I didn't have the right shoes on so they had those spa sandals for me to get to my car. Super friendly. Felt really clean and sanitized. Lots of colors to choose from. Massage chairs and tv on. He is a friendly nail tech from Vietnam. Binh was super thorough with my French tips and took great care of my nails. At the end I was truly in for a surprise when I received an amazing back, neck, ear, and head massage. I can still smell the mint as I type this. Ask for Binh. Do NOT go here. I went and got a horrific infection. I wound up with cellulitis and a paronchyia infection. I had to go to the hospital and am on antibiotics. My friend that I went with also got an infection is on antibiotics. I had been here once before without any issues. This time I went and the man there gave me a pedicure and stabbed my big toe super bad. The infection started to spread up my leg and the doctor had to cut my toe in various spots to relieve the pressure. 10 days on and its still very bad and they decided to continue antibiotics for another week due to it still draining. They said it's likely MRSA. read more

Used to love this place. Came in with my mom 2 weeks ago. The girl scrubbed my big toe till it bleed with the pumice stone. My mom got her toe cut when the lady was cutting her nails and it bled for an hour after leaving all over her sandal. Felt like they rushed us. Do NOT go to todays nails on dimond. Absolute worst business and nail experience ever. I took my friend to get her nails done for her birthday and paid $85 for basic french tip nails, that looked AWFUL, even after asking for them to be fixed while still in the chair. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We showed a picture before even signing in, and the tech assured us she could do them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Her finger tips and cuticles were cut, and she left almost in tears. The nail tech saw this and simply wiped off her hands and continued to apply glue and acrylic on top. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This morning she woke up to her hands in so much pain that she went back asking them to do something, and they took them off and told her this her fault for getting her nails done with "sensitive fingers," and to not get her nails done again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She has been getting her nails done for years at countless salons across the states and has never had this issue. Upon asking for even a partial refund, they again doubled down on this being her fault, that they did nothing wrong, that nobody will be receiving a refund. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When i called to speak to a manager and began explaining the problem, he shouted over me and then hung up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is a horrible way to treat clients and conduct business.... My wife and I came in for pedicures the day before they were unfortunately closed down due to this pandemic. The two women that helped us were super friendly and we had great conversation. Everything was clean and the messages felt awesome!! And my toes are beautiful now and very much ready for Florida and sandals. I'm not sure why they dont have better reviews. Maybe people are just stuck up. The shop itself is huge and even the owners are kind. As soon as this place opens back up I will absolutely be going back. Have never left a review of a business before, but this place was rough. Made an appointment for a fill and pedicure, the woman who did my pedicure was amazing, hence the second star. Did what I wanted, cleaned up my nails, all that. She was great! Once I was finished with the pedicure, I waited 15-20 minutes until another woman could do my fill, which was irritating however I get it they do take walk ins. I sit down and show her the picture and she says "I'll try", I said if you can't do the designs that's fine I'll just get the tips and dots. This woman tore my skin from my nail bed with her fingernail, multiple times, kept burning me with the nail file machine thing, even with me flinching she kept doing it. She applied so much acrylic to my nails that there's no room under the nail. It got to the point I just wanted to leave. She didn't clean up my nails after, there was top coating all over my fingers I had to peel off with tweezers, it's nowhere near the picture of what I wanted, and my fingers hurt so bad. When she would use the alcohol it burned so so bad. And at the end she charged me 75 because I "used the powder chrome" . Highly don't recommend and the entire time this lady was arguing with the other women in the shop. It was ridiculous all around. Great for pedicures! Not great for fills/full sets. read more

I've been going to Sandy's for many years, never disappointed. Everyone is attentive knowledgeable and pleasant.

Booked an appointment for a party of five at 4 pm. We waited patiently and a worker 4:20 said quit, "staring we get your seats ready". We were not staring and once seated my wife was placed in a foot tub that wasn't cleaned prior and called them out on it. By 4:50 they still didn't come to work. We left as they left us sitting there and we will never come back. Sad and disappointing customer service especially for all the years we have been coming and more troubling is their attitudes to go along with their problematic service. read more

Terrible! My nails look like they were done by a five year old. They're uneven, the color is globbed onto the nail, they're painted sloppily, there's nail polish all in my cuticles/ my fingers. The gentleman that did my dip powder left a mess on my nails. He did not even care that he left the color all on my hands. He seemed like he could care less if he had my business when I was there. I went in the next day & told them how it's not even 24 hrs & my nails looks horrible with a wedding on Sat! They did them over... while wanting me to pay for a shellac & I didn't want a shellac! Apparently old polish! They "RE polished" my nails & now it's Friday & I will have to get my nails done again before the wedding! I've been going to Sandy for a few years now. She's the best! Never had any problems with her or her staff. She's fast and does a good job.

Called at 11am and made an appointment for a pedicure at 5pm that same day. Arrived at 4:50pm. They put me in a chair and no one spoke to me until I asked how much longer at 5:20pm. They told me 10 minutes. 10 minutes later they went to start on me but the lady across from me had been waiting for an hour, her appointment was for 4:30pm. I told them to do her first (obviously!). They said fine and then they told me it would be another 30 minutes for me, which would be after 6pm. I left. I don't know how they run a business like this. Obviously making an appointment ahead of time means nothing to them. I was expected to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment time as well as the lady across from me. Also one of the nail techs, who I believe is one of the owners, was doing a manicure and kept pulling her mask down, blowing her nose and then picking at her nose with her finger. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. There was a sign up sheet for "walk in" customers, after signing up waited over an hour to get a simple manicure. I'm assuming its was because I didn't have an appointment and/or I wasn't one of their regular clients. Many people went Before i did and all they would say is " someone will be with you" Luckily the Neil tech who helped me was the lady I used to go a couple years ago (yes, different nail salon) she recognized me and treated me nicely, talked to me.
