Aside from having great employees and excellent service, the fact that they're open on Sundays is huge if you've got a busy schedule like mine. I had a very concerning experience with Tires Choice that raises serious safety and integrity issues. On February 7, 2025, I paid $404.65 for an oil change, rear brake pad replacement, and a brake fluid exchange. I trusted that this critical safety work was done properly. On December 3, 2025, I took my car to a different reputable shop for an inspection and was told my rear brakes were severely rusted and worn down to about 1 mm. The mechanics documented everything and told me there was no way brakes replaced only nine months earlier with less than 15,000 miles on them could be in that condition. They advised me to question whether the brakes had ever been replaced at all. I went back to Tires Choice on December 5, 2025. The manager confirmed the brakes were in very poor condition and replaced them under warranty. However, when I asked if they were actually replaced in February, he said he didn't know but that they "should have been." That alone was alarming. Since then, the company refuses to issue a refund or take responsibility simply because the brakes were replaced under warranty, even though the real issue is whether the original service I paid for was ever done. This situation put my safety and my family's safety at risk as well as the drivers around me. I will never return here and strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this location with critical safety repairs. read more

Ordered tires online from one of the major retailers Tire choice was the closest install location to my house had an appointment for 8 AM a week later on Monday showed up and I believe his name was Ronald said he had nothing in the system. I showed him my confirmation email with the installation date and time he proceeded to say the place never notified him, but I could drop the car off and come back later. I informed him I had other appointments. He said we have some openings this afternoon. He put me in for 1 o'clock. I arrive back at 1 o'clock. Told me it would be about a 2 1/2 hour wait now I wouldn't even minded the wait, but the place is a dump. There's like three folding chairs in the waiting room. I don't even think there's a functional restroom. I proceeded to leave. I canceled my tire order. It's not where it's saving a few dollars for the aggravation. read more

I made an oil change appointment online for 5:00pm, and when I got there at 4:45, the gentleman behind the counter was very nice. However, he let one guy that entered after me go in front of me to talk about his vehicle, then he had PC issues, then had a woman come in (again after me) which his tech handled and pulled her car right in... probably because she was getting four tires and I was a mere oil change. Finally, at 5:20 he asked me if I could hang around for a little while. I said that I was in a little bit of a hurry which is why I said not to worry about the tire rotation. He said he would keep the ticket open if I decided to come in tomorrow and mentioned he only had one technician. Reading past reviews, this is an ongoing problem. My complaints are that it's not first come first serve, and they shouldn't have online scheduling available if they can't adhere to them. I won't be giving this place another chance. Too many similar complaints on how long people have had to wait. Hire more people and limit your scheduling! Giving the benefit of the doubt, I tried calling the number provided below. HORRIBLE experience. Beware. Had an appointment for Wednesday morning at 7:30am. We dropped our truck off Tuesday night so it would be here on time to get looked at. Went all day without hearing from him so I stopped by to check in. The manager apologized and said he was overwhelmed, one of his employees called out. I understood, no prob but then asked him to just please stay in touch, he said he PROMISED he would look at it the next day. He didn't. Here I am 5 days later, no estimate. We decided to pick the truck up and take it somewhere else: the truck was looked at, moved to the back parking lot. Left unlocked, no one put notes on it. Thankfully nothing was stolen. Do not recommend at all. The manager (Pedro?) wasn't in today. He left a message for us to call yesterday but didn't leave details. No one knew what he was going to tell us about the truck, guy at front tried calling him no answer. I came back in 90 minutes and they did not look at my car....When I came back into the store the person behind the desk didn't even acknowledge me. I said you didn't even look at my car. Took my daughter's S80 2008 Volvo to be looked over. They recommended tires and stated nothing else was needed. My son's 1993 Toyota Celica got a new battery and lower ball joints. They diagnosed the issue with draining his battery, and the pricing was very very reasonable. They offered a list of other things that could be done, but the ball joints for the only ones from a safety aspect that were required. Under $200 for the ball joints, hundred dollars for the battery and electrical. Very reasonable and trust worthy mechanics. I highly recommend! read more

Be warned! My husband took his car in today for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Being the skeptic that he is, he decided to mark his tires before leaving the car with the technician. They called a few hours later saying the car was finished with the requested services and he could pick the car up any time. Upon picking the car up, he was charged for the oil change and tire rotation. When he got to his car, he could tell the tires were not rotated! These people are crooks. I would have laid into them but my husband is polite and asked them to rotate the tires since he had already paid for it. Do not take your vehicle here. Brought my car in at 9am for brake check and oil change to pick up after work. They didn't touch the car until 3pm, said it would be done at 530. Showed up at 530 they said "5-10 minutes" well now it's 630 and it's still not done. I dropped it off early so I could see my 2hr old daughter after work before she goes to bed at 7. Yet I'm sitting here without dinner and without seeing her because I chose this place to service my vehicle. Will never come back again. I love these guys. If you want an honest evaluation and awesome work done on your car, then this is the place for you. I was having alignment issues that resulted in a 60 mph shimmy, and got tired of getting jacked around by Pep Boys, who couldn't figure out that my caster adjustment rods were worn out. McGee auto service, you can change your name but you can't avoid your bad reviews. I needed new tires and thought I found a honest business to get them from. I called and inquired and a very pleasant gentleman promised to price match any competitor and found me a "great set" with longer than average mileage guarantee. He also told me that there was lifetime rotation included free for the life of the tires. I was quoted at about $400 but when I got the bill it was over $200 higher! Free rotation was actually over $80, alignment was not included in quote and an added labor charge. Don't promise one price and then charge more. I will never return here and recommend others to be wary. To get your business they make promises but after they have you in, all bets are off. We picked up a chunk of metal in our thread on the freeway. My brother in law suggested this place, and it did not disappoint. Even though they were very busy and he knew we were from out of the area, the manager immediately came out to look at it, got tools and pulled the metal from the tire and checked it for leaks. When the tire turned to be okay, he wouldn't take money for the service and sent us on our way. While we were waiting, I witnessed a worker stop what he was doing a help a woman fill her tire up with air without forcing her to wait for a more convenient time.
