Went in to get my tires changed and kind of knew my tires weren't the only problem. The gentleman who I spoke to said he would keep an eye out for any other problems. And sure enough there was a bigger problem under the hood that was the reason my tires got messed up in the first place. So he explained clearly what was wrong and even gave me multiple estimates with different options to choose from based on what my budget might be. On top of that, he even have me a discount to alleviate a big chunk of the cost. Originally I was told that it may take a couple days, but they later had multiple mechanics working on my car and had it all done within the day. I just bought new tires and had an alignment. I was happy with the efficiency especially with all the Covid regulations. I was able to make an appointment and shop for my tires online- this was great because I could shop prices and compare tires at my own pace. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment time and they were ready for me!! Socially distanced seating was available to wait, but I decided to drop my car off. When I returned my car was ready, and they had me on my way in no time! The service was excellent! All the men working were very attentive and helpful in getting me what my car needed. The place is super clean and the prices are pretty good. Thank God! They are honest! I went in there asking for 2 new tires and they asked to check them 1st to make sure i needed them or if maybe they could be repaired. Turns out I did need them after all but the price for both tires, hazard protection, and the installation was really affordable. There waiting area is friendly I ended up having my lunch there while waiting during my car service. The bathroom is very clean and has a place for mom's to change their baby. Purchased 4 Good Year tires about 6 months ago at a mavis in Tampa FL. Just had one pop on me yesterday while driving to work. This place and the service is amazing. They were very attentive and honest and over all helpful. The attendant Mario was extremely helpful and made sure I was driving safe with good tired, especially with my kids in the car. He found me the best tires at a great price and got me in and out in under an hour. He helped me when another tire shop (Global Auto Shop) sold me crappy tires that got threaded after a month. Great experience! Been there many times in the past and as always been a pleasure. I bought my daughter a new car for her 16th birthday and brought it to Jamie to evaluate. Brakes were squeaking. He drove it around the parking lot and determined that it was the rear brakes. They needed both pads and rotors. I feel thoroughly confident that he is the most trustworthy manager. Been going here for years. Staff is professional, happy and polite. Have had sets of Michelins replaced, major brake work and other maintenance done. These people know what they're doing. I don't like just anyone touching my hard to work on classic 4WD truck. Plenty of parking, nice waiting rooms that have high chairs and tables and booths with plug ins to easily use laptops, smartphones, etc. Important for doing business or doing kid's homework or checking Facebook while waiting! read more

Been going here for years. Fair prices. I setup appointments online, they honor them. Replaced two tires, balance and rotate. Advisor kept me informed of status of repair. They go out of the way to inform you of needed repairs. Had one stud on a wheel that was stripped, they replaced the stud free of charge.
