Friend and hubby took the wrong oil filter back to them (in a different car) they threw it in the trash and said they used the correct filter and it wasn't the company's fault. Oilless vehicle was towed to a trustworthy mechanic who said the engine was toast and had to be replaced. Went to, called, and emailed this place with no response. At the shop they were told only the owner could help but he wasn't there and didn't respond to any calls or emails. Shop wouldn't give contact info for the owner and took our info and no one ever called them. Finally stalked the shop until they found the owner in the shop, and his response was if they would have taken that vehicle back they would have determined if it was their fault then they would have fixed it if it was broken. Shady owner kept saying it wasn't the shops fault and my friend was on the hook for $2700 to replace their engine. Owner wouldn't give any insurance information so she could file a claim and open an investigation.

Told me my rotors were good but lied ! Put new pads on damaged rotors. They would not come out to look at it even tho l had a warranty they gave me the run around and they didn't refund me my $ when I advised them of their mistakes and horrible job .
