Worst experience. Understand there is a wait for walk ins but after car went in for oil change watched mechanic leaning against car for 15 minutes talking to other mechanics. Then watched as it took him 10 minutes to check air in tires. Whole oil change took over an hour after the car was pulled in and work started. Absolutely the worst customer service. They tell you your vehicle will be done within an hour & after 2 1/2 hours it hasn't even been looked at! Amazing! Came in with a flat tire, with a rental car. John called Hertz for us to make Hertz pay for it. Hertz instructed us to change to the spare and return the car to the nearest Hertz location to exchange the car. Hertz informed us they don't patch tires, they only replace them. I would be charged the fee for a new tire. What! John immediately pulled the car into a bay and patched the tire. Customer service means a lot!!! read more

Please stay clear of this place. Went in with a nail in a tire. They told me it could not be fixed and that I needed two tires. Total cost would be $778.00. Went down the block to EF TIRE and within 30 minutes my tire was fixed and I was out the door. Total cost: $15.00. Please stay clear. Unbelievably lazy employees, the only helpful person was Cary, the rest of the guys in the office are useless. They told me there was one car in front of me to change two tires and said 1-1/2 hours and it's been 3 hours and it's not done yet. I asked one of the guys how much longer and his answer was, I don't know, isn't this your job? They also walk around like they hate being here and have zero personality. Lack of integrity...... I bought and had installed four new tires and two wiper blades today. There is a sign at each register that says they will give you a $50 discount if you are not offered the CitiBank credit card they're pushing during checkout. Once the work on my car was done, I went up to the register to pay. The cashier told me the cost for the final bill, I pulled out my card to pay, and was about to put into the machine...... then I asked for the discount since he had not offered that credit card. The cashier said I didn't give him enough time to make the offer and refused to give me the discount (even though I had been standing there for several minutes and he did tell me the cost and where to put my own credit card to pay). The tires and blades seem to have been installed correctly. But a lack of integrity like offering a discount and not following through appropriately is a non-starter for me. I stopped by Tire Kingdom - Pompano Beach today knowing I have had flat tires but not knowing what to expect in terms of having to get new tires or just patching it up. Christopher, at the front desk, could not have been more helpful from the beginning (and he was managing the busy front and phones by himself). I was just so impressed by his helpfulness and great spirit. They did a great job patching up the tire and when I need new ones, I'll definitely take it up there to get it done! read more

Super impressed with how hard working their employee Carey is. They did not have my tire size in stock at first but he made sure he got it delivered the same day and even changed my tire 10 min before closing. He was the only employee working inside and it was super busy but he managed to take care of everyone all on his own. Go see Carey if you need new tires!!! read more

sorry to say but this place is terrible!!!! not only do they talk intimidating to you trying to convince you you need a lot of additional service than what you came for! But they also act like they know what they're doing and their idiots! besides the greasy hand-prints All Around My Hood just for going there for an oil change! I also inquired to make sure they did not change the air pressure in my tires! they informed me they had changed them to manufacturer specifications!and they claim manufacturer specifications to be 55 lbs for the front of my truck and 80 lbs for the rear tires!!!! the tires stay right on them max PSI cold 65 PSI!!! totally recommend avoiding this place I will never go back there myself they're a bunch of young kids who talk like they know what they're doing and they're idiots!!! 0h! To top it off the man who corrected the air pressure in my tires once I found out what they had done was from corporate headquarters and he claims he verified that factory specs for 55 lbs front tires and 80 lbs rear tires on a GMC Sierra truck!!! 4 Thumbs down!!!! read more

This place is great. A special thank you to Terrance for going above and beyond on a Saturday afternoon, close to closing! We were trying to get air into the tire of a 1989 Mustang; the valve was shot and the lug nuts were stuck on (locked). We tried everything, including a trip to Northern Tool, an auto parts store, and brute strength. Nothing. Finally we took it to Tire Kingdom, where Terrance set right to work, and although he couldn't promise anything, in no time he had gotten the lug nuts off, filled all the tires, rotated them, and all with a great attitude and smile on his face. Signed up online for tire rotation and oil change. Got the car back with no tire rotation. They said I didn't check the box for that. It took almost an hour just for the oil and I wasn't about to waste any more time with them. They advertize one low price but then add on all these fees that make them on par with everyone else price wise. Save your self the hassle and go elsewhere. read more

I made an appointment for an oil change. During the hour and a half I was there for the oil change, I was told that I needed to fix my breaks and get a new tire. I said not now, because money is tight. I was told I could open a Tire Kingdom credit card. I just wanted my oil changed. Just wanted to give Tire Kingdom and the crew over there a huge thumbs up!!! They helped me out big time when I had one of the tires on my wife's tahoe separate from the sidewall. I told them I was on a budget and these guys went above and beyond to get me a new set of tires for the truck that were affordable and good quality. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in for oil change and to have them check my brakes because brake light came on. They said I need brake pads so I paid for this service. I drove away and all of a sudden I could not stop I almost rearended car in front of me. My 5yr son was the car with me. I immediately went to a Real mechanic shop and found put my brake line was cracked and fluid pouring out. Tire kingdoms incompetence almost caused me and my 5 yr old boy to be seriously hurt.
