Unfortunately, the food from TO 5 Bollywood grill was pretty lackluster. We ordered the butter chicken and also the chicken tikka masala, which are kind of my standard orders from a new Indian place I'm trying. Both dishes lacked seasoning and tasted kind of bland to be honest. The rice that came with the dishes was slightly undercooked and needed a few more minutes of cooking time for them to be enjoyable. The cheese naan was very spicy, which I wasn't expecting. Usually cheese naan is just naan with cheese in it, but this very clearly was very spicy. The plain naan we ordered was stiff and not soft when it came to us. The high points of the meal were the vegetable Samosa and the gulab jasmine. Although, the peas were slightly undercooked in the fried vegetable Samosa, the side sauces were tasty. The gulab jamin was cooked perfectly, and came in the nice amount of cardamom flavored sauce. Overall a disappointing meal. We tried somewhere new, and it just didn't work out. Probably won't be back.

Decided to door dash some Indian food and this place hit the spot. The medium spice had just enough for what I was wanting. Each dish come with rice which is nice. The rice was flagrant with saffron. It was very good. The chicken in the Saag chicken was tender. The korma was delicious. The garlic bread had a couple of inconsistencies in it (soft with crispy side, a little over cooked in one part), but overall it was still really good.

The theme here is fun! There were giant paintings/posters of Bollywood actors on all of the walls. The interior design is going for a fancy Italian night? Not sure how else to describe it. The garlic naan was a banger! Don't come here without trying it. I will be eating my way through their naan menu. The heat scale here is mild, medium, hot. I like spice but not too much that I am crying so I went mild and wish I would have gone medium. If that helps with ordering. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First I was not expecting it to have a romance theme but it does so put this on your date night list. The menu has everything you could want for Indian cuisine without being overwhelming with choices. I got the combo appetizer and a spicy onion salad to start. Also some wine. Very good all around. This being my first time here, I had to get the chicken tikka because that is just how I judge an Indian restaurant against the others. It was a great portion size, with a side of fluffy rice, I got a spice level 4 and it came out exactly what I think of as a four. If you like a more tangy tomato flavor in your chicken tikka this is perfect for you. Garlic naan was not too think, a little crispy and very buttery. Perfect. Service was great. Also they have a small bar. Loved it will be back!

Really nice meal at TO5 with friendly service. We've had takeout from here before but this was our first time dining in. And I will always remember this location as a Godfathers Pizza no matter how many restaurant concepts it houses over the years, that said, I hope that this particular one sticks around for a while, because I would definitely revisit again. Everything from the appetizers through the entrées and desserts were all very tasty and I feel like I didn't have to completely empty my wallet when the bill came. It's probably not my favorite Indian restaurant in town but it's a nearby location I'm happy to visit again.

It's a hit or miss. I was ordering from this place pretty often on grubhub. Sometimes the rice is good, and perfect, sometimes it's under cooked sometimes it's overcooked. The last order , rice was so hard I had to toss it and made my own rice and ate it with the sauce.

Finally had a chance to stop in for dinner. I've been wanting to get here for awhile now. We came on around 5:30 on a Saturday and the place was dead, this is unfortunate the food was excellent, I really hope this was not a normal Saturday. The hostess/server was very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed every bite. The lamb Krahi Masala I am craving still. I really really enjoyed the Kabuli naan! My wife has to eat gluten free and we had no issues, she just didn't get to enjoy the naan. Overall we will come back, the prices were standard for the cuisine and area. The place is a bit classy looking as far as décor goes. Very relaxed and chill.

The building is very beautiful. You can tell that it used to be a different restaurant but you feel like you're in a fine-dining restaurant! The waitress was very attentive and it was a quality meal. The chicken tiki Marsala was ordered with medium spice and it was just the right amount of kick without being overwhelming but our friend said it was too much! So, if you like spice, i would suggest ordering medium and if you don't- probably go for the mild cause it might make your nose run and you'll need some water. The rice was great and she brought out more as we requested it! It was mouthwatering, filling and it was very good!! The meal feels a little pricey for chicken and rice with sauce, but it was very good and would probably come back again!

We dined at Bollywood tonight. Located on 75th and pacific. As you may know I love Indian food. Was very pleasantly surprised. We order vegetable samosas. I had the Saag with lamb spicy. Wife had the Krahi all veggie. We had one plain naan and one bullet naan. The food was great! Hot and delicious! The menu is a bit limited compared to a lot of other spots in town. But what they do have is awesome ! Check out Bollywood.

We randomly decided to stop in Christmas Eve. There was one other table besides us, but there was a steady flow of take out orders. The atmosphere is quite cozy. We started with the combo sampler for an appetizer. The 2 sauces were so fresh and flavorful! Our main courses, butter chicken and lamb vindaloo, were equally great. We had plenty of leftovers and they sent us home with extra rice. On our way out, we noticed they had free hot masala tea. We grabbed a to go cup and enjoyed it on our way home. I can't believe we had never tried this spot before! Very reasonably priced. We will definitely be taking our friends here!

I was seriously craving Indian food while visiting Omaha during Memorial Day weekend, and luckily,…read moreKarnali was the only Indian restaurant open nearby that day. We reached the restaurant around 3:30 - 4 PM for a late lunch, and there were a few people dining inside. The restaurant was very clean, the tables were well arranged, and the Indian music playing in the background gave the place a nice cozy vibe. We started with the tandoori chicken and then ordered garlic naan, butter chicken, and two chais for the main meal. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, but it was different from the typical restaurant-style tandoori chicken. It tasted more homemade with regular spices, without the bright red color or smoky restaurant flavor. Still, it was really good. The best part of the meal was actually the sauce served with the chicken. It tasted like a spicy tomato-onion gravy, almost similar to butter chicken sauce, and honestly, I wish the butter chicken we took later had been cooked in that same sauce because it was delicious. The butter chicken was tasty overall - rich and creamy, though the garlic naan could have been better. The naan felt a little too dry and could have used more butter. The chai at the end was ok because it had a bit too much spice and tasted more milky than tea. The service was decent as well. The server was friendly, but while taking our order he wasn't writing anything down and had to ask us to repeat a few things, so that was a little awkward. The food arrived in about 10 minutes, which was pretty quick. One thing to note is that we had to place the chai order along with the food because the server mentioned it takes around 15 minutes or more to prepare. I did feel that the pricing was slightly higher compared to the quality and portion sizes. The tandoori chicken was around $17 ,the butter chicken was about $19 and the Naans $4 each and chais were around $4 each, so the total came close to $55 + w tax or more. Personally, I don't think the food completely matched the pricing and was mediocre. Overall, I had a decent experience and really appreciate that they were open on Memorial Day because they definitely satisfied my Indian food craving. I would definitely recommend trying the tandoori chicken appetizer, especially with the sauce they serve alongside it. I would give the restaurant a solid 3 out of 5 stars.

It was a Thursday evening and not very busy. Only two other tables when we were there which really surprised me after tasting the food. They started out with the complimentary papadam with two different sauces a mint chutney and a brown sauce not sure what it is but both great. We started off with the naan bread basket and an another garlic cheese naan definitely didn't need more than the bread basket was a very large portion to split. All were very tasty the garlic was my favorite. I had the Karnali combo biryani which was awesome had the right heat I asked for spice wise and good amount of all the different meats. My wife got the mango masala which she really enjoyed and isn't always the biggest Indian food fan but she ate hers and ate the leftovers the next day as well. My aunt had chicken korma which she raved about as well. My mother tried the malai kofta she had only tried Indian food once many years ago and this experience confirmed she's not a fan and has a bad taste palette haha. I really enjoyed this dish as well and was happy to have the leftovers the next couple days. We ordered her some chicken tenders from the kids menu but those also had some seasonings more cumin I'd say and others that she didn't enjoy but our 14 month old really enjoyed. So if you have a very picky eater maybe go with one of the other kids options. The white creamy sauce that came with my biryani was also bursting with flavor and had a great cooling sensation. The man who served our table was very friendly and even played peek a boo with our baby from the register area. Place had a nice vibe and was very clean bathrooms included. Definitely will be back and you should go check out this spot!

The menu I received was a bit differently presented than the one online and was an odd read; it seemed to be trying to organize into themes of how dishes were cooked rather than their contents. But it was actually a bit challenging to find the staple dish I ordered, channa masala, as it was in tiny text under the wok section. I might rethink the menu design. There were some fairly detailed descriptions regarding special dietary needs. Service wasn't quite on point, as our server kept offering us a choice of salad that they did not have, and I ordered a chai and didn't get it (I was stuffed regardless). Substantively, however, the result was excellent. Their samosas specifically state they're made with red potatoes, and it feels like a bit of a local flavor twist on the classic (and indeed, despite their ubiquity in Indian cuisine, potatoes are of course an American plant). My channa masala had a robust flavor mix with visible whole spices and the chickpeas were relatively al dente and paired well with bread. There were other options, but their rendition of classics made for an enjoyable night.

The menu is extensive, especially for a vegetarian who is accustomed to slim pickings. The vibe is friendly and low key, you don't need to get dressed up here, come as you are. The service was super sweet and attentive throughout our visit. She provided us with included samples of this delicious mango pudding dessert that BLEW my mind - truly. So sweet, creamy, and bright! For my meal, I gave the malai kafta a try, which is one of my go - to choices at Indian restaurants, so I have a strong basis to judge.. and Percy's knocked it out of the park! The veggie balls were soft and smooth when cut open, but firm enough to not fall apart in the sauce. The flavors present were so incredibly warm and rich that I could have simply eaten it like soup! I personally ordered a 4 in spice on their 10 scale, and could have handled a 5 in terms of spice, but staying at a 4 keeps your nose from running! The naan options are super fun, and you can select from plain, cheesy, garlic, and more! I personally went with the cheese naan and it was so full that it was almost like a quesadilla ! That is super rare in my experiences, and I was pleasantly surprised by the heftiness of this naan. Each order is 4 pieces for only a few bucks. My companion ordered an appetizer as a meal, and said they also could have gone spicier - so the lesson here may be to trust your spice tolerance and go just one more notch above what you think you can handle! The creaminess and balance of spices allows everything to melt together rather than be overpowered by one element. I'll definitely be returning to Percys and hope you give it a try! I'll need to order a full order of the mango dessert next time :)
