The location is always busy and sometimes 80% full. They have maybe 8-10 tables inside. We came in and were seated quickly the staff was awesome she explained everything about our SGV redemption and we orders some XLB dumplings as well. We both redeemed our deals as ended up with 20 free pan fried dumplings. We got to try 4 types of the pan fried plates. We ate the chicken, shrimp & cabbage, fish and pork. Dim sum combo came with 1 radish cake with preserved meat, 1 steamed BBQ pork bun, 1 shrimp dumpling with chives, and 1 lava egg yolk with gold foil. Every item in the combo tasted delicious. Flavors were on point. Portions were good. If I had to rank them from top to bottom picks, it would be (1) shrimp dumpling, (2) lava egg yolk, (3) radish cake, (4) BBQ pork bun. I dined-in on an early Sunday evening. They were not busy at all. It must have been the heat... maybe no one wants to eat out on a hot day.
