Tony was able to perform a quick assessment of the issue, provide me with the cost of parts and offer to have the work done as quickly as possible, despite the long wait of cars ahead of me. Had to go to tire Kingdom on several occasions now, one to replace a couple tires and at least four times because of objects being stuck in my tires such as nails and screws. I advise you to think twice before going to this location. Cesar really tried to finesse me into paying $1,098 for a job that shouldn't cost more then $500/$600. You can tell that this man only cares about taking peoples money because the whole time he kept trying to persuade me to do it and kept trying to give me discount after discount without me even asking for them. He tried charging me $480 for a radiator fan that I was able to buy from autozone for $240. Then he tried charging me $560 for the labor to install the fan saying it'll take about 4/5 hours to do. I found a mechanic the next day that did it for $275 because it was only a 2 hour job. Cesar literally tried to fool me thinking I didn't know what I was doing. An even then he kept telling me I wouldn't find a better price and I'll still end up paying $922 the least. Before leaving his shop he tried to make an agreement with me to not go buy the fan from autozone and to come back the next day. All he cared about was fooling me into paying him. Then he called me the next day telling me that the $480 fan is with him and asked me if I was planning on coming in to get the job done, after I told him I found a better price and he hung up the phone on my face. Won't Return. Made an appointment for three o'clock today. When making the appointment the guy sounded responsible and professional. He told me it would be 90 minutes max. I arrived and waited...and waited, and waited. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes, they hadn't even looked at my car, or even given me an update. Other people were coming in with what seemed no appointment and getting helped right away while I sat. I got up, told the person at the desk how long I'd been waiting and asked for my keys. This last time, I went to the Website ordered tires and to no surprise, when I got there, I was told that the their website had calculated the wrong size on my tires (the stock tires that came with this when we bought it). The tires that "actually fit" would be 50 dollars more a tire and they had no other options that would fit in the original quote I got. I do not like having my time wasted and am through dealing with organization and these special type of booty hole crooks. Brought car here with screw in tire right before Hurricane Irma. Easily could have been gouged. Instead they pulled it out for free, said it didn't go through and then checked pressure and stability of ALL Tires and sent me on my way. Completely disagreeing with the treatment they gave me as a client, having paid and already on the road, an employee crossed me a car that probably belongs to a client (range rover, I have video and photos) to prevent me from continuing on my way and trying to I had to return to the store to clarify something that was clear, but nevertheless I tried to explain to him that that was already paid with my paid invoice, which he did not even want to look at and continued demanding that he had to return me, I wonder, is that Is this man the law to stop on the street and force customers already on the road to return to clarify some of the administrative disorder they have? There is no a police for these cases? Do they want to enforce the law on your own in this store? They have all my information with the license plate number of my truck, was it necessary in the middle of the street with people looking at me as a criminal and to complete it by throwing me out? On 04/30/2022 11:00 I dropped my car off to get a Oil change and was quoted $39 by Cesar Montes the Manager and it would be 2 hours I did not hear from them so at 1:30 I called they said they were backed up and that it would be another 2 hours before my car was done so then I waited until 4:55 and still had not heard from them so I went there because they close at 5:00 and as I was pulling in the parking lot I got a message from Schneider Azor saying my car was ready and I need to come get it right away because otherwise I wouldn't be able to get it till the next day and as I was pulling in the parking lot the employee had my car and almost backed into us because he was not looking and then I got charged $55 and the employee was not very nice! He could not understand why I was upset about the service and was not very nice about it! read more

Went to have a tire changed and the salesman tried to get me to replace more than just the one. No problem there, guy was just trying to do his job. Plus he was right, so I let him give me a quote. However, after insisting the quote he gave me for 3 tires was a great deal, I told him that based on a previous tire purchase a month back, it wasn't that much of a bargin. The guy basically called me a liar and insisted that the per tire price I paid said was not correct. A few clicks on his windows 3.0 computer and I was proven right. Take my car off the lift. I won't deal with people who call me a liar. No apology, no excuse, just a blank stare like I was the stupid one even though the dot matrix print out said otherwise. Have to tell you, people will tell you anything to get you to them, needed a tire it's Sunday tire kingdom no problem , Danny tells me to bring it in no worries, and will rotate tires, and do a wheel alignment they tell me to come back it's done, get there not done, Now they tell me they don't have the keys to the mechanics box wow, but they could only do the toe, really wow an I would have to bring it back as soon as possible, next they tell me I should leave it for tomorrow to get done this is not the first issue I have had..sounds like they never should have touched it now it worst then ever. Excellent, timely and complete service at good prices when a brand new tire went bad and had to be replaced - way better than the dealership. Then recently with the cold snap, the tire pressure in all tires went down to the mid 20's triggering the light and the happily immediately added air for free. Maxon wasnt good! when i asking him to look at it, they said me maybe in 4 hours if i stay there, explain me they have customer.. Worst customer service, prices, and service in the business. I have regretted getting tires here since day one. Their alignment, or lack there of, caused a tire to burn out early. I regularly wait hours for my tire rotations regardless of making an appointment with them. Please don't assume that making an appointment does anything but trick you into going to their store to wait. I thought that buying their road hazard warranty would be useful but instead it has eaten hour after hour that I will never get back. Last time I needed a tire patched because of a simple nail, I waited 2.5 hours and had to go back the next day because I woke up with a flat. Guess what? They didn't take the nail out and I had to do it all over again. When my brake sensor went off I asked them to check it. They said they did and it was fine. senor must be bad. In fact my pads were at one millimeter and needed to immediately be replaced. Today they forced me to put on a bald spare tire rather than rotate my odd-sized tire (which they put on) to the front as I requested in order to not damage my rear differential more than they already had. Did I mention they wouldn't change my oil unless I put synthetic in my 1993 BMW that has been taking the same part-synth high mileage oil for the past 10 years. Showed up for an appointment and witnessed a heated argument between staff. Seems like a toxic environment. Disagreements between associates should be handled in the back, not in front of customers. The guy helping me was a bit of a jerk, impatient. The manager seemed overworked and used coarse language in front of customers. He demonstrated impatience with customers too, multiple times. Oil change took over an hour. No one told me when it was ready. Don't go here (at least this location) unless you actually want to have a bad day. read more

If I had a 0 to give I would. I made an appointment on line I was told the tires I wanted were not in stock but they could give me a different set. The other set wasn't much more do I said okay. When I showed up for my appointment, the gentleman who helped me said they didn't have the tires on stock but they had a different set. $100 more. With a $100 rebate. I didn't have the money to pay more at the time. I was so upset. I thought ok off a day of work without pay to get this done. The gentleman who was helping me went to speak to the manager to se if anything can be done. The manager couldn't care less and said no.I was so upset. I asked the gentleman to have the manager get the phone number of the person that made the appointment and told me what tires I could get. I give them a zero. Went in to get a tire repaired. Had a nail in the middle of the tread. After waiting an hour they told me they could not fix it since I had a second nail in the side wall of the tire. Its funny since it was not there when I took the car to another shop to look at it. Plus the nail had a flat head on it and was still smooth and shinny . The store put the nail in so they could sell me a new tire. Dishonest, illegal, disgusting. The store should be fined and closed. Went to a competitor and took pictures of the second nail, inside and outside of the tire. Now the head shows signs of wear. I have never had a good experience with car people until I started going here. Unfortunately for me I ended up at this place like 4 times in a month but I always had a good experience and never felt like I was being taken advantage of or lied to like most other tire/car places. They have changed out my front tire and rim which I bought elsewhere but their prices were reasonable to put them on. They have also replaced my rear tire and tire sensor gauge that I bought elsewhere. They were honest with me about how much the sensor would cost and that I would have to get it from my car dealership. The dealership quoted me a ridiculous price to put the sensor on while this location gave me a reasonable price and they were so quick with it. They have rotated my tires and did the alignment. They have also patched up my tires with nails in it. I'm glad to have found this place. read more

Both men at the front were attentive & friendly! Showed up as a "walk in" at 4:00pm on a Friday for an oil change expecting it to be busy and having to wait a while..... They were busy!!! but were sure to get me outta there in less than 45 mins. A friendly mechanic from the back came to get my slip & told me he wouldn't make me wait. Competitive price and around the corner from my house, why wouldn't I take it to tire kingdom? At noon, I was told it would be done by 4. At 2 I got a phone call, and the price went up from $350 to $450, and was told it would be done at 5. At 4 they called me and told me they can't fix it. They don't have the part. Apparently my tacoma is exotic. So, 5 hours later, no truck and things to do, I'm still waiting for them to reassemble my truck (with the same old wheel bearing making a grinding noise) so I can leave. read more

The guys there have helped me out many times and have worked with me to make sure I could afford what I needed done on my poor car! :) they have always been fast and friendly! Today I took my daughters and my car there for an oil change and they were so busy that it took a long time to get my daughters car done and I wasn't able to get mine. This place has terrible customer service and is associated with big O tires in the Midwest. They lie to you constantly and tell you they are doing work that they do not intend on doing. If you are not smart they will get over on you. This is one of those places you should never go to. It's too bad I purchased one year of alignments from this place. I wish I could get my money back but I'll make sure I stand out back and make sure they get the work done. It's set up is horrible but there is a window you can view your vehicle from.
