It was my first time here no wait time. Service was good but it hasn't even been a week and my shellac chipped on both hands. Usually when I get shellac it lasts up to 3 weeks. I wouldn't have complained but I paid $50+tip it should at least last two weeks.

Here I am merely 12 days later and 8 of my nails are lifting at the sides. NO Excuse for that to be happening. Very disappointed!

I have been going for years and have never had a problem. They do a good job and priced very reasonable compared to other places.

I've been to other salons looking for help to manage my nails and my bad habit of picking on them and my cuticles. The problem is, I'm hard on my hands and nails, physically. I need to be able to not worry about breaking/ripping a nail when tinkering on the truck or digging in the garden. I made an appt for a regular manicure, but when I got there, Yvonne asked what I did for work, what did I do with my hands on a regular basis, and what results was I looking for? Based on my answers, she recommended a dipped manicure instead. It was the BEST recommendation ever! These nails are almost bulletproof for my purposes, and They Still Look Good after all I put them through! Yvonne actually cares about her clients' needs on a very individual basis - so refreshing!

After years of shellac and dip powder treatments at larger salons, my nails had become extremely fragile--prone to breakage, brittleness, and even fungal issues from over-drilling and rushed work. Yvonne truly takes her time and approaches nail care with a focus on health, not just aesthetics. Her private studio creates a calm, personalized environment where you never feel rushed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, always checking in to make sure you're comfortable and pain-free throughout the process. What stands out most is her commitment to restoring nail health. Instead of masking the damage, she actively works to nourish and strengthen your natural nails. Thanks to her care, I finally feel like my nails are on the path to recovery after what used to be a constant cycle of damage. I highly recommend Yvonne to anyone dealing with nail damage or looking for a more intentional, health-focused nail care experience.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! Ever..:…read more. I came in for a medi/pedi and left out with only a pedicure only because the owner Vivian refused to do my nails due to the "fact" that I had to pay before hand. This is the first time I heard of ANY nail salon saying that I had to pay first! Vivian says that it is a rule that "if you spend over $20 you have to pay first" in those exact words! So if that was the case..... pedicures there are $25... so why didn't she(Vivian) ask me to pay for my pedicure before hand ?? Anyways as I was still sitting in the chair I called my mother who had her nails done there before and asked her if she has ever had to pay before getting her nails done and of course she said NO. What is so different about me that I have to pay beforehand in order to get my nails done? Hmmm Another this is before I called my mother I asked her the total and she tells me $105.. $25 for the pedicure and for my nails $75.... So how the heck does that even add up to $105?? She(Vivian) is money greedy apparently trying to over charge me like I wouldn't notice. At this point I left, I paid for my pedicure and left because It's the principle of it all. Of course I'm not upset about the price of the nails I'm just upset that out of all people Why am I the one that had to pay beforehand? Also Vivian removed my old acrylic nails off my real nails in order to put new ones on and Instead of soaking my nails in solution to make them softer she uses nail clippers and tweezer to try to rip it off which caused minor irritation as she was doing that. (Pictures are attached) I wouldn't recommend this place at all!! 0 stars.

They may not be glamorous, but overall they appear to be clean and they always do a very good job on pedicures, manicures, acrylics, designs and waxing. The owner is there every time I go and if you're a 'regular,' she has numerous times given me free nail fixes if something happens in between refills (Which for me happens often. Damn my nail biting). And this is even for the white and pink powder nails. She certainly never has to do anything for free, so I feel that she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. I've always been very happy with my pedis, manis and eyebrow waxes. And I never feel like I'm spending an arm and a leg. For example, an eyebrow wax is only $6. Today I got both a regular pedi and a full set of french nails with both white and pink powder all for only $46. They usually take about 5-6 people at a time on the weekends, and about 4-5 people at a time during the week. They do both appointments and walk-ins. Give them a chance and you might be nicely surprised. Highly recommended.

I have gone there a few times over the last few months and have had largely positive experiences with them. Some cons: like any nail salon, they all have different skill sets so sometimes waiting for the technician who can do a particular skill (dip, powder, or specific designs) can be time consuming. I typically have no problems with my pedicures but my most recent visit left me slightly disappointed since the technician seemingly rushed the job and it came out looked a bit sloppy. Overall, I would still go back to them!

I came around 5:30-6pm and was extremely surprised at the volume of customers they had- it was pretty overwhelming. Once I told the receptionist what I wanted I was led towards a pedicure chair in the back. The concept of this location is interesting... all the pedicure chairs face inward towards each other in a circle with the manicure stations in the same layout on an inner circle. It doesn't feel relaxing as everyone is kind of looking at everyone. I asked a worker for a glass of red wine while I waited and she was extremely rude asking for my ID and looking me up and down. She brought it in a half cleaned glass and it was hardly filled up. As I sat and waited to be serviced, I looked around and noticed a disgusting amount of clipped nails, acrylics, hair on the floor and flies around me. If the place is unkempt like that I def didn't trust soaking my feet in anything or being worked on. I left my wine and walked out and went to my regular place which is a bit further. First impressions are everything and this left a horrible one.
