This is my favorite place to grab donuts in PB! Their donuts are fresh and good quality for an affordable price. I've really liked their maple twist and chocolate donuts. The ham and cheese croissants are bomb too! The cereal topped donuts look great as well, I'm looking forward to trying them out soon. They give great service and are friendly whenever I come in. This is a great place to quickly stop by and grab a treat in the morning or any time of day.

The donuts were all soooooo greasy. The breakfast sandwiches were simple and good. We couldn't eat any of the donuts. So gross.

"Old School" pink box quality! Best around. Maple Bacon, apple fritters, cinnamon rolls fantastic.

Ok the donuts here are always fantastic but today I tried the Apple burrito for the first time and my god my life has totally changed for the better. I'm never going to forget this moment. These crispy, flaky, apple filled pieces of heaven are like a mind-altering substance. As soon as I took the first bite I was compelled to just crave these things for the rest of my life. It's like an angelic improved version of an Apple fritter. These things fell from heaven and landed in Lucky Donuts House. Wowzers!

I'm totally into these donuts! They were so fresh! There was the perfect amount of filling in them. The donut holes just melted in our mouths. I'll definitely be back!

I'm not sure if they are having an off day, but I am not a fan. I usually love apple fritters and I could only eat a few bites of this one. It's so greasy! The flavor of the oil overpowered the donut, and I didn't taste any apple. I tried a bite of the old fashioned glazed hoping for a better experience, and it was also very greasy. Overall, not a great experience. The few bites of donuts I did have left me feeling sick from all the grease. I should add that delivery was quick, but that's a bit of a non-starter given that the donuts are inedible.

Came in on a a Friday morning to pick up donuts for the office. I'm a huge fan of these mom& pop type donut shops because they're usually super friendly and have really fresh donuts. My experience here though.. not worth coming here for. The lady at the counter is rather rude. I ordered a dozen donuts ($11.50) but it costs more If you get any from the top row which are their "specialty donuts". With two speciality donuts it's came out to $13.39. They have all sorts of flavors ranging from original glazed, sugar, twists, maple bars, chocolate, fruity pebbles, cookies and cream, coconut, etc. Each individual donut starts at $1.29. On my way out, I asked for another box to separate the dozen donuts I bought and she looked at me RUDELY saying that she'd have to charge me more for an extra box. My bad, could've just nicely said no.. Donuts taste alright, not different from the ones you pick up from Vons or Ralphs. It's located at the end of Garnet in Pacific Beach closer to the ocean and PB traffic so it's also not the most convenient place to get to. Skip this place and go to Rose Donuts in Linda Vista!

We received a variety of donuts for the office earlier this week, so I chose the chocolate cream filled one. There was an adequate amount of cream inside, but overall it tasted okay. The other donuts looked good though!

5/11/2026 CHOCO CHIP…read morePISTACHIO COOKIE Wow! This was reeeeally good! It was crispy on the outside and slightly chewy on the inside. Lots of chocolate and I think they added toffee in it too. The middle section had pistachio frangipane (or it looked like it) with coarsely chopped pistachios that brought another layer of crunch! Then to top it all off, it had pistachio cream on top of the cookie! I only wish I got another one. CAPPUCCINO It was okay. But love the foam! It was frothy and foamy! PAVLOVA The meringue was a bit too hard and too sweet and the pastry cream was overwhipped. Loved the fresh fig and blueberries though. I was looking forward to eating pavlova and this was very disappointing! KOUIGN AMANN Very buttery and sticky! Crispy on the outside. Every bite was not dry, but chewy. There was this sticky and chewy texture that wasn't unpleasant, yet it wasn't fully flaky like a croissant. But glad it was not dry! The kouign amann was not as tall like others I've tried, but I preferred it this way because it was not dry. The last kouign amann I had from Bread Lounge was dryyyy. But bought mine at a coffee shop too. PAIN AU CHOCOLAT Crispy on the outside, but I must have toasted a bit more, so the outside was a bit more toasted than desired. Inside was good. Good dark chocolate. BUTTER CROISSANT Really buttery, flaky, crispy! Ate it next day, so reheated it in the toaster oven to bring a more crispness all around. Really enjoyed this! Adding butter and jam is so good! LEMON MERINGUE Meringue had a strong eggy smell and flavor, the lemon was tangy, but not enough to rid of the eggy smell and flavor. The tart was hard and almost stale. I took a few bites and threw the rest out. PAIN SUISSE Chocolate flavor. Crispy on the outside, fluffy like a light spongy cake inside. Enjoyed this! CUSTOMER SERVICE Got there early afternoon. There was only one person in front of me. Good service overall. Quick service. Hits and misses of the various pastries I've tried. It will not deter me from trying their pastries though, as the really good ones were really good! Would love to return! Especially for that Choco Chip Pistachio Cookie! LOCATED INSIDE ANOTHER STORE Located inside a store called Floral Palette, which is a floral shop and specialty gift store. Beautiful store! The sign is big, so you cannot miss it!

This is such a cute shop with inside and outside seating. There is a small amount of seating near the windows but more outside around the back. Went on the holiday weekend and it took about 40 minutes to get through the line (started outside on sidewalk) to get my drink and cake slice. My favorite thing here is the lotus biscoff cheesecake $12. Their biscoff matcha is just okay. Note, they charge $7 for their matcha and then charge additional for biscoff, milk preference and foam. The orange blossom latte is good but very sweet. Their drinks run on the sweet side. Be sure to ask for half sweet if needed. I saw so many people ask for their drinks to be remade because it was too sweet and it really impacted the workers. I have tried some other desserts but just wasn't a fan. Before driving over, I even called the store to make sure they had it. To my surprise, someone actually answered, confirmed they had one slice left, and even offered to hold it for me. My mood instantly changed. After the day I'd had, I was genuinely excited and headed there immediately. I arrived less than 10 minutes later, only to be told they didn't have it after all. To make matters worse, they claimed they don't even hold desserts for customers. It wasn't just disappointing--it was incredibly frustrating. If they couldn't hold it, I would have understood. But giving me false hope and having me rush over for nothing completely ruined the experience. What was supposed to be a small bright spot in my day turned into an even bigger disappointment. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a bad impression that I won't be returning. There are plenty of other bakeries in the area, and I'll be looking forward to trying those instead.
