Crab Omelet filled with lush and flaky crab meat, breakfast potatoes, and rye bread

When you first walk in the atmosphere is welcoming and engaging. The front staff recognizes you and welcomes you to the establishment and provides good customer service and directs your party to your table. When we first sat, we were handed a specialty menu and the regular menu to have multiple selections to choose from. Now let's get down to the selected items, my dad had a crab omelet loaded with fluffy crab meat, house potatoes and rye bread. My sister had the hanger steak that she enjoyed without sauce (now that's a good steak) and her sides were fingerling potatoes, and fried egg. As for my other sister she had the chicken pesto sandwich which she rocked while eating the entire time because it was so good. Lastly for my meal, I'm pescatarian, a little limited in selections, but I found a fresh garden salad where all the greedier ta were fresh and hadn't been sitting for hours and a bowl of She Crab soup.

My boyfriend and I went around 11am on a weekend morning for brunch/lunch & we're really pleased with Toast! We each got a Bloody Mary and they were tasty. He got the pulled pork Benedict which he absolutely loved. The sriracha hollandaise was outstanding! I went more classic with the pancakes, adding a side of sausage & they were good. More than I could eat in a sitting! Looked like lots of other good menu options so we hope to come back.

I'd been so curious about this place (a seemingly odd location for a sit-down sports bar as it's surrounded by drive thrus), and it was surprisingly good! They have happy hour daily until 6:30pm, and the drink deals are pretty solid. My friend and I shared truffle fries (also on happy hour) and the bacon brussel sprouts, and both were pretty dang good. The service was friendly and fairly quick. Overall, this is a pretty solid find. If you can find parking in this little village area, stop by this joint during happy hour.

Came here because I saw it on fetch. A receipt scanning app that gives you points you can exchange for gift cards to basically anywhere ! This is the app if interested ( https://referral.fetch.com/vvv3/referralsocial?code=W387F8) and this was listed as a 120 points to the dollar. To out pleasant surprise the food was delicious. They have this she crab soup that is to die for. Best she crab soup I have ever had! The shrimp and crab nachos were the perfect balance of saucy and flavorful. Didn't even have the chance to snap a before pic bc we just dived in! The ambiance is also super cute. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the evening, cute lights as well. They also have game day specials since they're by the baseball stadium!

Some of the best wings in town :-) perfect for game day!! They also have happy hour every single day. Can't beat it!! the owners, Chris and Allison, are some of the nicest people around and run an amazing place!! Go check it out!

The food was good I had TRAINWRECK BREAKFAST BURRITO and PALOMA MIMOSA. The breakfast burrito needs some salsa not ketchup or less some avocado with it. The fried was crisps and well cooked. The drink has right amount of tequila in it. I will order it again.

My wife and I met another couple here for dinner on a Friday evening. We did have a reservation so that is never a bad idea if they take them. It is a fairly new place at this location. There is a small parking area. Unfortunately, we had to park in a gravel/dirt/mud area just after we had the melting from a snow storm.. so mud on shoes and cars. Hopefully there is a plan for addressing that issue as this area develops. The food and waitress were very good. Two of us had Salmon and the others a sandwich. The salmon was quite good. Before dinner, we ordered drinks. I had a beer but my friend got a bourbon. I was pleasantly surprised at the large list of available bourbons they had. I did not look at the prices but the list had a lot of variety. The overall experience was pleasant. The restaurant got fairly full but it was not overly loud like some places get. I am sure that we will be going back.

The best steak in town! Also an impressive variety of liquors and the bartenders are really knowledgeable on craft cocktails. Perfect spot to grab food before or after a game.

Came here with a coworker. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was attentive and efficient. The decor was clean and fresh with an industrial vibe. The chili was tasty I had a cup. My coworker had a salad. I had the burger. Very good.

This was supposed to be the 12 oz orange juice before I started drinking.

We stopped in yesterday during prime brunch hours 12p-2p so it was a bit busy and I want to acknowledge that firstly. The service itself was good just a bit slow. Our waitress was really sweet and the food we ordered was decent. We started with the blueberry donut holes which were really good and came with a vanilla dipping sauce and maple syrup. I ordered the chicken biscuit with sausage gravy and a fried egg, it was okay but I had to doctor it up a bit or it would have been bland. My boyfriend ordered the brunch burger and really enjoyed it. My biggest gripe was the OJ. It's supposed to be 12 oz and couldn't have been more than 6 oz and the glass wasn't filled. It's only $2.50 so it's not the end of the world but definitely threw me for a loop. I will be back to try their lunch items and give an updated review!

    Meatloaf sandwich with Brussels
    Stephanie B.

Had a wonderful dining experience with a girlfriend last night. Josh our waiter was attentive and amiable. The HH drink specials are pretty generous. A $7 cosmo, what?! She and I shared the bucket of sweet potato tots. I ordered the barn mi turkey burger w/side salad. She had the meatloaf sandwich with Brussels. The food didn't take long at all to arrive to the table and Man let me tell you how good this burger was! It was juicy and zesty and soo flavorful. I'll be thinking of that meal for a while Please check them out! There are lots of tvs in the bar area for watching sports and ample parking in a lot vs on the street. Plus a more secluded dining room separate from the bar area that is family friendly!

There's lots of seating inside (with great natural light throughout, it's just such a warm, cozy space), and a few tables outside as well. I ordered the Keshir team (ginger, orange juice, and honey), which totally hit the spot. I could not resist the breakfast combo, which comes with egg silsi (scrambled eggs in tomato sauce with onion), kinche (bulgur cooked and tossed with yellow onion and clarified butter and topped with jalapenos), firfir (injera sauteed in a spicy tomato sauce), and injera. I SCRAPED the plate. Everything was delicious. Just thinking about it now, I wish there was a Buna Kurs in Baltimore, so I could eat this for breakfast once a week. One of the best breakfasts I've had this year. No joke. I love Ethiopian food, and I am so jealous that Richmond has an Ethiopian cafe. Ethiopian for breakfast?! A dream. It doesn't hurt that the service and ambiance are also great. Easy street parking to boot. A great place to work. The only thing that I'd recommend to them is that a few more outlets to charge laptops or phones would be nice - so that people can work from the cafe more easily! Upon entering, I was reminded of a 1950s pharmacy by the humongous "Prescriptions" sign hanging above the bar, and the antique furniture, bar, and barstools splayed throughout Tarrant's. There was a solid crowd at the bar; it's clear there is a regular crowd that sits and hangs out here. We were promptly seated by a young blonde woman in the dining section (behind the bar). Our server, Nadia, was an enchanting brunette, training another young server, Sierra. She took our drink orders and gave us plenty of time to review the menu, checking in after a few minutes to see if we were ready. We finally decided, my partner ordered the 10" Bianca White (pizza), and I chose the Sailor Sandwich. Unfortunately, the sailor was not in the cards for me, and Nadia suggested the Reuben as they were similar. They brought out breadsticks while we waited, and the food arrived within 10-15 minutes. I was pleased with the atmosphere, the old-fashioned chandeliers, the large mirror, the floral paintings, and the rustic frames, all of which added to the restaurant's stated aesthetic. The pizza was hot and savory, while the Reuben had buttery toast, crispy corned beef, and a light smattering of sauerkraut (TBH, I didn't even notice the sauerkraut). For dessert, we indulged in the upside-down walnut apple pie, served with vanilla ice cream, all made from scratch, and beautifully delicate. Our time at Tarrant's Cafe seemed like a stroll into the past; the only indication of modernity was the ordering kiosk used by the staff. We truly enjoyed our time and had deeply meaningful conversations without enduring the hustle and bustle or the rowdy cacophony of an intense crowd.

Their menu have more than enough options for brunch and drinks. I hope they extend their menu for more lunch items than brunch/breakfast items though! Once everyone was there, we finally ordered! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with the side of Lulu's house potatoes and a pomegranate mule. The pomegranate mule was quite strong, and I enjoyed it so much I ordered another one. LOL. The bacon cheeseburger was exactly as I requested. I have no notes. Overall, wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

The potatoes are a no everyone agreed the potatoes are too seasoned had this unnecessary spice to them and lacks flavor at the same time - we were not fan, another table recommended we not get the potatoes or ask for them to be a more crispy to disguise the spice. Even took it home and crisped it more, long story short the potatoes are not going to be that lightly salted flavor you'd expect, just over seasoned. The sausage gravy tasted great. The biscuit is absolute perfection! (10 out of 10 for Biscuit and Chicken) (3 out of 10 for potatoes) (9 out of 10 for eggs) Unfortunately as far as the Red Velvet waffles they are most likely waffles with red food coloring - tasted nothing like red velvet. (4 out of 10 for the waffles) The French Toast was okay- the strawberry puree was delicious. (3 out of 10 for French toast) The music in here is a vibe loved the selection - kept my group grooving. Not sure if they are always packed but there was a festival going on outside. They squeezed 7 of us at a 6 top booth. It was tight but worked. Also this location is not very spacious keep that in mind. Our server started off pretty good until the end. She was very loud- louder than the music. No discretion- announced the details of a remaining balance of someone in our group , loudly. Left a sour taste in our mouth as this was not the most professional route to inform a guest of something of that nature. Then proceed to give an attitude upon being compensated .. The situation was however de-escalated. Maybe work on delivery of uncomfortable information.

We ate the Gooey Butter Cake, Bourbon Vanilla Creme Brûlée, & the white chocolate peanut butter Oreo cookie ice cream. The Goody Butter Cake tasted amazing, but a big portion able to be shared. After having a bad experience at another restaurant, Jacob & Hanen really made our night with amazing customer service, great recommendations, exceptional knowledge of the chef and the restaurant's menu, and held great conversations! Thank you to them both for their quick delivery service. Great hirers and smiles! Thank you again Jacob & Hanen! The restaurant had a night time, small cozy warm feel. It had a great to know that the history was it was original a sports club before being turned into this elegant place. We stayed at the hotel, so unfortunately do not know the parking situation. Thank you! Good for higher end casual dining!

Moody lighting and lamps for each table sets the tone for intimate and private-type dining. The host & manager were friendly. We got inconsistent service from our server. Not sure she wanted to be there considering it was a holiday, or if she had stuff going on personally. Regardless, she did her best. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our food. From the Burrata recommendation to our ruffle bucatini and halibut dishes and finishing it off with the gooey butter cake, they all were delicious with not complaints! Definitely recommend.
