Banister along inside wall

Due to safety concerns I needed a second banister installed on my staircase. Rafael Reyes did a fantastic job of installing. He is definitely a measure twice, cut once professional. Rene Martinez did a beautiful job as finisher. The banister, which wound up consisting of 4 parts, look like they were there originally there when the house was built. Michael Bell was the one who brought it all together. I am very pleased to have gone with this company. The price was reasonable for the quality of product and labor.

Stair railing - wood + rods

Had such an amazing experience with Titan Stairs. Our sales rep was Brandon - he is very thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. Absolutely enjoyed working with him. They scheduled the consultation rather quickly. When they arrived I shared examples of what I was looking for and what my price range was! They definitely stayed within price-range (I would even say they are affordable + great quality of materials) After the consultation we were asked to stop-by their show-room to select the style and stain for our stairs. They matched the stain extremely close to our floors which is exactly what we wanted. We then got scheduled 2 weeks out for the removal of the old stair railing / curb (they discarded the old items for us)! That same day was installation. Francis was our carpenter and installer. He showed great craftsmanship and had us review his process each step of the way to ensure our liking. A week later we were scheduled for stain and lacquer. Be aware that your pets need to be completely moved out of your home for a 24 hour period (we got a hotel nearby with our 2 cats)! They also brought a giant air purifier (I believe they called it a "scrubber") which removes the toxic stench the lacquer leaves behind. By the time we returned home the following day there was no sign of smell. The toxins were cleared away and we were back to our daily routine. Overall I highly recommend Titan. Their process is seamless, their customer service is absolutely amazing and your staircase will look beyond beautiful! 100% satisfied and so happy with the lovely upgrade to our home! Thank you Titan Team!

Scratches and wear on the tread
Wayne P.

I'd like to preface this review with the fact that I have two boys and a 55 pound dog. Most of the reviews on here are for recent installations. I'd like to share my perspective around quality after a little over two years of ownership. Purchasing new stairs is not a cheap project. I was quoted approx. $14k to replace my carpeted stairs and railing with wood treads, risers, side boards, and wood/metal railing. The sales person who sold my job assured me that my dog would not be an issue on the stairs. A few weeks after the job was completed, it was quite apparent that my dog WAS an issue. The stairs were heavily scratched. So much so that Titan came back out and refinished everything. They also acknowledged that my dog was going to continue to be an issue; the stairs would continue to scratch from my dog. As a result, they only charged me for new railings. Now, over two years later, the stairs are in such bad shape we have no choice but to replace them with stone. Additionally, the railing is showing significant signs of wear, to the point that it needs to be completely refinished. You can run your hand along the railing and feel areas where wood seams are starting to breakdown. I asked Titan to come out and take a look at how their work has fared over the last two years. Mike, one of the supervisors came out, took pictures of everything and went back to discuss with his boss. They called me and said that some of the wear is due to water causing the lacquer to break down. First of all, we don't mop our stairs. But if we did, the fact that some regular cleaning would be cause for the finish on the stairs to flake off doesn't speak well for the quality of the entire product. Second of all, (and again, we don't mop our stairs), water never touches the railing. Yet it also shows significant signs of scratches and finish wear. The original stairs we had were in the house for 16 years. We've owned this house for 8 of those years. The railing looked the same the day it was removed as it did on the day we moved in. Two years after installation, I can't say the railing looks anywhere near as good as it did when it was installed. Scratches, dings, chips, flaking finish are all currently present. Other minor complaints, but things you should be aware of is that Titan will not repair any drywall damaged during installation. We have some bullnose where unfinished drywall was exposed due to height differences in product used by Titan vs what was previously installed. They did not try to cover it. They will also not fill in baseboard gaps created when they install their stairs. Be prepared to fix things yourself or spend extra for a handyman to come in and take care of the new problems created by having your stairs replaced. Titan will say they use top quality products to finish their stairs. I will disagree. I've got the finished product and photos to prove it. There's a reason some of the other stair builders in town charge double to quadruple the price for their stairs. If you are looking for new stairs and care about how they will hold up to normal usage over the course of your home ownership, look somewhere else.

Damage not repaired by Titan Stairs.

Frustrating company overall to work with. Carpentry work is good though. Issues: Before putting the finish stain we decided to add a railing at the top of our stairs as well. I requested our original carpenter because his work was excellent. I was told it would take 5-weeks to get him back, and I agreed to wait because he was worth it. On the day of the additional install a completely different carpenter showed up and after calling Titan Stairs, they told me the guy I requested wasn't available. When the stain was applied we were informed it's a good idea to get out of the home because of the vapor, but we could return and sleep in our home that night. After being gone all day, we returned to black dust throughout the entire downstairs and part of the upstairs. It took me 3-hours to clean up. Requested a return to stain parts of the railing that was missed, they did return, but even after touch-ups, the stain is still not even throughout the railing. But I'm fed up and ready to be completely done with this company. Also, read the fine print, any damage they cause your home from the installation process is on you to fix. They don't do any repairs, so I had to hire a separate contractor.

Fading after 3 months.

Titan refuses to perform any warranty work for subpar staining work done to our floating stairs of our Pulte home. Fading 3 months after we closed on our new construction home. Multiple no shows for scheduled warranty appointments over the past year. When they did finally come, they said we used cleaning chemicals that caused the fading. Completely false, we were originally told to use nothing but with a cloth with water to clean the stairs which we did. Truly unreliable and will do what they can to weasel their way out of correcting their poor work. We've had other contractors look at the work and they said Titan used very cheap staining and did not apply enough coats. Do NOT recommend them whatsoever.

We had Titan Stairs redo our stair railings to modernize our home. We worked with Mike Bell and he was so patient with me as I can be a little indecisive. I changed the color a few times and he was so responsive to my calls and text messages. We're so pleased with the service and quality of work. Also, we wanted it completed before a party we have coming up and they were able to get it done without compromising quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking to update their stairs.

I had my handrails replaced this fall by Titan after getting bids from three places, they were the most affordable for the look I was after. I am very pleased with the work, especially the carpenter (I believe his name was David?). The stain and finish work people were far less reliable, but overall, I am pleased and would use them again!

Michael Bell and his team did an outstanding job replacing my old railing with something new and modern. The initial quote was quick and accurate (received the quote within 48 hours, two other companies I reached out to took several weeks). Michael and his team did exactly what they said they would do and they did it within the timeline they gave me in their quote. I had several other trades doing work in my house while they were installing/staining the railing, Michael's team worked around the other trades and made sure everyone had enough space to do their part. I never felt rushed, and Michael took the time to answer all of my questions prior to me accepting the bid. I am really impressed with the efficiency of his team and the quality of the product - it turned out even better than I was expecting.

We had an amazing experience with Titan Stairs! We scheduled a quote and Nick came to our house within a day. The entire process of removing our old railings and installing & staining the new railings took about 6 full days. Robert, our installer was outstanding! Every piece is custom-built. His attention to detail and great craftsmanship is simply fantastic. He is trustworthy and friendly and we enjoyed having him be a part of our remodel. Juan & Carlos stained the railings after they were built. They were on time, quick, and efficient. Every aspect of this experience was great! We are so happy with our finished product!!

I recently purchased an 8 year old home in Summerlin that needed an staircase update from a traditional look to modern design. Titan Stairs helped me refine my design idea and matched competitive quotes. They were communicative, on time, clean and professional. I couldn't be more happy with the final result. The Titan team was fantastic - Mike, Dave and Rene. Thank you!

Outdated Stairs

Wow, I can't believe this will be the first review. So, if you ever thought about replacing your old dated stairs and rails then look no further. Once we purchased our house, my wife and I knew right away that we wanted something modern to give our home a more polished look. After doing some due diligence on the web, we narrowed our search to 2 companies. We contacted Titan Stairs and Nick, the project manager, came over to our home so we could discuss what we envisioned our stairs and railings to look like. A day later Nick provided us a proposal with the cost and options. After contacting the second company and getting their proposal, we settled on Titan Stairs. Once my wife and I settled on the plans we were ready to roll! OH, don't forget to mention the $200 discount from the Home magazine you see at the grocery stores. The gentleman who built our stairs was Keith. He was very professional and I was surprised how quickly he worked. He was able to remove the old stairs and complete the new stairs and rails in 2 days. He cleaned up and left everything in order once he finished. We were then ready for the next step which was to get it stained. Although the staining process took 2 days, the 2nd day was mainly for touch up and clean up. I'm glad that we didn't fully move in yet because the odor was pretty strong. Just make sure you keep the windows open for a few hours. Just some things I wanted to point out. Titan stairs only works on stairs so we were on the hook for any drywall repairs and paint touch-up work caused by the installation of the new stairs and rails. I knew that right away so I didn't have any issues with that. (Please see my other review on company I hired to take care of this). The company requested 50% of the payment at the start of the project and the remaining balance once it was completed. Also, if you were planning on removing the carpet on your steps, I would really suggest doing the rails first. I definitely would recommend Titan Stairs. My family couldn't be happier with the results! They do amazing stairs and rails and I'm sure you will be completely satisfied with their work and the company's professionalism. We've already gotten rave reviews from our family and friends. Thanks Titan Stairs!

Here is the finished product

Michael Bell Project Manager at Titan Stairs is the best. He is reliable, efficient and extremely professional. Titan replaced our glass railing with a wood and metal railing in record time. Their employees were professional, neat and the job was meticulously done. I definitely recommend Titan Stairs for any indoor railing projects. Best in the Las Vegas area

Out with the old!

Titan Stairs just completed our new stair railing. Happy with their competitive price, good communication throughout the entire process, and the workers' attention to detail. Highly recommend them and love the new look to our home!

Our architect recommended Jerezee Construction, and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Roye. For the first time in months, I finally felt like there was hope for our project. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. A special thank you to Roye, who led the project with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Cisco, our project manager, kept everything moving smoothly and was always responsive, communicative, and had a smile on his face. Candace was wonderful to work with, helping us navigate design decisions and select materials that perfectly fit our vision. Ian brought great energy from the very first phone call and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless by coordinating and handling all of the administrative details that happen behind the scenes on a project of this size and complexity. One thing that really stood out was the pride they took in their work. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded every expectation we had. They were transparent throughout the process, communicated openly, and consistently demonstrated that they genuinely cared about the success of our project--not just completing another job. Remodeling is a significant investment, and you want to know you're putting that investment in the right hands. Jerezee proved that time and time again. The quality of their work, professionalism, and unwavering dedication made every dollar well spent. If you're looking for a contractor in Las Vegas or the Mount Charleston area, Jerezee Construction is the team to call. We are absolutely thrilled with our cabin remodel and would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire Jerezee team--even those I didn't mention by name. Every person we interacted with played a part in making this project a success, and it was truly a pleasure working with all of you!

We hired Jerezee Construction to remodel our three bathrooms because they were the middle bid and…read morethe owner seemed like he cared and was involved. When we first met with him we had high hopes, but it soon became obvious their field work and the office are on different pages. The quality of their work is poor, and they do not seem to take any pre-cautions to protect work they have completed. The new floor and marble countertop we had installed was severely scratched before it was even turned over and they argued we were being too picky and would not fix it. The quality and timeliness of their work was so substandard, we decided to have them only complete two of the three bathrooms and we went with another contractor for the 3rd who was much more prepared. If you have a standard bathroom with no high-end fixtures or finishes, I think they would do fine. I do not think they are used to working with anything that requires quality or higher finishes. The timing was also twice what they promised, so just be prepared to have it take longer if you go with them. When we decided to go our separate ways, it was noted in the final paperwork they would support any issues we had when completing the 3rd bathroom, as they had bought a large portion of the material. Well, we had issues and reached out to the office and the owner (Roy) who never called me back. I actually spoke to their office who assured me someone would call, but never did. We had to re-purchase some cabinets they had provided for the 3rd bathroom as it had parts missing because of damage caused by their own workers who installed the door pulls wrong and it damaged the face of the cabinets. Apparently, they never replaced the items and would not even call us back so we could find out how to get more. Very poor customer service. DO NOT USE Jerezee Construction unless you want a big headache. We have photos of their work and can provide more information if you would like. We had originally planned to not write a review but after they would not call us back for material support, we felt it was warranted to warn others about their business practices. You have been warned. Stay away! I need to update my review since another person called mine into question. The communication was poor and Roye did not check in with us during the project once. Maybe our project of $45K for 3 bathrooms was not big enough to get the support needed, but the final product and organization was very poor. Even after we parted ways, we were assured they would offer at least warranty support for the bathroom they did and on materials but we could not even get a call back. I said it before and will say it one more time. If your project is small and low quality finishes and you have no timeframe for completion, then choose them. If you want the finish product to be undamaged and finish within the original time agreed upon, choose another GC. We found another GC to complete our master bathroom and entire upstairs and it was night and day. DO NOT USE JEREZEE

The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested.
