After writing a poor review for Mavis, the parent company of Tire Kingdom, they wrote and asked that I call customer service. They need to be trained in customer service. No apology and they talked like they were doing me a favor by offering me $100 credit to use at the store. Obviously they don't get it. Overcharge me by $200 and they think that a rude offer to use them again will solve the situation. They need to step up and take responsibility for providing me with an inaccurate quote. When the Tire Kingdom workers let me know that this happens frequently, it makes me wonder if it is intentional. read more

Purchased tires, mounting and balance are fine. After alignment, the steering wheel was crooked, took it back and asked for it to be corrected, and the steering wheel remains crooked. The shop does not know how to do a proper wheel alignment. read more

I would leave 0 stars if i could. I went in for a simple tire rotation , and the guy in Cutler Ridge told me he couldn't do it because my tires were dry rotted. I have michelins and yes, they have over 80,000 miles on them. But that's why I buy michelins and pay top dollar for them. They are, in my opinion, considered the best. And have I had them before, And they usually go for a lot further than what the warranty is. So I decided to go to the tire Kingdom located in naranja, they did the tire rotation, said my tires were good for probably another 2 years with no mention of the tires being dry rotted. The guy in Cutler Ridge was just trying to pull a fast one on me So I can buy some new tires. And for someone who paid top dollar for them in the past, I am very annoyed that one tire Kingdom says I need new tires and the other one says my tires are good for another 2 years. Just as a point of fact, I do get them rotated regularly, So i'm not lazy about the maintenance on my tires. read more

I highly recommend that you deal directly with the team at the Tire Kingdom store. I called the number to get an appointment and was given a quote that didn't match what I ended up having to pay. The team at the store was great and apologized for the people in New York. It sounded like this was not the first time that they had misquoted work. The chain was purchased by a company named Mavis. I'm guessing that this is where the problem lies. I have had work done at the store and have always been treated well and fairly. When I called Mavis out on a misquote of over $200, they gave me a line of BS and called the store to provide me with a credit of $4.95. I am not a fan of Mavis! read more

I had a great experience with this Tire Kingdom location this week. We chose this location because it was closest to our house. On Monday, we made an appointment online for two new tires, and alignment, and an oil change for Wednesday morning. Within 10 or 20 minutes, I received a phone call to confirm the appointment (as well as an email). The appointment was at 8:00 am which is what time they opened. We got there 10 minutes early, and they took us as soon as they opened. They called to let us know the mechanics recommended new brake pads which actually was not a surprise to us. So we went ahead and got that done as well. We received a call right around 11:00 am that the car was ready. We went later in the afternoon to pick up the car. They had a few people working in the front as they had some other customers too. Our checkout was quick and easy, and everyone was really friendly! I'll be honest that I didn't shop around a whole lot for prices, but based on random past experiences with car maintenance, I thought the prices were good/ average. read more

Re: Store #4096, Tire Kingdom, 11199 SW 211th St, Cutler Bay, Fl 33189 I called on 05/08/2024 to check availability or order a set of 4 Dunlop tires for my 2017 Toyo 4Runner. I was told the tires needed to be ordered. I agreed after discussing the price. We then discussed having a wheel alignment done as well as front brakes. The salesman named "Noel" stated that I needed to come to the store to leave a $25.00 deposit to order the tires. I stated just to be clear, the price includes 4 tires, mounting, balancing etc. as well as the wheel alignment and front brakes. The total amount was $1363.52. Noel agreed. I told Noel I would be in the next day to leave the $25 deposit. Today, I gave them the $25 and they promptly said, ok ... see you tomorrow. I had to demand a receipt for the $25. Then I asked for a written estimate for the entire job. They said that their computer isn't set up to offer a written estimate even though STATE LAW says a written estimate must be given if the final repair bill is over $100.00 but if I wanted to I can use my phone to take a picture of his computer screen. I reminded him that it was state law that they provide an estimate upon demand. So, the salesman then prints a repair order with no prices on it and hand writes the total $1363.52 and said "that's all he can give me". I came home and called Tire Kingdom non-existent Customer Service @ 800-757-4291 to complain about the horrific service received so far. I was told that a manager would call me back within the next 5 hours to discuss my complaint. That never happened. Marvin from Cutler Bay store said he would email me the estimate if I wanted it. As expected the estimate was erroneous. Even though "Noel" said the estimate was all inclusive, it (for some reason) did not include mention of front brake pad installation. SHOP HERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!! I know exactly why Tire Kingdom fails to give written estimates even though state law mandates that they do ... reason being is fraudulent activity. Give one price and then inflate it by several hundred dollars when the final bill is prepared. Additionally, the work order shows a waste tire fee of $1 per tire and yet they insist on charging $4.50 a tire. This place should be brought up on RICO (federal racketeering charges). I have to travel to north Florida for my mother's surgery only to find a nail in my tire. Needless to say driving that far with a nail in the tire is not an option. It was time to get new tires for my SUV and after checking with the dealer and getting a crazy quote, my husband asked me to check with Tire Kingdom. Sure enough, it was much cheaper and with better guarantee. The brand of the tires was good too so it was a win-win across the board. But even more so when I go pick up the car and Johnny tells me that he noticed I had a cracked windshield and that my insurance would cover that. I just had to file a claim. I had called the dealer when it happened and they referred me to a glass shop. I never thought about filing a claim with my insurance. He had mentioned if I had full coverage (which I do) and told me to check with my insurance company. To our huge relief and surprise, he was right! Our insurance company covered the replacement of the windshield and I would have to out-of-pocket ZERO money! Fast forward to going to the place and getting the work done, I saved $900.00 DOLLARS! I am highly satisfied with my Tire Kingdom experience. The service manager, Johnny Cepero, was extremely detailed when explaining the services that will be done to my vehicle and their purpose. I have no experience with cars and always feel overwhelmed when going to the mechanics, but Johnny made sure to really make me feel comfortable with the services that will be done to my car as well as providing the best possible price. Brought new rims with me and purchased tires from them (June 2020) weeks after I feel vibration on steering wheel very rough ride.... took it back to them they re balanced and said I was good to go... 2 days later same vibration..... took it to my mechanic........3 min after arriving he says... the lug nuts are too short.... The tech at TK should have told me or even noticed at least the second time that the lug nuts were too short..... ended with 2 badly damaged new rims that I'm replacing as soon as I can $$ Careless tech? When I asked if the tire could be patched instead of having to buy one the "store manager" just said a simple no and walked away, when I asked a second opinion from another guy he said yes he could patch it up and proceeded to do so, the "store manager" came out and started yelling at me and at the poor guy who was patching up my tire, I told him to calm down and stop yelling and he proceeded to to tell me he didn't appreciate me telling his guys what to do which is not what I was doing at all. He kept yelling and I told him he should be ashamed to be yelling at a lady my age in the manner in which he was doing it. I didn't want to get the second guy in trouble so I had my tires changed but I am never coming back to this place. I always used this place for tires and their service was excellent, First time was a Malibu 2012 with tire problem, I came to this place because was near my home, I had a diagnostic made at the GM place were I bought the car and they came up with an inflated bill not even stating the problems I had. Don't like leaving negative reviews but welp, here goes the short version: Tire Kingdom's disguised costs offsets the supposed "savings" (in particular the "buy 3 get one free" deal) I'll be supporting local business even with this kind of stuff from now on. Here's why: I went to get 2 new tires for my wife's RAV and they didn't have the tires we were hoping for (after I called a few minutes before to get the quote). The gentleman sold me up to the next best tire and advised me of the buy 3 get 1 free deal. It's a bit of a gimmick and I probably should've known better (no one buys three tires). After all the additional costs and shop fees the cost averaged out to what you would pay a local business without all the disguises; maybe even more. My old local tire guy used to say $448 "out the door" and I would drive off the lot with four new tires for $448 - no gimmicks. What Tire Kingdom does is essentially inches their way back to the cost of that fourth tire with those fees. Total savings for us $38... not the $98 cost of the tire advertised as savings. Positive: In all fairness, this chain offered a better price than the others presuming they all have the same additional costs. But why not take your car to a local guy you trust and give him your business instead. BTW: I can post my invoice just in case you think I'm some local shop owner. Hope this helps. read more

I do NOT recommend going to this Tire Kingdom Location. I usually go to a different location, but I went to this one to buy new tires for my son's new car. Everything went perfectly fine, the tires looked good and we paid. But a week later I was teaching my son how to change a tire on his car, and one of the lug nuts would not come off?! I assumed this was because the guy who put on the tires put them on too tight with the gun, and the stud was stripped. I sent my son over there for them too fix it, and they have him wait 4 hours, (even though he made a 10:00am appointment) before they even start to fix the car. After all the time he had to wait, they finally replace the stud on the car, and they have the audacity to give him a bill?! If it was your fault for putting on the tire too tight and stripping the stud, why should I pay for something that was your mistake? After all this, one of the managers, (Javier I believe his name was) was extremely rude with me, and argued with me saying it wasn't because of a stripped stud, it was because of the rotor, and how I'm wrong and he told me "you have no idea what you're talking about." read more

Came to get my AC fixed. After nearly two and a half hours of them recharging the AC, they tell me that they had just realized that the problem was that the compressor belt came off. So I asked them if they can order it, but it was already past 6 P.m which is when their vendors stop delivering. So I end up wasting two and a half hours of my day and my AC unfixed. I became a Tire Kingdom customer about 4 years ago and Service manager Degenhardt Hueck has never disappointed me. Most recently, my car overheated (Tuesday) and I had to replaced the fan assembly. Mr. Hueck was able to give me an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. I didn't have to miss work and they were able to complete the work in about 3 hours. Unfortunately for them, it was a little after closing time when they finished, however, they made sure to finish and not keep my car overnight, which I appreciated. NOTE: I also appreciated how this store had proper social distancing guidelines and I witnessed Mr Hueck and the employees wearing their masks, gloves and/or cleaning after every customer had left. Brought my car here for a wheel rotation, balance, and alignment. They did my alignment before my wheel balance, which made the alignment basically worthless, put my wheel nuts on with an impact wrench and I had to physically ask them to use a torque wrench. And when asked why they weren't doing it the correct way, "Oh this is just the way we do it." If you care for your vehicle and don't want to be swindle out of $130+, go somewhere else. read more
