I made an 8am appointment for an oil change. When I got there, the guy told me there was a lot of appointments for the day and it would take a little longer. So when he told me 10:30 I said, "that's fine, I'll go and walk in the park across the street and I'll be back." I came back at 10:15 and the guy said, "oh I haven't even brought your car in yet I forgot." So I asked how much longer because I have places to be and I was told one hour. I Uber home and they called me and tried to charge me and sell me a bunch of stuff and I didn't need any of that. I told him no and he told me he'd be ready at noon. So I went back and got there at 12:15. I didn't leave there until 12:40 by the time it was done and I paid. I will not be going back. There is no reason my car was there from 8 AM till 12:40 for an oil change, especially when I made an appointment. read more

I bought a Groupon from this place for alignment and balancing. When I went in to have the work done I was told I'd have to pay an additional $119 because my car is "exotic" (see attached estimate). On what planet is a base model front wheel drive Audi A4 exotic? The guy at the store said something like "exotic is just a word". Um, no, it's a car category that they want to charge a lot more to service. I left without having the work done. On Friday January 10 I called Monro customer service. I told them what happened and also told them that Firestone would do the alignment for $70 less because they don't consider A4 exotic. The representative asked me to email Tire Choice estimate and Firestone quote so I did. She said a regional manager would contact me within a few days. By the following Thursday I heard nothing so called customer service again and provided reference number. Her response was that I should call the store. Really? So what's the point of calling and emailing documents and being provided a reference number? This company clearly doesn't care about its customers. Go elsewhere. read more

Renaldo is awesome - he helped me out twice. First time, I had a nail in the side of my tire, so it wasn't fixable. He put air in my tire at no charge to help me get home. The second time, I had another nail in a place that was actually patchable. The nail was so short that the tire didn't need any patching. He didn't charge for his time or work. He remembered me from the first time and joked about where I should aim to get the next nail in my tire. They say finding good workers is tough today. Well this morning this place is a prime example. On 6/30/25 i left this place with a very simple task. I dropped off 2 tires to be put onto my 2 rims. About a 10 minute job. I came to pick them up 5 hours later and they were sitting in the same place where I carried them to in front of the wheel changer ( yes I carried them). I let the guy know at the front counter that it's been 5 hours and you weren't busy when I dropped them off and you're not busy now. Your workers aren't even working. I took my tires back as he could care less and brought them to another place where I waited 30 minutes. This place was close to my house but I learned a lesson. Convenience is not always convenient. Beware as I warned you. Horrible service. Cannot see them surviving too long if that's how they operate. read more

Had a screw in the middle of my tire. Took in for a repair and they took 6 hrs to complete. The next day, my tire was flat again. Returned and after 4 hrs they said it could not be repaired. This tire was only a couple months old. They tried to sell me a new tire but I refused. Took tire to another repair place and they showed me how my rim was all gouged and damaged due to improper equipment. The inside of the tire was ground down to the cords with a patch on top of another patch. The small screw hole had been drilled out so big you put a pencil in it. The tire was ruined. I called customer service and was put on hold for 30 mins! They then referred me to their claims department. The claims dept said they would send an adjuster out but they never did. After weeks they offered a small settlement for the rim damage but declined to replace the tire. The poor quality of service was made worse by the horrible customer service. read more

Ethan was great. The tech who worked on the car was quick and friendly. Didn't mind the price. Was in a jam and they got the job done fast.

I will say this again as so those that are getting ready to become another victim are aware before they go. What these people did to me and my car is beyond imaginable and although I was able to find a reputable company to fix the mess they made it cost me thousands more and the grief from all of it was horrible. Horrible experience with these people. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to mechanics or they are simply milking people for whatever they can get from them. Over $1500 in repairs that weren't even necessary because they second guessed everything. I paid twice to have my car put on the diagnostic machine and instead of figuring out after several times that it was the ECM acting up they just continued to pick the random codes that were coming up and having me pay for unnecessary repairs. They even told me I needed a new transmission. All false. I paid 3 times less for a new ECM to be installed than I did for them to continue to have me replace things that were coming up because of the faulty ECM. I am now having to have this investigated because I believe they have probably done this to others. BEWARE!! read more

Don't trust these thieves after close to $600 not only did they not fix my problem now my ac doesn't work. Brought in my truck with engine light on. They charged $100 just to diagnose the issue and give a price of $450 for repairs. Then they call and say "oh we found something else that will be another $450." Sure enough the engine light came back on the day after i get the car back. I ended up fixing the problem myself in 2 hours and $50 for the part but ac cost $1000 stay as far away from these incompetent criminals as possible. read more

Wow is all I can say , I needed a quick patch on my sons car (which I just put 4 new tires on last week at my shop) which I'm closed on the weekends filled it with air from my compressor and drove down , this guy who was at the desk (Saturday morning ) came outside to look at it (nail was right in the middle so it was no where near the sidewall ) he looked at me and said no you need a tire, I've been in the business for over 35yrs and trust me , it was a simple patch , I explained that to him and he looked right at me and said forget it I'm not doing anything for you and walked away like a child, I followed him in and asked him for a card and he rudely said I don't have any. I asked this other greasy looking nasty mechanic (who was at the desk all sloppy with his greasy shirt untucked for a card and he walked away and was also very nasty. Needless to say this place is an absolute shit box and who ever owns this franchise do your self a favor and pretend your a customer and ask questions then you'll see what I mean. I ordered my tires (reasonably priced ) on Saturday and they came in Monday and were installed Monday, so it was a good experience until he told me it was mandatory to install a new tire stem kit which was an additional $40. That's optional not mandatory. I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the shop my car began to smoke and alarm, I had to pull over to find oil dripping everywhere. My engine was covered in oil. Turns out they did not properly secure the filter/ring. I spent an hour and a half in the scorching heat waiting for them to repair the filter on the side of the road! It was 99 degrees that day! I went back to the shop and was given a refund and I requested a detail on my engine considering it was covered in oil! The whole process took 5 hours! They seemed to be rushing and trying to just cover up their error, it wasn't till I requested the incident be put in writing that they even apologized to me. I will never come here again. I pray there was no permanent damage, but if there is, I have the pics and documents I need. What a nightmare! read more

I came in to do an alignment and tire rotation. I had a brand new rack and pinion with brand new tie rods. They didn't bother to disconnect the tie rod and mangled the tie rod sleeve. Now I have damaged sleeves on a brand new equipment. Mark Bolding (manager) told me they never release the tie rod boot when they do alignments. And they wouldn't be able to do anything. read more

From what appeared to be a screw that had punctured the tire. I was luckily able to make it to their shop after finding that they were the closest to my location. I was in the Boca area for work but I had to get back home to Plantation. So I desperately needed a patch or a plug to fix the tire. Also my father being a mechanic in the Fort Lauderdale area was obviously too far for me to get to and have the tire fixed. So I relied on the tire choice. BIG MISTAKE!! First they tried to tell me that my tire was too worn out which was complete BS and that they said they cannot put a plug or patch. They were also trying to sell me on a brand new tire. Mind you, the truck is not even a year old... so they basically said they couldn't fix the tire unless I bought a new one. All they did was fill up my tire with air and said hopefully you don't run out of air on the way home. They didn't even put the spare tire on....Real professional! Not to mention, one of the mechanics walked out after witnessing how frustrated I was and even said that he could've patched it but obviously management has the last say. They charged me hundreds of dollars then when I came back 2 days later to show them the manager was so rude! He was rude when I was there also. I asked him about how long it would be after all I had been waiting 4 and a half hours for a 2 hour job. He said I dont even know who you are or what car you have lady. I said um can you ask? So from the get go I should have seen the red flags. I'm taking my car to a master mechanic to check if the part they put in was even put in my car. When I got to the appointment the guy in the front told me the price online is "never right", whatever that means. He then shows me the new price and it's more then doubled the original price. First let me start off by saying what a rip off this location is! My car blew a tire unfortunately right next to this horrible serviced tire shop... I pushed my car into their parking lot and told them what happened. I told him I'm traveling through the states and just need a quick cheap replacement until I can get home and replace my tire. They told me the cheapest tire they had was 185 dollars. Yep you heard me right 185 for one tire! They knew I was in a bind and there was nothing I can do but call a tow truck or push my car somewhere else. I agreed to the tire since I was in need . They tell me it will take 2 hours for a tire to get replaced. I agree again and received a phone call saying "we can't find the lock to your tires in your car to change out the bad tire" I told them clearly where it was located inside of my car in the glove department and they insist they couldn't find it and that I need to come down and grab it. I keep my lock in the same place for this exact reason yet I still came back from my friends house to grab the lock for them since they said they couldn't find it.. I pull up in her car only to see that my trunk is wide open and lifted on the rack with all my stuff in it. (Traveling through states) They said "oh we found your lock in the trunk" what I lie ..they went through my stuff in trunk!! Wasted gas/time/and money yet I needed my tire so I said continue. I come back to pick up my car and pay then I leave get to my friends house and realize that my autographed baseball cards were missing! My Barry bonds/JT Snow and others were stolen!!! I was so upset but I know for sure KARMA will get this company back! If you can't tell from all the one star ratings STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! They steal/they rip you off/ and the staff is rude.. I post reviews very infrequently, but my experience here was so incredibly horrible I feel the need to warn others. I am 55 years old, and this was the single worst customer experience I have ever had in my life, period. I bought tires on GY.com and scheduled an appointment for a Friday at 1:00 PM for the install. Even though I got an email confirming the appointment, they weren't ready, told me I didn't have an appointment, and told me to come back the next morning. The next morning, they still weren't ready, and Armando blamed the whole situation on Goodyear and me. He was obnoxious, had no accountability and no empathy (even though the store sent the confirmation email) and told me to go somewhere else if I wanted. I was stunned by the treatment I got at this joke of a store and will never go back. Still can't believe this actually happened. read more

I came into the tire choice down the street from my house back in November to get a tire plugged. After speaking with the sales rep (store manager) I went ahead and went with his recommendation and got 4 new tires installed. Immediately after leaving my tire sensor warning came on. I stopped back in to have the tire sensor checked as well as the alignment which seemed off still. I was told the tire just needed air (brand new tire installed by tires choice) and the actual sensor was okay. I left and the tire sensor came back on again. Additional work needed to be done on my car so I went back to the ford dealership where my car was purchased. I asked them to check the tire sensor while doing the other work. Diagnoses at Ford is $70 per service if you don't have the work completed with them. Ford informed me the tire sensor was broken by the person who put my tires on and it was left inside the tire. They informed me to contact tires choice and ask for a refund or compensation. I contacted the store and the same store manager took my call. I explained to him what had happened and asked to be reimbursed for the broken sensor. The manager argued back and forth with me that I should have told ford to stop the work and came back to him AGAIN to have the sensor fixed. I explained to this gentleman over and over again that I did that already was told that the tire just needed air. Why in the world would I tell ford to stop the work and come back to your shop again when you lied already? The manager would not allow me to speak so I left the store and contacted corporate. Today, I called corporate to check on the status of my email and was told a check for $105 was sent out to me. The repair cost me $225. $225 to fix the damages this store did and lied about. Your company didn't even have the decency to call me and apologize. I will make sure everyone in my community knows to stay away from this location. Terrible dishonest business. Follow up - it's been two weeks and I haven't received a response from tires choice. Stay away from this place. read more

I had to write something Because Mark Bolding, was absolutely GREAT, I was searching for a certain tire, I called over 10 dealers and was treated with ignorance and arrogance because I could not give them a car to look up only a tire size. For a special application and a very important time frame to meet and the level of stupidity I had to deal with to find 155R13 80 was UNREAL. Mark answered the phone and in minutes said no problem I can have it here tomorrow and install it as soon as it gets here. So please if you do not believe me try and find this tire and see what happens I dare you. I am in awe at what happened because Mark was only guy in my area who could help me.
