went in because my car was running out of coolant fast. I was told it was my radiator hose after waiting 6 hours for them to check. I couldn't get it fixed that day so I set an 8am appointment for the next day. I was on time for my appointment waited 2 hours nothin. I waited 4 hours nothin. Ask the guy in the front to check on my car for me he said they haven't ordered the hose yet. I was told the hose would get there in 10mins. Another 2 hours after having an appointment and getting it checked the day before for what was needed. 6 and a half hour later appointments don't matter here not a good place. read more

All I can say is that Rudy and Nick saved our day! I called last minute because my husband got a flat tire on the highway and they were closing soon. I prayed that they would help me and they did. Rudy said to come on in. Other locations said I had to wait until tomorrow. I got there 10 minutes before closing. Nick quickly took the blown tire and rim and installed a new tire in just minutes. This place has around 10-11 bays 3 counter stations in their lobby Yet no employees. Came in to get an oil change they said they were booked. So I made an appointment for the next day. Total time for my oil change was 2hrs and 40 mins. With an appointment. I wasn't the only unhappy customer there. I hate leaving negative reviews but this is crazy. Management/corporate needs to be on top of this store. Staff is very un organized. Hope they figure stuff out but next time I'm definitely going somewhere else. Update.... I drove home that night and my snorkel cover panel which is metal fell off and was scraping the ground. Complete waste of time and money going here. The owner reach out asking if there's anything they can do to make up for this. Customer service doesn't look you in the eye which is so strange to speak to someone for an extent of time who will not look up at you. Was told by Manager--and company's Customer Service Supervisor--that issue would not be immediately addressed, as I lacked appointment today and "other customers are ahead of you..." Only one Customer waiting in store, as other cars were pulled into bays and I was attempting to get immediate remedy for botched job previous day... How about correctly finishing job with Previous Customer?? Ultimately, tire would not hold air--took to another shop to Correctly remedy issue--will take Civil Action if necessary against Tire Kingdom. Avoid at all costs! Called at 2:00 PM (4 1/2 hours later) I was left on hold for 10 minutes, called back and was left on hold for 5 minutes, called back a 3rd time expressed my frustration and am still on hold. 30 minutes and counting to obtain status of my vehicle. 5 hours and counting to replace 2 tires. I went there to have a tire patched and they said no problem just a short wait which turned into two hours then they tell me the leak was in the sidewall and the tire had to be replaced and they would sell me one for $200. I understand that problems may arise and how you deal with them is how you set yourself apart from your competition. I had to leave my car at the shop for a few days because I assume the tire didn't arrive at the time quoted. I called repeatedly to find out about the situation and was put on hold for long periods of time, the same thing happened 4 times. I called customer, service and they too experienced the same treatment (he told me I should get a discount when I picked up the car). My car windows were left open overnight and there is bird poop all over it. On Tuesday they called me to come to pick up my car when I asked the associate about the discount due to all the troubles and delays he called me a Karen; twice. I pretended not to hear him. His mask mas not on properly and every time the phone rang and he would pick up and take care of that customer 3x that happened (while i was speaking to him). There was an older man in the lobby clearly frustrated, he looked at me and said" I'm sorry but I have been here since morning" I guess I was not the only person having a terrible customer experience. Arrived at 730am for my scheduled appointment on November 23. Door was open nobody inside. 1 employee sitting in his car in the parking lot. Employee said "Yes I am the only one here." it took me 2 months to wright this review but it bother me so much I had no choise .First I have to say that everyone in the store was respectful but as much the service goes no one really lessened and at the end the service cost me more than $800 extra .I will not bored you but I went in just before new year after towing the car from the freeway when my belt came off .They told me i needed new belt and water pump because a lick.I agreed to the $1100 expense.Took the car on a Tuesday told i be ready Wednesday evening so used UBER 2 times [home was away 60 miles ] Wednesday the car was not ready so insted of Uber i stay in hotel for the night .Thursday car was not ready so stay in hotel and missing second day at work .Friday morning went to pick up car I was told that unfortunately the car overheats and I have a head gusket issue that they can not fix and told I have to tow it somewhere else.I had to pay $350 for that as my insurance only covers 10 miles .After having the car seating home for 2 days I had a mechanic come over to check it.Well from 2 more days of Uber and calls around and getting quotes between $ 1700-2300 for the repair he tells me IT IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR what they had done at Tire Kingdom when they change the water pump and drain the fluid they forgot to replace it so when test drive the car overheated . Bought 4 new tires from this place less than a year ago. Needed my oil changed and had a slow leak in the rear passenger tire. Made an appointment and dropped the car off. Explained that i wanted them to patch the rear tire, rotate the tires and change the oil. I picked up the car the next day and was surprised to find out that i needed 4 new tires?! It seems that every one of my new looking tires was separating. Asked if they fixed the leak? No but they rotated the tires and changed the oil. Ok, so I asked the guy to find the leak in one tire. Amazingly it was still on the rear passenger tire. How the heck did the leak jump from one tire to the other, since they had rotated the tires. Now the tires separating was even more interesting to me. I asked the guy to show me. He ran his hand across the brand new looking tires and said, "I can feel it". I personally tried and all i felt was a near brand new tire. I guess i'm not the professional. Long story long, I asked for my car to be backed out and drove away as fast as possible. Today, I took my car to a reputable auto repair shop and they patched the tire and rotated the tires. I asked how the tires looked, "Like new!" he replied in a cheery voice. Great location! I was nervous to go to a Tire Kingdom since I saw other reviews where people had horrible experiences. I've gone to NTB (when I lived in the Northeast) which is owned by the same company as Tire Kingdom and haven't had any problems. Sure enough - no problems! I downloaded a $24.99 offer from the internet for an oil change and tire rotation that I desperately needed, and waited maybe 20 minutes. The lobby is great - leather seats, free water/coffee, and a TV, too! I was the only car in the shop so they got to work right away and had me out the door in no time. Went in for a new tire and it was like no one wanted to do the work. Three of the employees were in the back on their phones didn't even look up and the one who finally finished the job would stop ever so often to put air on tires of people who drove up so he could get a tip instead of finishing my one tire since there were no other cars they were working on , it ended up taking 2 hours. I have a mechanic I like but I'll go in if it's a weekend or if something urgent happens, like the battery dies. This location is pretty good and has good service thanks to Igor. IThe other guy (I'm not sure of his name but he has grey hair and a foreign accent) is very rude. I've come here for an oil change, a new battery, and to inspect a problem in the engine. Nowadays it is not very easy to find outstanding customer service. We are referring here to a genuine welcome of a client or customer, and the heartfelt attention given. In this case we experienced a much different welcome when visiting other locations of Tire Kingdom in South Florida, and because of that we did not perform the repairs we needed. But, when we were lucky to enter this location, at 2301 N. Federal Hwy, store # 6024 we saw a completely different atmosphere, one in which we were acknowledged with a sincere smile and helped to Excellence, not only by Shelly Welsh, a customer service advisor, but from Tiguan, the tire expert on the service side!Tiguan indeed provided us with a wonderful service, explaining the issue with our tire, and went above and beyond his call of duty, observing Tire Kingdom rigid repair policy, to repair the tire to our expectation. MINUS STARS -- Made an appointment on Saturday for Sunday 10am. Store opened late and we were greeted with an annoying chirp every minute or so. 45 minutes later the clerk tells me that the computer was down and couldn't do my oil change but if I picked a time, he would reschedule. He said they're open till 7pm but make appointments until 6pm. I told him Wednesday at 5:30pm and he said he made the appointment. I get in today at 5:30 and this other clerk says I dont have an appointment at this location, I explained what had happened Sunday and he couldn't care less and said, 'the sad reality is we're not doing any more appointments today' with a terrible attitude. I went in to get my tires rotated on my 2018 Ford F-250. I had made an appointment. When I got there I waited 20 minutes for someone to wait on me. A customer stand next to me tells me "if they told you an hour it is going to be three hours". The two guys working the counter seemed clueless on what they were even doing. After finally getting helped I asked them to rotate my tires a specific way do to the type of tires I have. The gentleman Ray says "we do not do it that way". The gentlemen up front, Sam, was friendly enough, however after dropping off my car for new tires and an alignment, I was called soon after because the mechanic believed that I needed new front break pads and there was a mere "1 mm" left on the pads. Thankfully, we had enough sense to think back to when the breaks were last replaced and declined the service. Once home, I removed the two front tires and exactly as expected, there was plenty of life left on both pads! After calling the location back and letting them know, they apologized half heartedly and said it "must have been a mix up with another car. Sorry about the inconvenience". The bearded guy doesn't tolerate being asked a question more than once if you misheard him and the African American manager doesn't have a professional demeanor. I have no idea how these people got to the position they're at. They misplaced two parts in my car and when I told them I brought it in with the parts and now they are missing, they said it wasn't their fault and to basically go F myself. Worst experience. Understand there is a wait for walk ins but after car went in for oil change watched mechanic leaning against car for 15 minutes talking to other mechanics. Then watched as it took him 10 minutes to check air in tires. Whole oil change took over an hour after the car was pulled in and work started.
