My girlfriend and I had never tried indian food before this place, im actually writing this just after we got home. This place is amazing. We were both a little skeptical at first but it was probably some of the most unique foods we ever had. We got the Chicken tikka masala and butter chicken with garlic naan. absolutely outstanding. Not only that but the service was exceptional. The lady was so nice and treated us with nothing but respect. The rest itself was beautiful. We went around 11am so there wasnt a lot of people there but it was fancier than we had expected. A very very nice experience for our first time trying Indian food, and if you are curious but nervous about it, obviously its different but it was so good. Very much meh. As you can see in the photo, the cheese naan was very much not cheesy and gross, the garlic naan was underwhelming and almost no chicken in the "chicken masala". Pretty poor experience to be honest and I won't go back. I'm from out of town so they're not really losing much. read more

Unfortunately, the food from TO 5 Bollywood grill was pretty lackluster. We ordered the butter chicken and also the chicken tikka masala, which are kind of my standard orders from a new Indian place I'm trying. Both dishes lacked seasoning and tasted kind of bland to be honest. The rice that came with the dishes was slightly undercooked and needed a few more minutes of cooking time for them to be enjoyable. The cheese naan was very spicy, which I wasn't expecting. Usually cheese naan is just naan with cheese in it, but this very clearly was very spicy. The plain naan we ordered was stiff and not soft when it came to us. The high points of the meal were the vegetable Samosa and the gulab jasmine. Although, the peas were slightly undercooked in the fried vegetable Samosa, the side sauces were tasty. The gulab jamin was cooked perfectly, and came in the nice amount of cardamom flavored sauce. Overall a disappointing meal. We tried somewhere new, and it just didn't work out. Probably won't be back. read more

Butter chichen - 2/5 If you know authentic butter chichen, you'll know it's not supposed to literally taste like butter, which is what we received. It's still flavorful overall, but not at all butter chicken/makhani Chana masala 1/5 - very oily and a lot of liquid with no flavor or depth at all in this chickpea dish Samosa - 4/5 - pretty decent and has good flavor. Naan - 3/5 - very inconsistent thickness in the Naan. You'll get areas that are perfect and fluffy, and in other areas, you'll get a thin chip like wafer Tried this place based on great reviews, and this 100% missed the mark on being Indian food. Decided to door dash some Indian food and this place hit the spot. The medium spice had just enough for what I was wanting. Each dish come with rice which is nice. The rice was flagrant with saffron. It was very good. The chicken in the Saag chicken was tender. The korma was delicious. The theme here is fun! There were giant paintings/posters of Bollywood actors on all of the walls. The interior design is going for a fancy Italian night? Not sure how else to describe it. The garlic naan was a banger! Don't come here without trying it. I will be eating my way through their naan menu. The heat scale here is mild, medium, hot. My sister and I drove an hour round trip craving chicken korma and placed two orders (nearly $50 total) only to receive the wrong sauce entirely: a bland, raisin-free gravy with zero coconut flavor and a burnt garlic naan. The next day we called, and the manager pulled our 8:47 PM receipt, acknowledged they'd have been closed by the time we got home and admitted there was no way we could've called back that evening, yet still flatly refused to help because "we don't fix orders from the previous day." First I was not expecting it to have a romance theme but it does so put this on your date night list. The menu has everything you could want for Indian cuisine without being overwhelming with choices. I got the combo appetizer and a spicy onion salad to start. Also some wine. Very good all around. This being my first time here, I had to get the chicken tikka because that is just how I judge an Indian restaurant against the others. It was a great portion size, with a side of fluffy rice, I got a spice level 4 and it came out exactly what I think of as a four. Really nice meal at TO5 with friendly service. We've had takeout from here before but this was our first time dining in. And I will always remember this location as a Godfathers Pizza no matter how many restaurant concepts it houses over the years, that said, I hope that this particular one sticks around for a while, because I would definitely revisit again. Everything from the appetizers through the entrées and desserts were all very tasty and I feel like I didn't have to completely empty my wallet when the bill came. Some of the best Indian I've ever had! I've tried chicken tikki masala, butter chicken, Chana masala, Alu Matar, and my favorite Chi-Cha! Also tried garlic and cheese naan (garlic is better), Bollywood combination, and the mango lassi. Not one thing I tried was bad! It's a hit or miss. I was ordering from this place pretty often on grubhub. Sometimes the rice is good, and perfect, sometimes it's under cooked sometimes it's overcooked. The last order , rice was so hard I had to toss it and made my own rice and ate it with the sauce. read more

Finally had a chance to stop in for dinner. I've been wanting to get here for awhile now. We came on around 5:30 on a Saturday and the place was dead, this is unfortunate the food was excellent, I really hope this was not a normal Saturday. The hostess/server was very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed every bite. The lamb Krahi Masala I am craving still. I really really enjoyed the Kabuli naan! My wife has to eat gluten free and we had no issues, she just didn't get to enjoy the naan. The building is very beautiful. You can tell that it used to be a different restaurant but you feel like you're in a fine-dining restaurant! The waitress was very attentive and it was a quality meal. The chicken tiki Marsala was ordered with medium spice and it was just the right amount of kick without being overwhelming but our friend said it was too much! So, if you like spice, i would suggest ordering medium and if you don't- probably go for the mild cause it might make your nose run and you'll need some water. We randomly decided to stop in Christmas Eve. There was one other table besides us, but there was a steady flow of take out orders. The atmosphere is quite cozy. We started with the combo sampler for an appetizer. The 2 sauces were so fresh and flavorful! Our main courses, butter chicken and lamb vindaloo, were equally great. We had plenty of leftovers and they sent us home with extra rice. On our way out, we noticed they had free hot masala tea. We grabbed a to go cup and enjoyed it on our way home. Our usual Indian place for takeout was closed on Monday so we tried the nearby Bollywood Grill. Just wow! We thought it was better than our regular place. I always get the chicken korma and my spouse does the tikki masala. We ordered vegetable samosas but forgot the garlic naan. The sweet sauce it came with was fantastic as was the chutney. It wasn't just green liquid like some are but was thick and flavorful. My spouse was impressed with the interior - cool and elegant - and wants to dine in person next time. The restaurant is located in 75th and Pacific in the spot where a Mexican place had previously been, it was nice, clean and quite inside. The menu has all of my favorites, samosas, Tikka masala, korma, briyani, plus alot more. The portion sizes were nice, the spice level was spot on, especially on the chicken Tikka masala, some of the best I've ever had in fact. The naan was also good, as were the appetizers that our group ordered. The instagram posts and the Yelp reviews and their website led me to a place I drive past everyday but never stopped. This was a to go order. The chicken tandoori ($14) is good, part white meat, mostly dark meat, served with rice. The sauce that comes with it, separately is other worldly. That means yum. Like previous reviews mentioned, we used that sauce on everything including the naan. Curry with chicken $14, is also very good, swimming in its own sauce, very meaty, served with rice. I ordered it as mild and it leaned spicy. Garlic naan, highlight, $4, large and fresh. Next time we'll order 4 of them. Very fresh. We had 2 soups, one was Dal $5 which is lentil soup, blended with other veggies and was very good, not salty and not spicy. Mulligatawny soup, $6 spicy and not the mulligatawny that I am used to having. Spicy in red sauce, lots of meat, chicken, beef probably lamb. If you like hearty soup, this is for you. Dal was better to me. Last item was papadam $4 which is like a snack cracker. Good for to go, they have warm bags and include utensils & napkins. They got my to go order correct which gets bonus points. This is on 78th & Pacific strip mall. Dinner for 2 with a 15% tip for a to go order was about $50. Pretty good meal deal. read more

Beautiful inside and great food; only set back for the night was one server for the entire restaurant but she was doing awesome! A group of friends selected three main courses and a couple desserts. We all loved our main courses; picking from top hot spice to mild spice. I was traveling with family and decided to give this place a try. It was a nice restaurant playing bollywood music. I took my order to go. The indo-Chinese lady at the front is flirty with men. She was laughing and joking with men and with ladies she was blank face, no smile. As far as food was concerned, we ordered palak paneer, veg biryani, dal and nan. Dal tadka was good spicy and good flavors. Palak paneer was the best, medium spice level. Plain nan was light and crisp, it was a good pair with palak. Veg biryani was a flop. Oof. I don't normally leave such low star reviews so this pains me to say, but this was just... really disappointing. I didn't think it was even possible for Indian food to be this bland. I ordered medium spice chicken tikka masala & my boyfriend ordered spicy lamb vindaloo. Neither really had any spice or flavor to them at all. I'm not always in the mood for spicy even when I'm ordering Indian, so I wouldn't have minded if the lack of spice was the only issue, but it was lacking flavor overall. Max's vindaloo was even more disappointing because it was *supposed* to be spicy, and it tasted like he had ordered it extra mild. The garlic naan was alright - it was thin & too charred, so some of the thinnest parts were burnt. Not super garlicy either. I read the Yelp reviews first & had my hopes up, but was just really underwhelmed... Maybe it was just a fluke? Hopefully they can work on their recipes because Indian food should be full of flavor & not whatever this was. read more

This place is a gem. This was our second time here and it was amazing! We ordered Korba with lamb as our protein, butter chicken, Katoos salad and the cherry coconut naan bread. Every single dish was excellent. My new favorite is the Lamb Korba. We ordered medium and it's a creamy slightly spicy dish with raisins. The combination is excellent. Butter chicken is also very good and picky teenager approved. It's the only thing he will he besides ramen and pizza. Our server was timely, friendly and overall just a pleasant person.
