Stopped by and the owner Kenny greeted me and I let him know I was there for an oil change and for my front brakes. It was a GREAT experience. It was not an all day process. Kenny was kind. He explained to me the service and I was happy to know my car will be fine. After the service, I definitely felt the difference. And now my parents car are running even better than before Idk how my parents conned me to running their errands while I'm visiting them but everything happens for a reason. My parents now have a trusted mechanic and a car with new brakes and an oil change. It also didn't cost me an arm and a leg nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of as a female. I arrived and was greeted by Miguel, behind the desk. Told him I was there due to the excellent reviews his shop had received. He took a look at the tire, determined it could be repaired, and had someone begin the repair right away. $20 and 30 minutes later my tire had been removed and patched, and I was on my way! Based on my experience, and positive reviews, I will definitely return for car care as the need arises.

The team treated me with kindness, empathy, and professionalism. They understood my situation and kept me informed every step of the way. The tires needed to be ordered so he gave a deposit before he flew home. AJ their Assistant Service Writer called me the next day when the tires were in. Since we were all visiting for the holidays we actually made an appointment to put the tires on a few days later. When we arrived I checked in with AJ. I decided to wait bc I had my mom with me and it would be less running around. While waiting, I also spoke with Patrick their General Manager, and Tony their Manager. All 3 were very friendly and kind. They answered all my questions, and explained everything. I had my elderly mom with me and these guys had a lot of patience. What I really loved about Apex is besides selling tires, they take pictures of what's wrong with your vehicle and add it to your online profile account so you can see up close and personal what's wrong and the parts they replaced. This place seems to be very honest and truthful which is rare. They will also give you an estimate.You can go online to see all work done. I highly recommend making an appointment. This place gets very busy. They have two buildings. One in the front of the driveway, and one towards the back. The actual entrance is in the front building. They have a small waiting area. day 32 lost in florida…read more.. my service light came on last night. yipes! i found this guy on yelp. thank goodness to yelp! its hard to find. off of 9th street and you can only get on 9th from deerfield ave and its a tiny street. i only saw mike there, no one else working on cars. he had a really friendly receptionist. she told me my light may be nothing. they did a diagnostic and didn't find anything and cleared the signal. it only cost me 20 bucks. mike seemed to be looking out for me and i felt reassured. but he told me if it comes back on, or turns red to bring it back. may be transmission problems. gulp... when a car gets this old, theres always more problems down the road. the receptionist was very chatty and friendly and gave me some directions to find some food and told me to try the grouper fish. overall a great experience and i agree with the first reviewer.
