Their appointment scheduling is not good here! I tried to give this place a try multiple times and they continue to mess up I was scheduled for an appointment with a nail tech they over booked that nail tech and I had to go with someone else.. another attempt I made an appointment at 9:30am the nail tech still wasn't there I had showed up early.... 9:40am came she still wasn't there I upset and walked out . Ruby did my daughters nails. Really nice job but only taking her here for special occasions because they are overwhelmingly expensive. The total was $198 with gel pedicure. I will say it lasted a total of 3 weeks but still too much for 2 week maintenance routine. read more

Got my nails done today by Aillyn. I'm super happy with them. My nails are exactly what I asked for and she was very careful and gentle. Price was very reasonable for full set. Unfortunately I followed a friend's recommendation and didn't check the reviews for myself. Worst place ever. The nail technician Joecy is the rudest person ever. I came for a fill since my regular place didn't have appointments. I asked het to use a similar color and her answer was.. if you what the same.. you have to go back to the place where you got it. I'm like.. I know.. I said similar. She did my fills like in 20 mins and the result.. ugly.. nasty color mix. She didn't even smoothen the acrylic out and my nails look and feel like a bumpy road. worse experience ever!!! read more

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

This place is outstandingly deserves a 5 stars. I've been here for a while now that they remember my name as a regular even with friendly greetings every time! First off this place is very clean, everyone has their own equipment package that sanitized throughly, and clean their pedicure chairs after usage. Friendly talks from time to time. The lighting and the atmosphere here is really relaxing and a great place for stress free. Secondly their staffs are very professional and quick with their tasks. Their designs are very nice and up to standard with their Instagram pictures (@Titopnailslincolnheights). The designs are amazing. They also replies to their customer comments. Thirdly their prices are reasonable and affordable. There are so much shapes and designs to talk about that I cannot even describes through words because they're all amazing. My money was well spent here. Lastly they take CASH ONLY! They do have a parking in the back or you can use local street parking in the residential areas. I had an awful expereince at this salon. I came here thinking I would get my nails done for Mother's Day and from the momment I walked in , the staff started speaking in Vietnamese to which I understood. I may not be fluent, but I understood enough to know they were talking trash about almost everyone in the salon. It's incredibly disrespectful and made me feel completely unwelcome. On top of that, the work enviroment is a mess. The technicians were arguing with each other either quietly around the customers or in another room. It's clear some of them genuinely don't like each other even though they work with eachother. How are customers supposed to relax in that kind of enviroment? Service wasn't great either, too busy gossiping and fighting, could've finished my nails quicker and it wasn't that nice for taking that long. I left humiliated and disappointed. Love this place. From the moment we checked in you get checked for your temperature and all the stations are nicely cleaned and sanitized and you're not all bunched together. Love my acrylic nails so fire and on point exactly what I wanted and we even added little butterflies and they were just so cute. The Highlight for me was the pedicure I didn't get the lady's name but she was the sweetest she did the best job on my pedicure the color the way she cut my nails she didn't hurt me on the sides. I'm over all very happy with this place definitely will be coming back. my sister-in-law's also got two acrylic sets done and they are beautiful, would definitely check them out. read more

Horrible. The wait is ridiculous. They take their sweet time doing them and you would think they would look amazing. Mediocre. I had to tell her to file my pedi down. And then they told me I still had to wait 20min to get my fill done. I left. It was 6pm. They close at 6:45. What kind of job were they going to do on my nails?? Be prepared to wait 2-3hrs.
