I could tell the coffee was very much my taste. I went back inside after I finished my latte and talked to the girl at the counter for a little while. She helped me choose a bag of coffee to bring home, talk to me about the flavor, nuances and let me smell them, etc.. She also introduced me to the owner/Roster who happened to be there at the time. He and his wife are from Columbia and all of their beans are sourced from there and then he roasts them for sale locally. He was telling me that he's been roasting coffee beans in San Diego for other coffee shops and he still does that but he opened his first coffee shop in 2018.
