Great little sushi spot in the Target shopping plaza. The inside is clean and decor is cute like a small cafe. The sushi was fresh and nicely presented. The servers were very attentive and checked in with us multiple times. We ordered the edamame, rainbow roll, a variety of nigiri sushi and tempura with udon. Giving four stars because as a vegetarian, there is only apps that I could eat. They have shishito peppers, veg tempura, edamame, and veg egg rolls. So definitely some items to snack on but nothing much heavier. My husband and his friends tried the spicy tonkatsu ramen and thought it was super delicious. They'll probably be back, but I probably won't because of the limited veg options. But for those with no dietary restrictions, worth checking out! read more

The place is small and if you come during prime hours, you're going to have to wait. My only two gripes is something I feel can be fixed... service was slow. They were nice but they are understaffed! Having one additional waiter and one additional chef would have likely turned the tables over quicker. Second issue that can easily be fixed. Put the beer glasses in a fridge!!! Bringing out a bottle of beer to be poured in a luke warm glass isn't as delicious as pouring it in an ice cold glass. That's it. All in all, glad we came before it got too busy. We started with sharing a large Sapporo beer and chicken karaage. My wife ordered the chicken katsu and spicey tuna combination and I ordered the chicken teriyaki and california roll combination. You can tell how fresh the fish is by the color of the tuna. So good! The service was great! The waiters came and checked on us. Since the restaurant is cozy, make sure you make a reservation ahead of time if you have a big party. If you come between 5:00-6:30, it's happy hour so everything is 15% off. This place was amazing!! To start off with, they were so welcoming and friendly when we arrived. With such a delicious looking menu, I didn't know where to start but two hand rolls, baked mussels, the baked crab yellowtail tail and then rock shrimp rolls later-we were stuffed! Everything was so fresh and yummy. My friend mentioned it was my birthday and they surprised us with green tea ice cream that was so smooth and delicious. This restaurant has so much potential though! It's right by the Target and the infamous Grano's italian restaurant. What caught our eye was the 15% off for it being a new restaurant in the plaza. First impressions; we were greeted quickly and was brought to a table for our most recent trip. Our table and surrounding tables were cleaned right away after other guests have left. My favorite is the trio belly sushi. You get toro, salmon belly, and yellowtail belly for $19. One bite each. It is pricy but reasonable for quality sushi. It wasn't melt in your mouth however. Their press sushi is trending but it's not my favorite personally I'll just stick to the nigiri and sashimi. 6 pieces of the press hon bluefin tuna for $19. It is a lot of rice and packed in with the toppings. We ordered rolls this time to try. Rock shrimp roll, sunlight roll, and one more but I forgot the name. Happy hour is from 5-6:30pm you get 15% off for dine in only. Closed on Mondays. Tuesday-Saturday is 11:30-2:30pm and then opens again at 5pm. They also have ramen, teriyaki, and bento boxes but we haven't tried those yet. Maybe next time. Thank you again Chef Ewon and Chef Adi. Their interior is really cute as well - lovely decor and feels very clean! They currently have Happy Hour where you get 15% off all items from 5-6:30PM from Tuesday to Sunday. Stumbled upon this place, we usually grab food next door and I got curious. Looked at the restaurant and i thought the decor was nice and saw it had multiple 5 star reviews. My husband and I dined on Sunday night and OMG!!! Found our new favorite local spot, we tried the Yellowtail Vista roll and it was so freaking delicious.
