    Egg sando
    Kalene W.

I like that we can order ahead so i ordered it a day prior. My order was still being prepared when I arrived, but the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even offered to let me wait in my car and said they would bring my order out when it was ready. I declined and waited outside, and it didn't take long at all. They were thoughtful and even asked if I wanted ice packed with my food to help keep it fresh, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a wonderful experience! When I brought the food home, everything looked beautiful and was packaged really well. The fish was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious, especially the uni. I'm usually hesitant to order uni because it can sometimes be too fishy or have an unpleasant taste, but this one was amazingly fresh--it tasted like it had just been opened and prepared. The egg sando was surprisingly filling, but it was so good that I still finished the whole thing! I also tried the mixed fruit sando, and although I expected it to be very sweet, it was perfectly balanced. It was light, refreshing, and made the perfect dessert after the egg sando, nigiri, and Don. Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded my expectations, will be back! Note: it's take out only, no dine in for anyone wondering!

I've been wanting to try this place! I'm glad I gave it a try! I ordered 2 different boxes of nigiri and it was amazing. Everything piece was super fresh. The way they packaged the sushi was so pretty! I had to wait a little while since it took a while to make. They were super nice and offered some fruit sandos! The fruit sandos were super delicious too! Can't wait to come back and order more.

I am so glad to find this hidden gem sushi spot!! It's hidden in the corner of a shopping center. Their sushi and sashimi bento box are super fresh and delicious!! The presentation is beautiful and the owner Steven and his wife did an excellent job of preparing the food. I also got the tamago sandwich and it tastes just like the ones in Japan!! I highly recommend to call in to order or u can order online so your food will be ready when you get there. They pack everything in an insulated bag with ice to keep the food fresh! I will definitely come back when I am in the area!!

This place is Togo catering style kitchen. The food is fresh and quality packaged too. Nice friendly staff!

Super easy to place an order online and go pickup! I ordered the Hikari Mori Nigiri and Nigiri Moriwase and it was delicious! Quality of the fish was great and packaging is immaculate- they give you ice and fresh wasabi as well if you ask! When you go pickup, they bring it out to you so you don't have to get out of your car! They're only open on weekends so make note of that. I will return and try their sandos next time!

I tried their sushi box and fruit sando...and I loved them equally!! They're not only beautifully presented but also taste amazing. I love the fact that they use Japanese bread for the sando. It's soft and the cream is not too sweet which makes it perfect. The fruit is incredibly fresh and the portions are very generous as well. I would highly recommend them. These would also make a wonderful gift!

I don't post Yelp reviews very often, but I had to make an exception for this place! Finally--a sushi spot in Chino that's actually fantastic. I can honestly say I no longer have to drive all the way to Tustin or Irvine whenever I'm craving high-quality sushi, and that alone makes me want to shed a few happy tears. For our order, we got the Father's Day Special (Irodori Chirashi Don + Orange-Strawberry Sando), two Sakura Chirashi Dons, and a Mixed Fruit Sando. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The presentation was stunning, and you can tell they put a lot of care into every detail. Even the packaging impressed me--our order arrived in a cute green cooler bag with ice packs, which helped keep everything fresh and showed great attention to quality. I'm already looking forward to coming back. I'd love to see them expand the menu in the future with hand rolls and kaisendon options. If you're a sushi lover, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's a gem, and I'm so happy to have a spot like this in Chino!

I literally just came back from Japan, so my standards for sushi and Japanese food are still pretty high. Finding a place like this in Chino was the last thing I expected, but this hidden gem completely exceeded my expectations. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. What really stood out was their 'omakase on the go' concept. It's such a unique experience!! Premium sushi that feels like an omakase experience but in a convenient takeout style. Every piece was thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell they take pride in their craft. The fruit sandwiches were light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced, while the egg sandwiches were rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Everything reminded me of the quality and attention to detail I experienced in Japan. And let's talk about the pricing. For the quality you're getting, the prices are very reasonable and not overpriced at all. In today's market, it's rare to find a place serving this level of freshness and presentation without charging a fortune. Honestly, this is one of the best sushi spots I've been to in Southern California. If you've ever wanted to try an omakase-style experience without the hefty price tag or long reservation list, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back every time I'm craving a taste of Japan.

This place is a great spot for a quick, high-quality Japanese meal to go. Even though it's a walk-in and takeout-focused concept, the quality of the food really stands out. The omakase was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and offered a great variety of fish. Every bite tasted fresh and well-balanced. The sando was another highlight--flavorful and perfectly made with soft bread and a delicious filling from local vendors, look how nice and orange the egg is; quality ingredients. definitely worth checking out. Great food, fresh ingredients, and I'd happily order from here again.

Wow, so impressed with Kibako!!! I ordered the Irodori chirashi don and the mix fruit sando. What stood out to me the most from my order was the attention to detail. Firstly, the packaging was really nice. They even put ice packs in the bag! Next, the soy sauce vial was adorable and the soy sauce tasted SO good and flavorful, not just like regular soy sauce. Next, the wasabi was REAL wasabi?! It was so nice and strong in a good way and I like the incorporation of the green onions, it was absolutely delicious. I would order again just to eat the soy sauce and wasabi/green onions mixture again!! That really made the order stand out. The fish was good quality, the portion was also generous! I was pleasantly surprised at the size of each piece of fish :-) The box was really filling, and I ate as much as I wanted and still had some fish left. It really felt like the pricing was justified. I also love that we're supporting a family business, that's the best kind of business to support. Anyway, I definitely plan on ordering again! You should definitely check this out!

FRESH SUSHI in the IE! Must have every week! The fish is such high quality and tastes so fresh! Tokusen aburi: beautifully crafted pieces of sashimi with garnishing that matches the taste of the fish. The fish literally melts in your mouth.. Kibako chirashi don: sooo many pieces of fish but still makes you keep wanting more. Ratio of rice to fish is so perfect and proportioned well you get a good bite each time! My favorite is the salmon, scallop, and uni. Strawberry sando: such a delightful dessert/snack/treat to have. My daughter doesn't like bread (I know right?), but she ate a whole sandwich of this! The bread is soft and the cream is just a tad sweet but addicting! The strawberries are super juicy and fresh. Oh and the size is huge! Orders are ready for pick up Friday-Sunday at 11AM-3PM in Chino to have for a weekend meal! Super convenient and delicious. Customer service on delivery is five stars! Love the way they provide soy sauce and chopsticks it comes so you can eat this anywhere. Can't wait to try more and looking forward to seeing what the craft for the next menu!

Kibako is now becoming my new favorite sashimi/sushi spot! The fish are so fresh and their homemade soy sauce and ponzu sauce are so delicious! Even the tamago / egg tastes so so good!! They gave you fresh wasabi and I know it's so rare for other Sushi restaurants to do this! I tried their seared sushi and chirashi bowls and they're all so good! I also tried their dessert Sando (fruit sandwiches) and they are so good! The bread is so soft and the cream has perfect sweetness (not overly sweet) and the fruits are so fresh!! I highly recommend Kibako for your high quality-at home-express omakase experience

This has 100% got to be the best sushi in Southern California. We ordered one of the nigiri sets and the sakura chirashi don, as well as the egg sandwich and strawberry cream sandwich. All the fish was incredibly delicious and fresh, and rice ratio and flavoring was perfect. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi. The egg sandwich was on the lighter flavor but the strawberry cream sandwich was so delicious. My girlfriend said it was so good she would drive here just for the sandwich

Some of the best sushi in town!

WILL NOT BE RETURNING. poor food quality and service, but on top of that, terrible management.

Ozeki Sushi Review -- AYCE Sushi for $37.95? Say less…read more I'm always looking for a sushi spot that delivers on quality, flavor, and value, and Ozeki Sushi definitely impressed! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Our server Gisel was amazing -- friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was great from start to finish. Great service always makes a meal even better. We tried their all-you-can-eat sushi menu for only $37.95 per person, and it was absolutely worth it. The menu had a great variety, and the sushi came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Standout dishes: Lemon Sauce Salmon -- 10/10 (the star of the meal!)This was not your typical salmon roll. The fresh salmon was topped with their delicious lemon sauce and finished with a fresh lemon wedge right on top. The combination of the creamy, tangy lemon sauce with the brightness of fresh lemon added such a refreshing flavor that made this my favorite dish of the night. Salmon Hand Roll -- 10/10 Fresh, balanced, and packed with flavor. The perfect hand roll with a great salmon-to-rice ratio. Baked Lobster -- 10/10 Rich, savory, and full of flavor. Definitely one I'd order again. Chicken Teriyaki Bowl -- A pleasant surprise! The chicken was tender, flavorful, and the sauce was delicious. The drink specials were another win! Their buy one, get one free soju for only $12.50 is such a great deal. My personal favorite was the blueberry soju -- sweet, refreshing, and the perfect pairing with sushi. Ending the meal with the strawberry mochi was the perfect finishing touch. A light, sweet dessert to wrap up an amazing sushi experience. Overall, Ozeki Sushi checks all the boxes: great value, fresh food, friendly service, and delicious flavors. The combination of AYCE sushi, drink specials, and standout dishes like the lemon sauce salmon makes this a spot I'll definitely be returning to.

Must be the economy. My son loves this spot because he loved their kids bento box, but he's upgraded now to the kids AYCE and gets 2-3 orders of teriyaki chicken and shrimp tempura. The decor is dark with modern-ish black walls and Japanese inspired murals. The sushi bar is fairly large and there are at least 4-5 tvs showing basketball or baseball games or fish tanks. The wait staff is usually pretty attentive but the last time it was kinda slow, but we had to flag a waitress down to get refills and the check. We love their fusion nigiri - pepper salmon, pepper tuna, garlic albacore! We just wish the rice was less.
