I came here when I had gotten a flat tire on my way home one night, I came here after going to Discount Tire and Les Schwab and they both told me that it would be a few days to have my tire delivered, I guess my piece of shit car takes strange tires.... Anyway, I went here and the guy was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to order the strange tire for me and had it the next day. I noticed my tire was flat and discovered this place after a quick google search. We headed over when they opened at 10 (on a Saturday!). We were helped right away and he was quick to patch up the hole in our tire. He noticed our our window was duck taped up and offered to fix it. Quoted me $35 per wheel for putting my own tires on the rim!! The shop was empty and he wasn't flexible. It would have taken them less than a half hour and wanted to charge me $140? That's crazy. I called Point S tires a few blocks away and they did the same job for a more reasonable $100. They will be my new shop from now on. Check around, these guy's rates are super high. read more

Outstanding customer service. On my way home from work the other night, I get home to find my front driver side tire was flat due to a puncture. I took a look around, and based on good reviews by others, I gave them a shot. I thought that my tires were worse than they were, but Courtney looked them over and told me the back ones were fine, and I really only needed two. She could have recommended four and I would have gotten them, but she was HONEST about it. She quickly rolled out two practically new tires with tons of tread on them, and quickly and efficiently changed, mounted and balanced them to perfection. I was out of there in under 30 minutes, for 100.00 for two practically new tires. They're as honest as all get out, their prices are fair, and their service can't be beat. I went to tire house to get a flat tire repaired. We spent some time inflating it and looking for a hole. We could not find the hole so he put the tire back on my car and told me to drive around and come back if it is flat. I guess some asshole deflated my tire because it has held pressure for two weeks now. Professional and helped me out without charging anything. read more

Dang! GREAT place. 5 stars all the way. Does the place look a bit sketchy ala the typical North Aurora Ave vibe? Yeah, kinda, but the folks working here are terrific, total professionals and they patched up our nail impaled flat tire for under $20 and had it back installed on our car in under 30 minutes, just long enough for us to go get a latte and a bagel at Diva Espresso. Earlier in the morning we had taken the tire to another tire place closer to our house, but they just shook their head at it and said sorry, no tire repair, can't fix it, but they would happily sell us four new tires. Nahhhh. We looked on Yelp to find this place and are very glad other Yelp reviewers had written about it so we could find it. So, to give back to the Yelp trove that giveth to us, here's one more glowing review for Tire House, LLC on the west side of Aurora, just north of 80th. It was a Sunday! We avoided an accident by flying over a couple curbs instead. In doing so, we flatted our 2 right tires and dented the rims. We were able to drive it the short distance to these gentlemen who were professional, quick, friendly, and affordable.
