Service is terrible here. I ordered a sopa de res when it came out it was super salty. I let the lady know about it offered to remake it but at that point I didn't want it anymore so I said no thank you. Once my husband went up to pay they tried to make him pay for it and said they tried it themselves and that supposedly it wasn't. He said for us it was really salty and they kept on trying to argue. The manager took it off the tab and walked away with so much attitude. Don't go there to eat at all read more

I hadn't been to this place before but I always wondered how their pupusas were so my family and I ordered out tonight. We ordered a variety of pupusas and I must say they were nice and big and delicious. Their sauce and curtido was also delicious. My mom dad and I ordered 2 enselada drinks that were also really good and the kids had 2 shakes that they also went on and on about. Had it not been for the hour and a half wait they would have received 5 stars. The staff seemed confused and distracted. Over all the food was good so we were happy with it. Just not sure if we'd order again if the wait is going to be that long. read more

I love this little hole in the wall on the east side of Las Vegas. I've been here four times now and they recently upgraded the furniture and seating. Good for them! You can tell it's family owned by the kiddos running in the back and younger staff. The food here is always good. I was introduced by my Honduran friend. I have to say I love plantains! They fry them in slices. None of those little flat cakes here. I love all of their food. The prices are awesome. They take a little longer to make the food but it always comes out fresh. They also give you these chips with a tomato sauce and cheese as a free starter. I usually get pupusas, sopes, and their Central American tamales. These aren't the typical ones steamed in corn husk. They're so good! All the above listed items are under $3 each. Lastly I get their plantains with fried chicken or fried pork chop. They serve it with slaw and sauce and pickled onions. Customer Service sucks. I ordered food,picked it up and the rice was spoiled. I tried calling to speak to someone & they said they do not understand English. I asked for someone that speak English & they kept hanging up on me. I asked for a Manager & they said sorry Latinos ONLY no manager is available. I keep it to a minimum with communication because I already feel the unwanted attention when I walk in the door but when my food was stale I had to speak up but didn't go anywhere. They're salsa that comes complimentary with chips when you dine in is homemade and tastes yummy :) On the negative side: The rumors about the wait are a hit or miss. Very rude waitresses the cashier takes long all the girls here are lazy, the food has to much grease , the touch the phone with there gloves and don't change them , they handle money and don't wash there hands . This place is the worst for to go orders. I got there and ordered about 15 pupusas and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes so we waited for nearly an hour and nothing. People were walking in for dine in and everyone was getting served so we complained and they said they weren't doing our order till everyone who walked in after us got there food. So we waited another hour for them to give us the food and when i got home they gave us the order completely wrong. Definitely don't recommend going here. It for sure wasn't worth it read more

This place has the BEST carne asada. I visit this place at least once a week! The price is good for the quality of the food.
