They were professional, and they even helped secure the bumper that was loose from the tire blowing out. Made appointment to have my tire patched, I arrived 10 minutes early for my 4 PM appointment only to be told by the manager that they can't take my car in until 5 PM when I asked him why nobody called me to tell me they were running behind He blamed it on the answering service and said it's pretty standard to make an appointment for 4 o'clock and not be taken until 5 o'clock, needless to say I left and never will return to a business that makes appointments runs an hour behind and doesn't bother to notify the customer. read more

I have been before, and had a flat repair done and was very happy with the service I received. At that time I was told I needed to have my radiator flushed and refilled. I had to go to work and said I would be back. I was quoted a price by the manager Reggie, and was told the amount is on my invoice for when I returned. I made an appointment for the service, when I showed up I was told by the "real manager" that the price is $100 more, and that I should've done that service when I was in last for that price. I was so frustrated that I walked out, and went to my usual place Family Automotive just around the corner. When I asked them what they charge for a flush a fill, and they quoted the same amount that was in my invoice from Reggie. So too bad Tire Choice - you tried to take advantage of me (and many others I'm sure) so I will not be back again. My tire pressure light came on while I was driving. I didn't know if needed to replace a tire(s) or just get some air. I called and spoke with Jonathan and he told me to stop by whenever I was ready, no appointment necessary. Berlin checked my tires and put air in all four. He did say at some point two of them will need to be replaced, but he quickly assured me that I still had plenty of time and it didn't need to be addressed for a while. Berlin made it clear my car was safe to drive which was a relief. He was honest and a nice person. We tipped him well and he was appreciative. Without any hesitation, I will come here when the time comes to replace my tires. Jonathan and Berlin were both easy to deal with and I liked them a lot. I needed tires for my wife car I thought since Goodyear was giving money back if you buy their brand you get some back. Not a good idea they got nothing right from the brand of tire to any additional work I wanted like the tpm replacement if defective, and the alignment was a joke after 3 attempts I gave up, go somewhere else for any work. They couldn't even get my address and email right. I have used the other store location near my office for My service trucks and no problem. I had a 10am appointment today for a tire patch. The store confirmed the appointment. I drop off my car at 10am and they tell me 90 - 105 minutes, which feels insane when I had an appointment. I come back 95 minutes later and they haven't even started on my car. Made an Appointment with Phil to bring my 1999 Chevy Astro AWD Van in for a Front Wheel Alignment. We had just Totally Rebuilt the Entire Front End Suspension, Steering & Braking System...ALL Parts were Replaced with New. Dave, an Alignment tech worked on the Vehicle for approximately 1-1/2 Hours. I was watching the Alignment Computer Screen from just Outside the Service Bay. As Dave was lowering the Astro & removing the Alignment Sensors from the Wheels...I asked Dave why only the Toe was Set, but the Caster & Camber were Way Out of Spec? Dave's Reply...the Bushings could be Worn Out?! I then told Dave that ALL Front Suspension, Steering & Braking parts had just been replaced with New. Dave...somewhat begrudgingly put the Astro back up, the Wheel Sensors back on & proceeded to Dial In the Caster & Camber. I then took the Vehicle for a Road Test & noticed that the Vehicle would Track Straight, the Steering Wheel was Cocked to the Left approximately an 1/8th Turn? It was at this point (4:30P) that Dave was already leaving for the day. Phil, asked if I could bring the Astro back 'tomorrow'. I brought the Astro back the next day & "Dave" was not in...'BUT' "Colby", another Alignment Tech was! After 4-Attempts..."Colby" got the Alignment totally Dialed In AND not only did the Astro Track Straight...'BUT' the Steering Wheel was Totally Straight! Bravo Colby on a Job Well Done!!! read more

I purchased tires online and used Tire Choice as my installer. They charged me for four tire pressure monitor sensors. I said I didn't need them on my relatively new vehicle. The salesman told me it was "mandatory by law to replace them at the time of any new tire installation." That was not true. I called corporate headquarters to complain about this. Had a tire valve stem replaced. Took nearly an hour. People are nice but slow & do not stay on your "job". They do other things, talk, go to another vehicle, etc. Charged me $44.88. $6 to remove the wheel. $6 to put it back on. Balanced wheel without asking or informing me it had to be done. $10.50 for the actual TPM kit. The rest was labor. Also told me wiper blades needed replaced. I declined to have that done. Only had this vehicle 4 months. It was inspected just before I bought it. Will never go back there. read more

Hit a puddle that turned out to be way deeper than anticipated. Plastic pieces in the undercarriage snapped loose and were dragging on the road. Called Tires Choice on West Atlantic to slip me in on a busy Saturday. Told me to get here at 11 and they should be able to get it done in about an hour. Got me done in 40 minutes, without even a charge despite it being my first visit here. I'll definitely be moving all my tire needs over to this store. They were awesome, friendly, honest and fast. Brought my car in to get three tires installed S we had one replaced on the road and were getting the other 3 to match the replacement. We had an appointment and werehelped by the two gals at the counter, both who were very helpful and checked us in nicely. Gave us an approx completion time. When we got back we were told the mechanic recommended we get an alignment which we were planning to do anyway. They had it done luckily split, paid and left. The tire mechanic was nice as well. I have been their regular customer for several years, and yes, they have a high turnover, but every manager is always pleasant and cordial. What happened this morning is what I hope no one ever had to experience. My car broke down off Lake Ida, and I had Triple A tow my truck, and of course, I told them to this place because I have been their customer, and this place got a history on my car. I called and informed the manager that my auto was on the way to their shop. The manager, Billy, said he could not take my car in because he is new and unsure how that works with Triple-A. I told the new manager Billy that they were on the way. Billy was very nasty and said he did not officially confirm my car. He refused to accept and left my car in the lot with my key in it while I was at work. I drove down to make sure my car is still there and waited for 2nd tow truck. While waiting, the place was not busy at all! Not trustworthy and does not value customer service! Do not go there! read more

Spent over $500 dollars on brakes and within 3 months they have gone bad and they will not change them even though they are covered under warranty. They refuse to acknowledge that the brakes are bad even though the car was taken to two different shops and they said the same exact thing, the brakes need to be replaced. This is the absolute WORST place. They scam and are untrustworthily. I had purchased a year warranty with Wanita (who no longer works there) for alignment that they would not honor and charged me when I was within my year date. I had the paperwork as proof, and they would not honor it. I asked for them to print out and show me proof of the alignment, Terry said their printer has been broken for a year! What a coincidence. Back in February I also went there were they said they did an alignment but actually never did as the invoice did not reflect it but showed my request for it. That guy Brian doesn't work there either. They can't hold employees and the Service center was completely empty when I went. Guess everyone else knows NOT to go there! They lie, they scam! Chipped my brand new Vossens DONT come here if you have expensive rims they won't be careful with your rims. I had a nail in my tire and needed a simple plug but I got a patch instead waited 2 hours. Tried to scam me on the tire as well when there brand new Falken racing tires. Took me to the back and showed me a bunch of string rubber on the inside of the tire which I've never seen before. Really tried to play me for a dummy when I have a modded performance car.... deciding whether I should contact corporate so they can fix my rims and cover the expenses. I had taken my Civic there a couple of times for tires and, while they always seemed understaffed and busy, I never had a problem. However, I took my car there the last time and when I left I noticed that my speakers weren't working correctly. I checked the speakers in the trunk and noticed that the speaker wire was shaken loose. When I closed the lid, I saw why it was loose - my rear tail light was smashed out. This obviously happened while it was in their care since it was not like that when I brought it in, and the speaker issue was a dead giveaway that something jarred my car. The employees/manager would hear none of it even though I turned around and was back within 15 minutes of pulling out and was very reasonable with them. Loyal Goodyear customer = gone. Update: Well, looks like Gold Coast tire is once again doubting that I know what I'm talking about. I am well aware of what location I am reviewing. There was no work done on my speakers. The speakers were the indication that something had gone wrong while the car was in their care. I have since moved from Florida to California. read more

I took my car in for an oil change to Goodyear. They change it but tell me I have an oil leak. They even showed me the pan under the oil but there was nothing dripping and I told them I don't see any stains in my parking space at home AND my oil light in the dashboard doesn't light up. So of course, I said "no thank you". I'll bring it back if I see any stains on the ground. The next day, my back break light is out. What a coincidence! I took it to another place (Firestone) for a new break light (which they changed at no charge) and he checked my oil and said I had plenty and not to worry. Goodyear has lost my business, that's for sure. What a rip off. read more

Very dissatisfied with improper work. The Tire Choice on Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach said I needed a number of things serviced. Many of which i had them do, including the brakes. I brought it back in because it was makeing a creaking grinding sound when I would slow down or stopping. They said the brakes were fine. So I took it to Firestone who told me the "GROANING NOISE WAS COMING FROM IMPROPERLY CUT REAR ROTORS." Firestone gave me a quote. I told them the brakes had been recently done by The Tire Choice and needed to reach out to their corporate office. Posting here and contacting The Tire Choice corporate. Well,....I went here to have my brand new car inspected and "they" NEVER faxed in the inspection ( as required ) back to my insurance company AS PROMISED. Only when I received a check in the mail from my insurance company did I question as to why I received a check ? My insurance company dropped the collision on my brand new car ! Went toTires Choice at 22923 Sandalfood Plaza Drive for a simple oil change and top off fluids which is supposed to be standard procedure and tire rotation front guys are ok but the IDIOT doing supposed service drained my coolent for transmission and left the brake line lid off. One week after service my transmission light came on ( my car has less than 16000 miles on it) when I called them they said I must have a leak!! If I had a leak wouldn't I have seen the leak all over my drive way but didn't see a drop on my drive way. Took it back to them and asked if they could do what they were supposed to do......I don't think they did tire rotation tires look more worn in front I will never go back here again And would recommend you don't go there either! read more

I called in the morning to get an oil change and transmission fluid change. I was told to come in at 11 and it still took over 3 hours to complete everything. While I was there I also got 2 new tires. The waiting area and whole shop were just disgusting. The ceiling tiles were all water soaked and falling down, and the bathroom was beyond dirty. No toilet paper and there was pee all over the seat and floor. Horrible experience. The only good quality was chookie at the front. At least he was nice read more
