    Fruit sando

I tried their sushi box and fruit sando...and I loved them equally!! They're not only beautifully presented but also taste amazing. I love the fact that they use Japanese bread for the sando. It's soft and the cream is not too sweet which makes it perfect. The fruit is incredibly fresh and the portions are very generous as well. I would highly recommend them. These would also make a wonderful gift!

FRESH SUSHI in the IE! Must have every week! The fish is such high quality and tastes so fresh! Tokusen aburi: beautifully crafted pieces of sashimi with garnishing that matches the taste of the fish. The fish literally melts in your mouth.. Kibako chirashi don: sooo many pieces of fish but still makes you keep wanting more. Ratio of rice to fish is so perfect and proportioned well you get a good bite each time! My favorite is the salmon, scallop, and uni. Strawberry sando: such a delightful dessert/snack/treat to have. My daughter doesn't like bread (I know right?), but she ate a whole sandwich of this! The bread is soft and the cream is just a tad sweet but addicting! The strawberries are super juicy and fresh. Oh and the size is huge! Orders are ready for pick up Friday-Sunday at 11AM-3PM in Chino to have for a weekend meal! Super convenient and delicious. Customer service on delivery is five stars! Love the way they provide soy sauce and chopsticks it comes so you can eat this anywhere. Can't wait to try more and looking forward to seeing what the craft for the next menu!

Kibako is now becoming my new favorite sashimi/sushi spot! The fish are so fresh and their homemade soy sauce and ponzu sauce are so delicious! Even the tamago / egg tastes so so good!! They gave you fresh wasabi and I know it's so rare for other Sushi restaurants to do this! I tried their seared sushi and chirashi bowls and they're all so good! I also tried their dessert Sando (fruit sandwiches) and they are so good! The bread is so soft and the cream has perfect sweetness (not overly sweet) and the fruits are so fresh!! I highly recommend Kibako for your high quality-at home-express omakase experience

Their sashimi was very fresh. Also loved their homemade soy sauce & wasabi, both of which complemented the fish! The sandwiches were also just right with fluffy bread, not-too-sweet cream and in-season fruit selections. Definitely a good bang for your buck! The online order & pick up process was easy to navigate and seamless. Would definitely come back!

The sushi was so good! I ordered during my lunch break and called the number listed to confirm I would get my order before my break ended. Sure enough, it was prepared quickly. The fish was fresh, and the uni was delicious. I ordered the Takumi Nigiri 10. I chose curbside pickup, so I didn't even have to get out of my car. The person who brought it out to me was so friendly and explained the recommended order to eat the sushi. I can't wait to try everything on their menu.

The Nigiris were amazing and very fresh. The fact they make their own wasabi and soy sauce is amazing. Plus the rice is extra special. Love it so much!

The Tokusen Aburi Nigiri Set was absolutely delicious. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the rice was perfectly seasoned not just plain white rice. I also tried the Mango Strawberry Sando and Tamago Sando, and both were excellent. The sandos tasted very similar to the ones I had in Japan, which made them even more enjoyable. The sushi and sandos each hold a very high standard in their own categories. Definitely coming back!

The fish was incredibly fresh, especially the seared salmon. It was melt-in-your-mouth tender and had a wonderful aroma. The sushi rice is seasoned with brown vinegar, giving it a beautifully balanced flavor that isn't overly sour. The delivery service was great, and the packaging was thoughtful, packed with ice, and with cute little soy sauce bottles, plus real fresh pickled wasabi. I'll definitely be ordering again!

    Fruit sando with strawberry

I tried the Takumi Nigiri and Sakura Chirashi Bowl, and everything was so fresh and thoughtfully prepared. I loved the packaging, their homemade sauce and the way they served the food. Every detail felt carefully done, and you can really taste the quality. I also love that they do delivery so I can just eat it in the comfort of my home. Definitely will order again! Oww.. and I also got the free sando. The sando was really good! The cream was not too sweet, and they put a lot of big strawberries inside. I also loved the texture of the bread so soft and fresh. Even my daughter was able to finish one by herself!

There's usually a wait during the dinner rush, but the food is absolutely worth it. Everything is consistently delicious & the quality keeps us coming back. Some of our must order items are the miso sea bass, teriyaki beef (get the sauce on the side) pork cheek & salmon. The sushi is always incredibly fresh and large cuts. One of my favorite little traditions is starting the meal with their sake served in the wooden box. It makes it fun taking shots. If you're looking for fresh sushi, great Japanese dishes & a restaurant that's earned a loyal following for good reason, Ojiya is a must-try!

What stood out to me was the rice to fish ratio. The rice was small and the fish was generously thick, which made every bite super satisfying. I honestly can't remember having sushi quite like that before. The chefs are from Japan, so you can tell the food is authentic. We also ordered the teriyaki bowl. It was okay, but nothing special. The Chirashi bowl, on the other hand, was packed with fish and definitely worth the price. Overall, if you're a sushi lover, I'd highly recommend giving this place a try.

Honestly, it turned out to be such a relaxing solo dining experience. One thing I really liked was the seating in the center section. Each table has a low divider wall, which gives you just the right amount of privacy. It makes the space feel comfortable, especially if you are dining alone or just want to enjoy your meal quietly. I felt very relaxed the whole time. The inside of the restaurant was also nice and cool, which was perfect for sushi. There is just something about enjoying fresh sushi in a cool, comfortable atmosphere that makes the meal even better. food was great as always. I highly recommend the carpaccio! It was fresh, flavorful, and definitely one of my favorite items from this visit. I also tried several different skewers this time, and honestly, every single one was a success. Menu is small but I prefer it that way. We opted for a Tonkatsu Ramen, a Spicy Miso Ramen, and a roll (sorry, I can't remember the name of the roll). Tonkatsu Ramen: classic ramen. Delicious. Broth was flavorful. Noodles were cooked perfectly. Spicy Miso Ramen: definitely not too spicy. Broth was good. Noodles were good. Toppings were plentiful. I really liked the way the egg was cooked. Really enjoyed this ramen but I think next time I'll get the non spicy version to really taste the broth. Roll: This was a really delicious roll. It had shrimp, benito flakes, maybe an eel sauce(?). It was a great roll. A good sized roll, perfect for sharing. Overall, this was a great spot for ramen. Left satisfied and full. Service could be friendlier but definitely not a deal breaker. Definitely worth checking out.
