't like that shade. I have never had a problem switching to a different shade or color before they apply the polish. In fact, I think many nail salons know that the sample may not look like what the customer envisioned and that's why they show it to you before they apply. Why not?! Its saves us both time to prevent having to do a polish change. But nope! This guy went back several times telling me I choose number..... smh I was ready to go by then. The tech finally brought me the swatch to choose another shade of pink that I liked but dang, I really had to go back and forth with you on what color I want on my feet that I'm paying for? I think I can find better service elsewhere- and I will. Everything that glitters is not gold and Executive proved that in one visit. Not going back.

Instead, it turned into a stressful and unsanitary mess. My gel manicure was done poorly from the start. The technician left my nails packed with drill residue and powder and did not allow me to wash my hands. He simply rubbed nail oil over the residue, which felt like an attempt to cover up the fact that the set wasn't clean or fresh. Once I washed my hands later, I realized the nails already looked like I needed a refill, and the gel was cracking and lifting almost immediately. On top of that, the technician was cold and rude. I asked for a specific design, and what I received was not what I requested. When I calmly asked if he could fix it, he told me no. My pedicure was just as bad. The polish was crooked, and the technician cut my cuticles so aggressively that my toes were bleeding. Shortly after, both my husband and I developed infections and irritation around our nail areas. That is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. I reached out within the first 24 hours and tried to resolve the issue respectfully. I contacted them for seven straight days with no solution. I even offered to accept half of a refund, despite the fact that I left with damaged nails and infections. They refused to take accountability and kept insisting I come back, even after I explained I do not live in the same town. When I disputed the charge with my bank, the salon told them I "received the service," and my dispute was denied. When I called again, the person I spoke with twisted the story, lied about our communication, and tried to argue semantics instead of making it right. Please be cautious. The quality is poor, the customer service is disrespectful, and the sanitation practices are questionable. I've included photos.

I was in need of getting my previous solar nails off because it was clearly time. The other nail…read morelocations seemed to be super busy on a Saturday (based on location) and this was next to the Hallmark and didn't seem to have very many cars parked in front so I figured I could get my solar nails removed real quick and have a fresh coat of polish on. I was greeted initially and asked what I needed serviced today. Everyone was friendly and accommodated me at best. The facility definitely is a little more old school and they don't have the most upgraded systems compared to other nail spas I've been to. As far as removing my solar nails, they soaked my hands in a small sand which zip lock for a few minutes and then preceded to use a fake nail to scrape off the powdered nails. My other locations usually sand it down and remove it a different way so this to me was a bit cringing. After, she filed my nails kind of quick and tried to sand it down a bit but I could see a bit of residue from my pink powdered nails on my thumb which she preceded to cover up my painting over with the polish. Seems like for a regular mani they don't clean around the nails or trim up excess skin around the fingers like other places. And they have you get up to wash your hands when other places have hot rags to wash you off with (which is fine just a different experience). The paint job honestly felt like something I could have done at home. Because it was a light pink she only used a couple coats and I could see areas where it gets blotchy. Also, she didn't wait for the paint to dry enough so when she went to put the top coat on she smeared some of the polish from my thumb and tried to cover it up again with paint and basically left it streaky looking. Overall, I just needed my previous nails removed but I wouldn't return for a mani. From previous reviews and my own experience, the work was somewhat sloppy.
