The bread in the banh mi is really good; very fresh and just the right amount of chewiness. The banh mi is smaller than other places, but just as tasty. The pate on the banh mi was perfect and I thought the ratio with the meat and veggies was good. The sugar cane juice was also really good; not too sweet. We ordered when we arrived, but it didn't take too long to order. Though, initially we were given an order that wasn't ours and when my husband grabbed his cafe sua da, it spilled on him. But they were very apologetic and gave him another cup. I'd definitely recommend checking out Avian for their banh mi if you're in the area.
