Did repairs on my vehicle, they were really fast and my vehicle runs great now. Really good pricing and were able to do it same day.

Right from the start, Shane was so warm and welcoming. His no nonsense straight-forward approach is really what sold us, we could tell that he wanted us to get what was best for us. Shane explained all of our options for add ons without pressure and was super informative. Although we planned on just getting the bare minimum we actually left with some add ons. Even while juggling multiple customers, he never made us feel rushed or wonder where he was. He made sure every single detail was taken care of. It was obvious that Shane has a passion for Toyotas and is extremely knowledgeable. We also loved working with Jaidie our financial rep, although we weren't with her for as long, she was super efficient and helped answer our many questions about add ons. We are so grateful for this experience and will definitely purchase from Honolulu Toyota again.

I truly appreciated how organized and timely everything was, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the service, which gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. One of the highlights of the visit was the comfortable waiting lounge. It was clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully set up for customers while they waited. I especially enjoyed being able to partake in a hot beverage, read the newspaper, and watch TV in a calm and welcoming environment. Small touches like these really make a difference and show that the business values customer comfort and satisfaction. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would gladly return for future service and recommend them to others looking for reliable and professional automotive care.

I am one of those people that doesn't like to leave reviews, but this dealership deserves they…read morereview it gets. While this is a long review, if you're seriously considering buying a car from this dealership, please read to the end. I purchased a used car (5/25/2026) on the condition that the dealership would address the check engine light, the taillight that was out, and detail the vehicle (the car was sitting in the upstairs showroom, not prepped for sale and filthy). It wasn't ready until 5/29; however, while on its way to be delivered, the check engine light went on again -also, that day, sales guy, Skylar, informed me the lender wanted an additional $599 for down payment. I told Skylar I no longer wanted the vehicle because I realized I'd continue having issues and I wasn't going to pay more down. The owner, Rima, called, assured me I wouldn't have any major issues moving forward and that they'd write off the extra $599. I begrudgingly agreed to take the car against my better judgment, based on his assurances. Within a week, the taillight was out again... took half a week approximately to get Skylar to provide information about having it fixed. They sent me to their "sister" shop, who replaced the bulb. The following day, light was out again. That shop discovered the light assembly was damaged due to water intrusion and had to order a part (estimated three week ETA). On July 2nd, I took the vehicle in to an independent shop for a standard oil change since the dealership told me, after the fact (of the purchase) that they don't usually change oil on used vehicles prior to sale. Would've been great to know that in advance. During the oil change, the threads pulled out with the drain plug which, according to the shop manager, is caused by the last person to change the oil because of either cross threading or over torquing. Now I'm hit with a $752 bill to replace the entire oil pan (aftermarket part... had they used an original part, it would've cost over $1000). This is more than 10% of what I currently own on the vehicle. I made repeated attempts to reach Rima through both text and email on the 2nd. He finally reached out that night, just before 8pm. He asked that I take the car to the dealership to have their people "verify (my) concerns" and he was informed it couldn't be since it's undrivable. He asked what the symptoms were... I told him none because I was simply being proactive by engaging in basic maintenance. His response? "With no symptoms, this may be outside of our parameters to try to assist". I sent three more texts after, all went ignored. Rima, you are the owner. What do you mean it's outside your parameters to "try to assist"? After two unsuccessful attempts to have this situation rectified via email, and no direct response from Rima (as a reminder, he is the OWNER) (and only one text from his shop guy, Dennis, to tell me Rima wouldn't work with me), I filed complaints with both BBB and DCCA. This dealership and, more importantly, the owner, is shady as hell. Check out all the other reviews and come to your own conclusions. I'd strongly suggest looking for any other dealership if you're hoping to have a functional vehicle - keep in mind that I had the vehicle for a total of 1 month and 3 days before it became unusable. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews prior to walking into this dealership. Don't be like me and save yourself unnecessary stress and headaches. For anyone else who has had issues with this dealership, feel free to reach out to me. It's time Rima be forced to face the consequences of fraudulent business practices.

Yep, just like the other hundreds of 1 star reviews, my experience with their service department is…read morethe worse and most incompetent I have encountered in my whole life. Without going into all the horrible details I'll just explain a few. First, I went to purchase a part, they said they can't sell it to me without running a diagnostic on my car, so I needed to make an appointment. I walk over the the service department to make an appointment, they said the first they can take me is in 7 weeks. I took my car in 7 weeks later. They say it would be an all day job, maybe 2. they did not call me that day, so I called them the next day. No answer, so I leave a message for an update. No call back. I call everyday for the rest of the week, No Answer/No Call back. The following week, I walk in and ask for an update. The update they give me is "I can't give you a definitive answer". What the heck does that mean?! After 2 weeks of no calls or updates, I walk in again and they tell me no progress and the mechanic working on my car is on vacation. I just ask for my car back. This must happen all the time cause they just said ok and gave me my keys. I can't believe they represent Cadillac, an American luxury auto brand. Their owners (Lithia Motors) are one of the largest auto retailers in the US. So I'm sure Cadillac is afraid of pulling their dealership. They have more 1 star Yelp reviews than 2-5 star reviews combined. Their BBB rating is a D-. They have just 1 service advisor, which by the way, if you stand in their waiting area, all you hear is her apologizing to everyone. She is so shell shocked poor girl must just get hammered by unhappy customers all day, every day.
