After I told her I didn't want the membership, she quickly clicked through several prompts on the screen and tried to sign me up for the most expensive wash without mentioning it. I caught it in time and politely told her I didn't want the premium package. She rudely responded that if I wanted a "cheap" wash, the membership was the cheapest option. It's frustrating that getting a simple car wash has become such a hassle with pushy and rude upselling. After the wash, things didn't improve. We went to the vacuums and there wasn't a single clean towel at any station. Every clean towel dispenser was empty while the dirty towel bins were overflowing. I get out to speak to him and he starts to deny throwing the branch when I clearly saw him. When I ask him for his supervisor's number, he proceeds to cuss at my and harass me. I just got in my car and drove off for my safety because he was clearly unstable. I am going to be leaving a complaint for Osha on both of these companies.
