I went with a group of friends for dinner on a Tuesday night. We were told (rudely) by the server that the owners told her not to serve more than 5 people, which was confusing. We didn't ask for separate checks or to all sit together, we literally had just walked in the restaurant. We had a group of about 10-12. I asked, what if more than 5 people come in separately all wanting to order ramen, she said they can't be served. I worked in the hospital industry for many many years and have never heard anything like this from a restaurant. We went next door to the Greek place which was delicious, fast, and extremely accommodating! Meanwhile, I watched many groups of 4 entering and exiting the restaurant while we were eating next door. Really good ramen. Not too spicy. I also tried the vegetable dumplings which were okay. I thought the inside was weird for a vegetable dumpling. The menu is very limited so there's nothing else I want to try, but when I'm craving ramen I'd definitely come back again. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Also, it's a cute place. My boyfriend loves soup and my only experience with Ramen are those cheap packages you get at the supermarket. Well, today I became a Ramen fan and this place has won me over. The staff was very friendly over the phone as I asked questions about spiciness. I was informed that it has a mild spice and for me it was the maximal amount of heat that I could handle. (If you have read my reviews before you know that I am a wimp)! We ordered takeout. We started with an order of shumai which were light and delicious. I would prefer to eat them at the restaurant because they do not hold their heat well but I scarfed them down no problem. We both got the Tonkutsu Tokio Ramen. They separate the broth from the noodles and there the fun begins as you pour the broth in and try to separate the noodles. The flavor of the pork soup is wonderful and the vegetables are crunchy. I am now craving Ramen and my mouth is watering thinking about it. I look forward to trying other menu items and perhaps a soup base that maybe I could adjust down to my weak taste buds. That does not mean I would not get this exact same Ramen again. It really was that good. read more

At first it was confusing to try and find this place. There was a Japanese sandwich shop right next to it. Once inside, it feels like an alley ramen shop on the off streets of Tokyo. I had the spicy miso ramen and it was spot on delicious. I also had the takoyaki which takes me back to the ones I had in Atomi and various Kyoto shrines. Expect a smaller Japanese portion size. The menu is also very a la cart; besides the soup base and ramen with veggie yasai toppings, everything you add has a small additional fee. This is the best noodles in ramen I've had in town. Bar. None. Absolutely no competition. Still slightly firm. Perfect to soak up the tonkotsu broth, with the spicy oils and creamy flavor. Absolute perfection. Also actually reasonable prices on Sapporo beer which I appreciate. I need to go back before I can certify this place as the best ramen in the west palm/Boynton/Boca area, but so far, their website says it best. Surprised myself that I never left a review for this gem of a spot. My cravings bring me here or taking it to go at least a few times a month. Usually have the lovely Rebecca as our server. She's always personable & attentive. All the staff and owners are great! My go to is tonkatsu Tokio ramen which is a bit spicy! So delicious, bowl is always empty by time I'm finished. I also order inari which was a pleasant surprise discovery I tried here - suuuuper tasty. They also have the best kimchi I've had (but also a newb), it's got great flavor and not fizzy. Definitely a regular rotation and out of many many visits, the service and food is always delicious. It's also a cozy yet open space to dine in. Something I just learned, sometimes you can reach them via phone as they stop taking to go orders some nights when they're very busy - but you can still go in and get some! read more

Just went today and we were very happy that we did. We were immediately greeted by a very nice lady. The tables were very spaced out so we chose to sit and eat inside. The play was very clean and they were wearing masks as well so we felt comfortable. Looking at the menu, there were many different ramen and other food options all at very fair prices. We tried the takoyaki which I had never tried before. I was pleasantly surprised. It was so delicious. Had a really nice and creamy texture and a nice rich flavor. Coupled with the kewpie and Siracha it was perfection. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with chashu pork. It came with 3 pieces of pork which was very generous. I also added spicy oil and a soft boiled egg(which is a must). I was very happy with it. The broth was incredible and the noodles were so tasty as well. The pork was also really tasty I just wish it was a little thicker. I was very happy with the amount of noodles they gave as well. The other ramen tried was the miso ramen which was also really good. The owner and chef here are HORRIBLE my child walked in to order to go for our family of 7 and they YELLED at him that they would only make 5 as the limit. He is 14. Are you serious? A child came it to order and you yell at them? Wow. all I can say is this place needs to rehire and get better staff and the owner should be replaced. I had one of those moments when you think you just died and went to heaven in the middle of a pandemic, when I saw this place right in East Boynton Beach!! Nice ramen soup, I was skeptical to go because only 16 reviews. But its because they just reopen, they open for the first time on March just previous to the pandemia. After having dinner with wife, pork dumplings , fried rice & soups, very happy & satisfied. Couldn't find a place like that in the area...... nice size portions & very Tasty soups.
