While I understand that ownership changes happen, it's incredibly frustrating that a business could purchase an existing business, and would refuse to stand behind purchases made just weeks prior. There was no communication, no transition period, and no effort to make things right for customers who supported the business in good faith. The new owners stated that the other Milano locations would honor the gift cards - that is not true. All are independently owned. At a minimum, a short grace period would have shown respect for loyal and LOCAL customers. Instead, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of and unlikely to return.

I've scheduled appointments on their website as well as on the phone. The site is pretty straight forward to use and it will send you a reminder of your appointment. I usually get pedicures, but I have done a basic manicure as well. Tina is my preferred nail tech. She's very sweet and gentle. She hasn't cut or knicked my cuticles. I personally prefer a more quiet experience when I'm getting my nails done and Tina keeps the talking to a minimum. She always offers me a beverage too which is nice. They have a decent sized waiting area with adequate seating. The waiting area has never been crowded when I've visited. They also have a full bar. Sometimes, the staff will offer snacks like nuts, cookies, or crackers. One time they even had Jello shots lol. The staff is always so friendly and professional. Ben is my go to man for removal of these nails because he is SO gentle and it makes the entire experience so pain free. I had an emergency today where I had ripped my real nail with the long acrylic backwards and up from the nail bed, it had bled so much and pus dried everywhere I couldn't clean. I had just had these nails put on and I was in PAIN, but ben took his time and saved the day for $10 (plus a big tip bc I SUPER APPRECIATE the way he took care of me). He has saved my nails on more than one occasion. I love that these nails, without removal services, last much longer than other places and come off pain free and my nails underneath are still healthy. I am used to having my feet soaked prior to service and after reading about the difference. It's more hygienic to do it waterless. Everything lasts longer! Crystal did not service me, but she noticed that I was new and made sure that I was comfortable and enjoyed my experience. This is a black owned business and the ladies were great. The ambiance is still in progress, but it was clean and neat. She makes her own scrub that is available for sale. Parking is ample and it's next door to Ross! I highly recommend this place as they take detailed measures to make sure your feet or hands are manicured to perfection!
