I set up an appointment and they showed up the date and time they promised. Took them 3 1/2 hours to complete it. Only thing they needed from my was to park it where I wanted it done and to have a water source. I asked for the standard exterior package and boy did they do a great job. My wife thought it was as pretty and cleaned as the day we picked it up from the dealership. The crew of two were very nice and answered any questions we had. They got to work immediately and I never saw them stop for a break. And it was a very hot day. We were very pleased with the results. Bobby isn't a jeffy lube. He is however, the most trust worthy mechanic in the town. Me and my family have been going to him for years. I can't tell you how many times Bobby has looked my mom in the eye and said. Lyn, grant can fix this himself you don't need to pay me to do it. The guy is a great diagnostician, and if it's something you can do on yourself he'll just be honest with you. One time my brother instead of going to him first decided they were gonna try and fix their car in the auto zone parking lot. Dumped a couple hundred dollars in parts trying to figure out what was wrong with it. They finally gave up and just towed it to Bobby's. He called back a few hours laughing "tell those knuckleheads, next time start with the cheapest fix, all that was wrong was a six dollar fuse." Didn't charge us nothing. It's so relieving to know your Mechanic is both skilled, and an honest god fearing man.
