Really bad choice to go. I went there to fix my tire because a nail stuck into and to check what was wrong with spark plugs. When I receive the call that my spark plug burn down and they have to buy the entire pack spark plugs I said to them that I can't fix now because my budget is not that high they said that I can't drive the car like that the I have to fix it. I check on amazon the spark coil pack cost $89 they was charging me $600 that BS. Plus they want to fix something that didn't ask for it total was $1,400.00 c'mon dude . And they always want to drag you to get credit card or account if you can't afford it. I told them that only I have $200 to put what ever my car need to drive it back home. And they did but still beg on me that is going to be dangerous driving that lace like that. Just be careful with these guys they alway try to get you. read more

THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. NEVER GOING BACK TO TIRE KINGDOM. I have been going to Tire Kingdom for many MANY years. I have brought 2 of my cars I have owned there for a while. This place is the most DISHONEST, INSULTING, MONEY GRUBBING place EVER! I brought my car in to this location for an oil change and tire rotation. I walked out with a new water pump and a "Timing belt" which they thought it was, but a serpentine belt and NO oil change or tire rotation. They told me they didn't have enough time to do it and to come back. (mind you the new parts I got had a warranty) Less than a month later my car just stopped in the middle of the road. I was lucky enough to get it back running and drive it less than 100ft to a gas station. I opened to hood and noticed my serpentine belt was broken. Which I had no power steering, AC, Alternator was not running and the water pump. I had it towed to Tire Kingdom at 9pm and had them look at it in the morning, telling them that the "timing belt" was broken. They said they will do an engine diagnostic and call me back. Okay... around 1pm I still have not heard back from them so I called. I talked to one of the front desk people and he said they were still running tests but he put me on hold and forward me to a mechanic. I talked to this mechanic and he told me that the belt snapped and they would have to check the engine for bent valves. Because the "Timing Belt" broke. I said okay and he told me it would take a while and probably would get a call tomorrow. Okay... The Next morning I get a call from a guy named Ishaad, "You fried your electronics, alternator and battery and will need a replacement... It will be about $730. The cause of it was your stereo" (I've had my stereo in that car for 5 years? and it JUST decided to fry everything?) I told him that it was just a drive belt and it needed to be replaced. Ishaad said "Well I'm telling you need to replace it and when I tell a customer what they need...THEY need it. Your timing belt doesn't need to be replaced its fine." This made me mad, But I told him I will call him back. 10 mins later, I get a call back from Ishaad and he THEN said "ohhh well we made a mistake and your belt did snap. We will have to replace the belt and the water pump because the belt damaged it." (the two things tire kingdom replaced less than a month ago?) I told him well, you guys were the last one to touch it and you guys are going to take care of it right? Your mechanic was the one who screwed things up. Then he had the nerve to tell me "Well if it was you're tension pulley it's my fault right?" changing his story and trying not to have the blame on Tire Kingdom. He then put his "head" mechanic on the phone telling me the same exact thing. All I wanted was for Tire Kingdom to FIX their mistakes and give me what they guarantee. But NOOOOOO their "Head" mechanic had to tell me other wise. This was nothing of their doing and I will have to pay for it. I told him that they are dishonest and trying to scam me outta money. I spoke to their mechanic yesterday and he told me that the belt was broken and they had to check the engine for belt valves. The "head" mechanic than told me "Which mechanic was it??? They had no right in telling that to you, he was only suppose to do a compression test on it." KNOWING that this engine has a CHAIN timing belt, this inspection was useless and they just needed to replace the belt. He then told me that the mechanic yesterday only checked the compression of the engine and THAT WAS IT! So I then said Don't you guys keep notes on the car or see what ANOTHER mechanic did the previous day, He then gave me a snide comment "No we don't....We have no clue what we are doing here." WELL OBVIOUSLY they didn't even know my engine had a CHAIN TIMING BELT. I then told him I have a Certified Toyota/Lexus mechanic and I will call him. He then said "We are certified here too and I don't appreciate how you are insulting us" WTF!?!?!?!?! really? This would not be happening if they were HONEST. He said he was trying to help me out and I was just insulting them. WHICH I WAS NOT and I never have yelled at ANYONE before. I am not a person to just put up a fight to get free stuff or anything. I am honest and I always pay for what is right. He told me he will see what he can do and call me back. 10 minutes later... I get another phone call, Hey we checked it again and It was just a faulty water pump and we will replace it for you (since I have a warranty). So HOW do I got from owing $730 with a new alternator and battery to ohh it's just the water pump we replaced and we will take care of it!?!?!? On a side note, When I brought my car there for the first time to get the oil change and waterpump/belt replaced. The Mechanic did a horrible job, I opened the hood and noticed all the rivets of my engine cover were GONE and not replaced or put back. Went there today I'm hoping this is the one on Spanish river in boca. Got there at 7 am and was greeted by a very friendly nice great guy. He said a hour and was done sooner he was very nice and explained what he was doing only a oil change it was a little more then I wanted to spend but worth it because he was so nice He said let me put the tv on for you All I can say is I was happy with the service when there's a place on every corner it's nice to be treated nice Happy holidays read more

I came to this place after tire plus told me I would have an hour and half wait to patch my tire. I saw this place across the street and they told me to come over because they were available. When I went they explained that the tire was a run to flat, and it was not safe to patch it. I called my bmw dealership who confirmed this. They provided me with information on tire pressure and although they didn't have the tire I needed until Wednesday they at least explained why patching this kind of tire is not safe. Nice of the other guy to tell me that. They were pleasant, funny, and very sweet. If I need anything in the future i will be coming here. Thanks guys! read more

Went in and was told car was put on computer for a diagnostic check I was told it was the battery replaced the battery and was charged 183.00 Drove away from there and had the same problems. Then brought vehicle to a different mechanic and it was the alternator. Nothing was wrong with my old battery. Major rip off. They take advantage of women!!! read more

This is the worst tire repair shop I have ever been to . I went in for a punctured tire and I guess since they didn't have it, the guy decided to quote me for a ton of additional work I didn't even think I needed (nor that I asked him to quote for). I went across the street and although they also didn't have the tire, they told me the extra work they had quoted was totally unnecessary. I finally went to another Tire Kingdom location a bit further away where they also confirmed that the only thing I needed was a new tire. I have been going to this Tire Kingdom for 15 years with multiple cars and multiple tire purchases. I won't be going back. We bought road hazard protection for the last set of tires and they would not honor it. The best they would offer was a 25% credit on the tire. Add to that installation and associated charges (no credit there) the "savings" would have amounted to $17 on a total cost of $135. They refused to fix the tire even though the service station around the corner fixed it for $10. (Went there on the way home after not receiving a satisfactory resolution.) I tried multiple times to get the service manager to explain to me why they would not honor either their road service or the manufacturer's warranty. He offered a tremendous amount of double talk. Every time I tried to get clarification he talked over me and would not let me ask my questions. When I said, "you know, I'm the customer," his reply was "I don't care." In frustration, I slammed my palm on the counter and he said, "I don't want your business, get out." He had my data file in front of him, he knew I spent thousands of dollars with them, I even pointed it out to him. He said he didn't care. Absolute joke. Actually created a yelp so I could write this review. Came here to get a freaking headlight fixed. $225 because they had to take the bumper off. Fine. Less than 24 hours later it's out. Go back and they say they need another $35 for a part that burned out. Whatever. Didn't care as long as it got fixed, even though that's a lot of money for me. About 8 days later, out again. 3rd time back, the "electrical guy" is off so basically there is nothing they can do until the next day. So now I will be going back for the FOURTH TIME in about two weeks for a HEADLIGHT that may or may not ever get fixed, who knows? read more

Everyone knows any automotive service industry is a hit or miss 50-50 proposition. On a long road trip last week, NYC to Boca for a weeks vacation, we received word of a death in family in New Orleans, the day we arrived. Preparing to now drive to Nola from Boca not a day later than we arrived, we got a flat tire on our Mercedes S class that happens to have a 19" tire that for the most part is a special order. Our hosts in Boca swore by tire kingdom and referred us there to repair our tire. We called Jorge/George and he took incredibly good care of us. We told him our situation, and he was professional, accommodating , but most importantly compassionate. In the time it took to get there, he had the tire, in the time it took to get my basic information my car was on the lift. Finally In the time it took to do the billing paperwork, my car was done- I don't think we were there 20 minutes. My wife didn't get to finish her complimentary coffee! When the car was completed, I asked George if he was the owner of the business, and he said "no, but I try to run it like I am". Polite Message to the owners- this man needs to be a partner in this operation, or better yet set up in his own franchise- I watched him deal with a full appointment load with poise and professionalism. His associate in the front (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was equally impressive and professional in his dealings with the customers. I love this place. I took both my cars their multiple times and today my 95 Toyota Avalon there to get the alignment done after I replaced my tie rods and CV joints. The car runs like a champion now ! every time I have any problem I can't fix I go here, their prices are always better than any where else and I never have a problem with these guys ! Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews on this place before I went there to rotate my wheels second visit. Extremely rude and sloppy. This time didn't find the key to my wheels, they claimed I had lost it and they were the last one touching the car. Eventually he said he would reimburse me for a new one, but in a not very nice way. I then went out to the car and started to look myself and eventually found it where it was supposed to be. Thank god I did so, almost drove to buy a new one, would have taken me an hour. read more

Went for a tire repair. When took an estimate, was told 26 bucks for the part and 38 for labour charges. When went to collect the vehicle, part was around 15$ but labour was 63$.. dihonest people. Not recommended!! read more

If I could give them less than one star I would. Took my Mercedes in to get the transmission fluid changed only because the previous manager gave me a good price on it. The new manager informed me that he "wouldn't touch it" and that I needed a new transmission. Without ever having looked at the car. I told him no, and started to walk out when he PUT HIS HANDS ON ME to tell me that he has 25 years experience in the industry. I've worked in the industry as well, and generally LOOKED at cars (at least) before diagnosing them. And a note to Tire Kingdom....the next time one of your employees touches me, he'll wake up in the hospital. You better get this guy some training, before he costs you more money. read more

Hands down the best Tire Kingdom to go to if you live in the Deerfield, Boca, Delray area. Even if you're far, make the trip! Worth it. Customer service is their priority. They work with you with the cost and give you options and alternatives. My vehicle was leaking oil and a/c wasn't cold Tire Kingdom quoted me $3,299.16 I brought it to Boca's Best Auto Repair(ASE Certified Technicians) and they completed the job for $886.38. Tire Kingdom tried to overcharge me $2,412.72. When I went back to get a wiper blade replaced the Tech cracked my windshield trying to install it and then lied about it after my son saw him do it. read more

Buyer Beware. These guys are scam artists. Went in to get a patched tire. They claimed they were too bald to patch. They offere this buy 2 get 2 free deal. I decided that sounded good and went for it. They failed to disclose the deal included an almost useless $230 plan for free tire patches and alignments for a year. Their tires are well over the msrp as well at $140 per tire when they should be $120. A simple tire patch and neglecting research on my part cost me $550. Avoid at all costs read more

I brought my car here to change my two back tires and it was a very bad experience. The gentleman at the front who was helping me kept trying to get me to do more things to my car. I arrived at the location for two simple things and that is for two new tires + installation. He insisted on me doing an alignment and selling me very pricey tires. I explained that I was on a budget and that I was selling the car in less than 2 months. His response was for me to sign up for a 6 month payment plan. He actually got mad at me, raised his voice, and rolled his eyes. I could not believe it. I left my car because at the end of the day it is a big company and I trusted in the "Tire Kingdom" name. Two days later my car was overheating due to several hoses that were leaking water. Did he damage my car? Even if he did not I would not return because he was so rude to me. When I went to pick up the car he did not even look at me in the eyes. He acted so unprofessional. I will never go back to a tire kingdom. read more
