Let me start off with I never write reviews but this place is so terrible that I felt it necessary to advice anyone reading this to not choose this location. I scheduled a tire change for my car and made an appointment at 1pm and showed up around 12:30pm. I knew I was early so I wasn't expecting to get in right away and brought some work to do while I waited for my car. 2:45pm rolls around (2 hours and 15minutes after I came in) and I see my car in the parking lot- not moved, same old tires. I then hear the guy (Dennis- an employee) flirting extremely loud with another woman who dropped her car off at 2. Her car was finishing up and mine was still untouched. I then pointed out to him how I have been waiting and how this woman who came after me was leaving already. He dismissed me and told his coworker "oh she's mad at me" (referring to me as the mad one). There was never once an apology from anyone of staff. It was extremely disrespectful how I was treated and not only did he not apologize, he then tried flirting with me. I was disgusted. I did not get my car until 3:45pm. Again. Not one apology. I will never go there again. They lack customer service and are unprofessional. read more

This place is the worst. It is ALWAYS so slow and crowded, the prices are ridiculous and the customer service is palpably absent. NEVER again, I've given them enough chances to change my mind over the years to no avail. read more

I had a defective tire from Tire Rack. John at Tire Kingdom boynton beach was super helpful and took care of me as quickly as possible. He called to help me get Tire Rack to warranty the tire for me and price matched the new tire. They had my tire done, balanced and an oil change within an hour. Thanks guys! read more

Picked up a nail in my right front tire which is only 2 years old and in great shape. Stopped at another tire place and was Told that because the nail was close to the side I would have to buy a new tire for over $200. Decided to call tire Kingdom which was just a mile away and decided to bring it in because maybe they would have a tire in stock for me rather than waiting till tomorrow. I was quoted a price and it was a lot less money than the first place I stopped at. When I got to Tire Kingdom, Caesar was waiting for me at the back door and I showed him the position of the nail. He immediately said because this was an SUV tire and was larger than a regular tire that I really did not have to replace the tire and that it could easily be patched without any problems. They repaired my tire for $32. I couldn't believe how honest he was. He could have sold me the new tire for $150 or $160 but he chose to be honest about the issue. Went in here for my husbands car to get a price quote. Really bad cutomer service. First of all, their prices were way high and they did not make me feel comfortable there. The pictures below pretty much tell the story about the "ambiance." I really had a bad vibe from the place and the price really wasnt very competitive. I wouldnt even bother stopping by this place. I went in about a week ago. If you have any good recommendations for tires, please let me know. I used to go to discount tires up in Orlando- they were the best. This place is super slow I set up my whole appointment online. Took my car quickly but they took almost two hours to change just two tires. With 6-7 people working in the back you would think this could have been done faster. My car was also done and the no one came in to ring me up for another 30 minutes. read more

Actual customer service!!!! I'm from California where customer service is king....well not in Florida!!! Until I talked to Armando...he treated me with respect and was very knowledgeable and I was happy to have a had 1 good customer service experience in Florida then....boom ...I meet the manager Cesar and he was excellent as well in every area and even came around the desk to introduce himself to myself and my wife... very respectful and most of all honest!!! I'd been researching tires for months and it's the most tedious and daunting task I've ever had to perform for any product ive ever purchased.....Cesar gave me the best price possible ...very honest and the tires I ended up with turned out to be 1 of the top 3 best in their class and exactly what I wanted...finally all that researching came to a wonderful end....thanks to Cesar and crew at Tire Kingdom off Congress, 3030 in Boynton Beach every other place one sucked... and I hung up on every one else.....if your looking to make a purchase as important as tires.....do months of research ...or go to Cesar and guys at Tire Kingdom in Boynton Beach FL they made everything all better......Thanks Guys btw the tires aren't old and dry rotten they only get fresh tires less than a year old. ....save yourself the time and hassle go to Armando and Cesar... thank me later read more

I visited Tire Kingdom for a tire alignment for my sons car. I was checked in by John and my tech was Austin. They looked at the car and found that there was body damage that an alignment wouldn't fix. I have never been a Tire Kingdom fan but am totally a customer now that I ran into John and Austin who were upfront and honest in our dealings. I will get the framework/suspension work needed but will certainly return to this Tire Kingdom for my car needs. Thanks for the honesty! read more

The worst tire kingdom that I have been to. I haven't been to this one in over year but it was close by and my tires were leaking. Well needless to say the older gentleman with glasses was a prick. When I asked about checking my tires because they are leaking he directed me to come back tomorrow they are booked. I asked why there is no one available to look at this issue at all. He then told me they are always busy especially after 430pm. I asked him about having a tire warranty and asked if it is worth it if I can't be seen. He the proceeded talk over me while I was talking and then was non slang and told me that I had an argument for everything, I told him I do not have an attitude I am clearly expressing that there is an issue and maybe it should be brought up to management that after a certain time you have no staff available for simple walk ins. The then put his hand in the air and shooed me away like I was one of his kids. Then told me I need to leave. Told him I'm being respectful I'm not yelling, I'm not raising my voice so there is no need to be rude. I said I just want to make sure this is relayed to the manager. With his head down not looking at me he said yeah I'll report it. I said it doesn't seem like you will your not even looking at me. He started to walk away and said something as he put his hand up about my mouth and something else rude. To be honest that is when I turned rude, raised my voice and called a cuss word. I'm not proud of it but he was dismissing me as if I was not a customer. I have been going to tire kingdom for the fast five years with four different cars. I consider myself a loyal customer. Not once did he ask my name, say well I apologize, or offer to get a manager. To the gentleman If you're not able to talk to a customer without treating them like they are nothing then you should find a different profession. I work customer service and have had many upset people which I was not until his disrespect, and I have apologized even if it was not my fault, I have put them in tough with the director, I have been respectful. I had to file a complaint with corporate and I was honest with them. Now I am at the location in delray on military one mile north of Atlantic and they seem to be nothing but nice. I have been to this location four times and it appears that this is the location I need to continue to go to. If your able don't even bother going to this location off of Congress by gold road in boynton beach. read more

Do not use under any circumstances this place is a rip off I tell him I have a slow leak in a brand new tire he tells me I need to replace it without inspecting the tire. This is not the first time I've used them and it's usually the same thing some form of scam read more

Had an appointment at 10 today to get a look at my starter for my car. I got there at 9:50, the guy at the counter wanted to charge me 20 dollars to test my car since that's what I had to chose (mechanical issue - there was no electrical option) when I set up my appointment online since my option wasn't there. I let the guy know that it was my starter, no need to test it since they are the one that told me 3 months ago that it was going. He told me he'd have an answer for me by 11 am.. an hour after my appointment time, just to run a test that we already know the answer to. I sat down and watched my car sit in front of the store till 10:30, not even being looked at. What is the point of making an appointment if they're not going to honor it? I told the man I needed to cancel my appointment, and he asked if I wanted my keys back. DUH? Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule my appointment, didn't ask why i was leaving, nothing or the sort. I will not be giving my business to this location anymore. read more
