We just went there and it was a nightmare while we were eating a cockroach when crawling on my plate we immediately told the staff and they weren't even surprised. They said that they had just sprayed so that tells me that this happens all the time. they didn't even apologize to us for the inconvenience instead gave us attitude.i will never ever go back to this place, this place should be shut down

I made a reservation, confirmation arrived via email and text and when we arrived at the place they said that they DO NOT TAKE ONLINE RESERVATIONS, terrible attitude of the host and zero solutions for us... so as NOT TO COME BACK EVER!

Turns out we came back and we were let in those time. The food was actually good. And the chef that made our food was funny. Overall: 4 stars

I was craving hibachi like they used to have at north gate in revere. The square one mall is not where I expected to find it. I will say the mall was a ghost town but this place was full! The servers weren't the friendliest but the chef was awesome! Tossing knives, eggs, shrimp, and putting smiles on our faces - this is why we wanted to come to hibachi! The sirloin was cooked perfectly and the fried rice was very tasty. Nothing crazy here but if you're looking for a decent hibachi place north of Boston I wouldn't hesitate making the trip here!

This is where 3 of us would've sat and the other side of the pole is where the other 3 were going to have to sit.

Normally I love this place. The food is great and it's always a great time. Last night our party of 6 people including 2 kids, showed up for our 6:30pm reservation. At 7:00 we asked if there was going to be much more of a wait. The hostess said oh we can do this table over here, but you guys would be separated. We figured it might not be that big of a deal and asked to see the table. When we got there, there was seating for three, a huge pole and then seating for two that they went to grab a chair to add. This added spot you wouldn't have even been able to see the chef cooking hibachi, which is kind of the whole point. Since we were there as a family and didn't want to split the kids up, we asked if we could wait for another table. We were told no it would be a really long wait. At the table next to us there was a group that was finishing up and we asked if we could move over to that spot and were told no that spot is for 8 people and we only have 6. We asked to speak to management since it clearly seemed our reservation got lost in the mix of the busy night and nobody was willing to help us out. Management could've cared less and didn't even attempt to correct their wrong. We ended up leaving and will not be back.

Food and service have definitely gone downhill. I haven't been here for about a year and usually order takeout. I decided to order takeout again because I was close by. When I went to go pickup my order, there was know-one at the host stand so I went to the bar because I saw the bartender leaning up against the bar texting on his phone. I went up and told him I was picking up a to-go order and wondered if he could help me. He looked at me with a bothered look and told me to go to the host stand and then picked his phone back up and proceeded to text. Haha ok When I got the food (sushi rolls) I was definitely disappointed by the quality and the price for the quality. I ordered 5 rolls as seen on the picture of the receipt. The overall flavor was lackluster and in one of the rolls there was barely any eel (cucumber eel roll that was basically rice and cucumber with a hint of eel). Long story short, I'd suggest the sushi from market basket or wegman's for the price and for the quality and quantity of fish and overall flavor.

I took my friend here for her birthday lunch and it was such an amazing experience! Our hibachi chef , Lee, was the absolute best. Whenever I go I will ask for him from now on. He was super entertaining and so friendly , it made the food and visit all the worthwhile. Staff took our temperature and gave us hand sanitizer at the door. I will be returning.

Place is good but the one waitress was rude telling our table "What you want" after we asked her for refills on drinks. Needless to say that caught us of guard.

Hibachi chef was very engaged and entertaining. Food was good and staff was friendly. I would not recommend the frozen mango drink, it was pretty much flavorless. I think it was just some mango juice blended with ice. Salmon was tasty. No complaints on the food, but I got maybe 6 pieces of vegetables which was unusual to me. We eat at different hibachi places frequently (more than one) and always get a satisfying amount of veggies, not here. Its located in the mall so if you dont like people walking by watching you eat then this is not the place for you. They seem to have a full bar. Lots of food choices. Aside from hibachi, they have shabu-shabu (hotpot).

Have been doing Shabu research for months here on Yelp... I was intrigued about it & off I went reading EVERY Review of every Shabu place in Boston & surrouding areas... So we went here as this was close to home and the prices were not as steep as many others. We went Friday afternoon for lunch & the place was EMPTY - however, I imagine this place doesnt pack up as its in the mall.. Place is super nice & clean, pleasant staff... Sat at a Shabu Booth right opposite the Grill so I was able to see the tricks and fire but not eat at the Hibachi table... The waitress came out & we explained how we were "Newbies" she was over informative (although I had done soo much reasearch I felt like an Old Pro) she gave us some suggestions, told us about the Temperatures and then we ordered... First we got Edamame (My new obsession) and it was great - PERFECTLY salted. A Crazy Maki Roll - which was also good. For the Shabu: We ordered Meat Combo 1 (which was more than enough for 2) Mushroom Variety Side Corn Side ( I like Corn) She gave us a Free New Fungus they were offering Variety Meat Balls (wish they were marked so we knew which was which) Vermicelli (Bad Idea) Jumbo Shrimp We had the Beef Stock that comes free and then TomYum Thai Season (it was SOOO perfectly Spicy if you like spice) The vermicelli was the only down side - It instantly clumped and was unable to eat easily (next time Id try Rice) When she brought over all the sauces/Garlic/Peppers she even explained how to mix & make sauces, she was very helpful & we will DEF come back - with all the Ala Carte choices we assumed the bill would be crazy high but suprisingly not... Everything was just right... Just wish I knew what Meat Balls were which as we only liked the one that tastes somewhat like Meat/Sausage.

It has bar seating area and table dining as well. The restaurant is one of the more modern decorated Vietnamese restaurants compared to traditional mom and pop's Vietnamese restaurants that I am used to. I appreciate the vietbamese street scene mural that they have going and I appreciate their effort and attention to detail. For appetizer, we ordered the Vietnamese fish sauce fried chicken wings. It was very good! This is a must! Sadly, they didn't have the betel leaves beef/pork skewer. I will have to come back another time. For entree, I ordered pho while my husband ordered the bun cha Ha Noi, and my kids shared the rice plate with pork chop and fried egg. My pho broth was very clear, and very light in flavor. It was very reminiscent of how my mother would make her pho, very subtle flavors and with wide pho rice noodles. Long's pho I would say is more akin to Northern Vietnamese pho so if you're looking for more salty and fragrant pho, this might not be for you. I love additional pickled vinegar garlic slices that are available at each table as well. I have never seen this at any Vietnamese restaurant in MA. The bun cha Ha Noi, the was good, but I would try something other next time. The rice plate we ordered had pork chops, fried eggs, and what was supposed to be pork skin, however, the pork skin was not up to standard so the owner replaced it with grilled chicken for us. Pork chops were a little over cooked. They are still very new. I think playing some music will help with the kitchen banter. Service was friendly and fast. Food came out at a very good pace. I feel like their drinks and appetizers menu might be the place to start if you're not adventurous. I will definitely be back to try more of their dishes. See my pictures!

There is also a small Park with green space & a children's play area right next to the Cows with Frog & Turtle Sratues. In 1961 on Rt. 1 in Saugus MA. Frank Guiffrida opened up a Western Style restaurant. The place was Huge. At its peak it served over 20,000 people a week. They even had their own to go Butcher Shop. At it's pinnacle the 20,000 square-foot 2 story restaurant served more than 2 million customers. It was one of the busiest restaurants in the whole USA. Patrons would wait in huge lines next to the cows for their number to be called. You were assigned a number & a room that you were going to dine in. Then they would announce your number & room over a loud speaker such as # 92 Kansas City. Then you'd enter the restaurant & go to your assigned designated table. The Hilltop was known for its large portions of high-quality food at low prices in its heyday especially their Steaks & Prime Rib. In later years though customers thought the food had gone hill. The restaurant finally closed after many decades in 2013. Many people were Heartbroken. They still have a Soft Spot for this restaurant - It was Part of their Lives. The cows were rescued & purchased by WS Development of Newton. The cow trio now graze just a few miles away at a new outdoor mall on Market St in the city of Lynnfield. They did an excellent job restoring the fiberglass cows but then they decided to paint them shiny colors & they look brand new. Although they did a great job restoring them the shiny paint most definitely takes away from the vintage feel. They should have restored them exactly like the originals. The History, Nostalgia & warm feeling has all been taken away with that shiny new paint job. If there wasn't a sign there, I would think they are some random new cows on display. Hopefully someone will realize their mistake & fix this issue & bring the Vintage Vibe & Retro Colors back to these Beloved Art pieces once again. These cool relics of the past were part of millions of people's lives. When they Restore them to the Origibal they'll definitely get a 5 Star from me.
