Just walked-in and ask if I could be helped fix my nails from a previous bad experience and the lady in the front with the glasses was rude and said "what do you want us to do?" Even though I explained everything and ask if I could a builder gel set. I didn't feel comfortable staying with her rudeness and didn't want the nice lady that was going to help me to be told anything for taking me in. read more

I asked for a French tip, and it was so uneven and poorly done-- When I politely asked if she could just paint the whole nail white instead, she rolled her eyes and said, "Woooow okay," before turning to her coworkers and clearly talking about me in another language. It was obvious and extremely uncomfortable. Her name was Jenny. Jenny's attitude only got worse--she rushed through painting the nails white and still did a terrible job. I truly wasn't trying to insult her and tried to handle it respectfully, but she made the entire experience unpleasant. When she finished, she grabbed my things without asking and shoved me aside to dry off. It was childish, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This place clearly doesn't care about basic customer service I can't believe this type of behavior is allowed. Don't come here if you want to be treated with basic respect and definitely don't see Jenny she will ruin your nails and get upset if you tell her to do something different. read more

Gina is literally the best and has a great personality. My nails are always so beautifully done, not big bulky mounds of acrylic slapped on like some of my past experiences with other nail techs. She is fast, efficient and great at her craft. Love her! read more

Thank you Gina for saving my nails (: She was able to accommodate me last minute. My thumb nail was broke but she was able to use silk to help make my nail grow stronger. There is a large selection of gel polishes and the salon was very clean. Parking: There is a large parking lot in front of the nail salon. Went into Vogue Nails today to get an acrylic fill, and gel polish, I typically go to another salon, but have not been happy the last couple sets I got, so I thought I would give this place a shot. So glad I did, the salon was not overly busy, they had about 6 ladies working, and the salon itself looked clean, and professional. Prices are very reasonable, and Kayla was friendly and took me right away, in all I think I was there for maybe 45 minutes, she did a great job, and I love the gel color I chose, the color looks like a pink/purple jelly bean, perfect for spring or Easter. The girl who took care of me was arguing with the other girl and they were telling me on a pedicure it doesn't include for $30.00 you get the dead skin on your feet removed. I said it is part of the pedicure. They were very push and I asked every time for them to removed dead Cuticles she would laugh and say something in another language. If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND TAKE YOUR BEAUTIFUL NAILS TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER SALON! My nail tech did not know how to properly remove a dip powder manicure. I was going in to remove the dip and get a gel mani but I was able to tell 5 minutes into the service that I had just wasted my time and money. I finished the pedicure and ON THE SAME DAY the paint is already chipping away because of poor application. read more

So disappointed! Went for mani pedi, which totaled $50 with the gel mani Stephanie talked/pressured me into. Hands ended up fine by another girl, but it was Stephanie who did feet. Very poor job. Uneven, didn't file edges, pulled at skin with clippers hurting me, sloppy paint. Once I got home and realized how bad they were I called them. I returned the next day for a fix and same girl fixed and did just okay at filing and evening out. I had to ask to correct even after she tried. She did a really poor job of painting. I asked her if she was happy with the job and she said yes. SMH Owner, Gina, was there but didn't say anything to me or check on her girls work. I didn't ask for yet another redo and will just take my business elsewhere. What a shame! PS, the massage chair had no padding. Very uncomfortable. Where do I begin? I haven't gotten my nails done in a very long time and then when Covid happened it really became a long time. I was tired of doing my own nails at home so I decided to come to this place at opening. Which I later found out they actually opened at 10. The manager saw me and even said I could come back a quarter to 10 and they would help me and she would even make sure to save the first spot for me! I was so excited because I definitely was really excited about returning to a salon to get my nails done! So I did I came a quarter to 10 and that's when I met Tiffany! the one who did my mani pedi. WOW the best job I ever received! And I'm not just saying that either. Even before Covid happened I didn't go for a while because I had very bad service at a different place so I just started to do from home. Anyways I just couldn't wait to share this and tell you how nice and sweet and caring Tiffany was ! Even with my knee being bandage from a sprain she was so careful and made sure I was comfortable. I am going to give Vogue nails 5 stars because the owner . Gina . She means business. She gave me excellent service tonight .my nails look beautiful because of her . Her great customer service is a plus . She makes sure her customer is happy . And that means everything to a paying customer. I know that if I'm unhappy with the service I got , she is going to make sure it gets done the right way . Communication is key . My pedi was done by Jenny and it was exactly what it should be - fabulous. Previously I got work with Tracy , she is also great at shaping nails ! Smith is good at pedis . To preface, this is the 2nd nail shop I've ever walked into - that I can recall. This review also doesn't reflect entirely my opinion, but encompasses my tech challenged mother who doesn't know how to get to Yelp.com because that's a little too complicated. So, I decided to bring my mother out for a day of pampering. We had lunch and I wanted to surprise her with a manicure / pedicure. I've never had one done, and didn't know what to expect or where to look. There is a nail shop down almost every major street within 2 blocks of each other. So, how to decide? HOW? Well, I was driving to O'Reilly Auto Parts and noticed this shop in passing, seeing inside that it was decorated beautifully and had modern equipment and not a row of moving white tables that was run like a sweat shop. With a shop like that, I don't want to go inside and ask , "Is #14 available?" or "When was the last time you used an autoclave on your tools?"... Nope, not for me. I brought my mother later in the afternoon, without an appointment, and she was seen almost immediately. They prepared everything she needed on the spot, were very friendly, and spoke English (kinda?). She was pleased, which in turn makes me very happy. She says she'll visit again without hesitation. What more could you ask for? I suppose Kreme de la Kreme Nail Lounge is next for my mother, but $125 for a mani/pedi? WOW. Maybe one day! read more

I usually enjoy most of the staff at Vogue nail but today I came in and as I was asked what pedicure I wanted I missed Lina cutting my big toe nail down to a shrub. I can handle a mildly short nail but she couldn't even file it it hurt so bad. As of today 01/13 10:30 I will definitely ask for my favorite person Jenny. A lady named Mimi did my nails and I didn't like them at all. I ask for a beautiful glitter pink she added a pink under the glitter and she did it to all my nails not just one to test. I didn't like how they looked they didn't look like the sample. I still paid $33 She had to file my nails again and it was burning. She had an attitude which I almost just walked out. Then I picked a different color I didn't like the way she did them at all. This place is amazing.. I will no longer go anywhere else.. Sarah and Donna went above and beyond with their service today.. Not only were my nails done spectacular where they both took their time and actually cared about my opinion, but today I started to not feel good (sweating, shaking) don't know exactly what was going on but Donna noticed and put her fan on me, it helped me feel better.. THEN I moved to get my toes done (Sarah was amazing and so sweet)..the feeling came back to me I got pale and did not feel good.. the whole staff offered me cold water and even put cold towels on my body.. I informed Sarah maybe because I haven't ate all day and she stopped what she was doing and ran out to the store next door and bought me a coke with her own money.. Maybe it was my sugar that was too low, but it made me feel so much better.. SO not only do they do nails amazing how nice they treated me today meant a lot to me, I highly recommend Vogue nails!!!
