She is so sweet and let's me know what i do and do need. Today she suggested dark green for my pedicure. I never done green before. Welp, she was right. Dark green or any color that's of jewels dark (ambers, sapphires, ruby's, emeralds) go well with my skin tone. Totally agree coz I only wear the darkest colors coz it accents my skin tone. I was not upset and called to get it fixed which I appreciate that they agreed and fit me in for a late appointment. At my appointment I had another tech fix my nails. She said as not terrible but was also not the friendliest and didn't really seemed like she wanted to fix my nails. I understand she wasn't expecting to fix nails she didn't mess up in the first place so I understood her mood. In the dim salon my nails didn't look bad at all and seen d to match the rest to my surprise when I stepped out into the light outside i had a whole different shape on my two replaced nails. Came here to get short almond gel x nails with a French tip design for my wedding nails. I showed inspo pics and requested that the white not be super stark white compared to the pink. My nail tech started off with a thicker French tip to cover the natural nail peeking out under the gel tip. However that did not fit my vision so I asked for a thinner tip. She did mention that you would be able to see the natural nail under the tip and I said it was ok. I realized after I got home that the pink base coat was essentially clear and the natural nail showed in an obvious way in photos even though I thought it looked ok in person. I did not bring this up to the salon because I figured I just chose the wrong design and decided to just go somewhere else to just get a solid color all over. While getting my polish changed at the other salon, the nail tech noticed that my cuticles were completely covered in gel and had to take an extra 10-15 mins just drilling all the gel off my cuticles otherwise it wouldn't have grown out smoothly. She also fixed the nail shape because it was super pointy for almond in my opinion. My reason for my rating is because gel is not good to constantly get on skin. I did notice my original tech at moongirlnails used a brush to wipe off the gel after each tip application which I didn't love since other places I've been to have known how much gel to apply to avoid overflow. Using excess glue and going back to clean up is not good technique in my opinion. And seeing that the excess was not even fully wiped off and left on my cuticles, I cannot in good faith recommend this salon if you want to avoid developing a gel allergy.

They had many wonderful packages available. I went with a basic head spa package since it was my first time trying this service. It was so affordable I opted to add a neck and shoulder massage on to it and let me tell you, it was WORTH EVERY PENNY! The cleanliness, the ambiance, the very friendly staff...and the cherry on top was the service. Hair washing, scalp massage, facial with massage and collagen mask and more all included in the package. The neck and shoulder massage was magnificent. Wendy, who provided my services, was amazing. What an incredible experience. I went in a tired, run down mom, and came out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing. There is no question or doubt, I will be doing this again, and soon. I was welcomed by everyone as I entered. T who did my pedicure was gentle, polite , and reassuring. I had broke my toe nail and needed to get acrylic and it looks super natural and blended. I had a $75 gift certificate and decided to use it for an eyelash fill. My lash technician, Bow, was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down. We clicked right away and chatted like we'd known each other for years! What impressed me most was how well she understood exactly what I wanted. My lashes can be difficult to work with, and without me having to explain every little detail, she was able to create a beautiful, natural look that suited me perfectly.
