I have seen suggestions that you try and arrive 15 minutes before your class but not the 5 minute rule. I can't control the traffic and the street repair in my neighborhood caused me to wait for my lane of traffic to move. but one minute!? I looked online for a way to reach out to the management but could find no links. I am very unhappy to lose my $30+ for a one minute error. I hope they see this and contact me. Even with 6 or 7 students in the studio using 3 or 4 different pieces of equipment, they coach with succinct clarity to each individuals needs. Their knowledge and ability is impressive and you see the results in students bodies over time. For me, life changing! I started at this studio after a year at one in Chamblee (who were great instructors but constantly talked politics). I was preparing for spine surgery and safe strength training was in needed. My (fusion) surgery was November if 2022 and I was back at Pilates by January (which my surgeon approved over regular PT after reading the instructor bios) and in the weight room by May. I'm stronger and leaner at 60 than I was at 35. On top of the amazing results is I always feel fantastic after an hour at Align Movement and Design. I know the work I do there pays off and they have taught me a home practice I can take anywhere with no equipment. FANTASTIC place. If you check it out, we will meet there.
